To verify the effects of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 6, the following experimental examples were specified.
Experimental example 1
The experimental principle is as follows: and (3) drying the sample containing certain moisture in a dryer, weighing the mass reduction of the sample at regular time, calculating the water loss rate of the sample, and comparing the moisture retention rate of the sample according to the water loss rate. The lower the water loss rate, the better the moisturizing effect.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the cosmetic compositions provided in examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were prepared into aqueous solutions of the same concentration, and about 200mg of each of the cosmetic compositions was weighed, uniformly applied to a slide glass, and placed in a constant temperature and humidity apparatus. The experiment is carried out at 25 ℃, a saturated ammonium sulfate solution is adopted to control a constant humidity environment of 80%, weighing is carried out after a certain time, the water loss rate of the sample is calculated, and specific results are shown in table 1. Wherein the water loss (%) (M)2-M3)/(M2-M1)×100%,M1Is slide weight, M2For the total weight after coating before standing, M3Is the total weight after coating and standing.
TABLE 1 Water loss of samples of examples and comparative examples over different periods of time
Figure BDA0001371785940000141
Figure BDA0001371785940000151
As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the cosmetic compositions provided in examples 1 to 11 have a water loss rate lower than that of the cosmetic compositions of comparative examples 1 to 6 as a whole, in other words, the cosmetic compositions provided in examples 1 to 11 have a moisturizing ability better than that of the cosmetic compositions provided in comparative examples 1 to 6 as a whole.
Specifically, examples 2 to 5 are the control experiments of example 1, and it can be seen from the data in table 1 that the water loss rate of the cosmetic composition decreases at different times as the kinds of components added to the functional plant extract increase. When the functional plant extract is a combination of several components of a bilberry extract, a turfgrass extract, a flaxseed extract, a buckwheat seed extract and a rice extract (corresponding to example 5), the water loss rate of the cosmetic composition in different time periods is obviously reduced, and thus, the components of the functional plant extract are in a synergistic cooperation relationship, so that the moisturizing capability of the cosmetic composition is obviously improved.
Example 6 is a control experiment of example 5, which is different in the mass ratio of each component in the functional extract. Therefore, the proper mass ratio of the components is selected, so that the cosmetic composition has a certain effect of reducing the water loss rate.
Example 11 is also a control experiment of example 5, which differs in the method of preparation of the cosmetic composition. In example 5, the addition sequence and temperature were chosen to favor the stable presence of the ingredients of the cosmetic composition, depending on the ease of dissolution of the ingredients. As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the preparation method also has some influence on the moisturizing properties of the cosmetic composition.
Meanwhile, comparative examples 1 to 4 are comparative experiments of example 6, comparative example 5 is a comparative experiment of example 10, and comparative example 6 is a comparative experiment of example 9. As can be seen from the data in table 1, the water loss rate of the cosmetic composition increased significantly in the absence of any of the functional plant extract, mango fruit extract, marshmallow root extract, aloe vera leaf extract, sodium carboxymethyl β -glucan and 1, 3-propanediol, and was only slightly lower than the water loss rate of the control. It can be seen that the above components are essential for the enhancement of the moisturizing performance of the cosmetic composition provided by the present invention.
Experimental example 2
The cosmetic compositions provided in examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were prepared into facial mask solutions according to a conventional method, and then the final facial mask products were prepared using silk cloths as substrates.
The mask products obtained in examples 1-11 and comparative examples 1-6 were tested, and the specific test items are shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2 test items and index requirements
Figure BDA0001371785940000161
Figure BDA0001371785940000171
The above tests of the facial masks made of the cosmetic compositions obtained in examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 6 show that the facial masks made of the cosmetic compositions obtained in examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 6 meet the above criteria.
Experimental example 3
Skin moisture content (MMV) test
The test principle is as follows: the method adopts a capacitance method to measure the moisture content of the horny layer of the human skin, the principle is that the measured capacitance value of the skin is different according to the difference of the moisture content of the skin based on the obvious difference of the dielectric constant of water and other substances, and the observation parameters can represent the moisture value of the skin.
Testing the equipment: skin moisture content tester
And (3) testing environment: the test environment is 22 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity is 50% +/-5%
The tested person: 170 subjects of 20-50 years old were selected and divided into 17 groups of 10 subjects, and the subjects in each group had a uniform age distribution, a substantially uniform skin condition, and no hormonal drugs and immunosuppressive agents had been used within approximately 1 month.
The test method comprises the following steps: the cosmetic compositions provided in examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 6 described above were formulated into emulsions of the same concentration. The test sites of the test subjects were 3cm × 3cm on the front sides of the left and right upper arms of the test subjects, and appropriate amounts of the above-mentioned emulsions of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were applied to the test sites of the test subjects of groups 1 to 17, respectively, and the skin moisture content of the test sites was measured for 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours, respectively, using a skin moisture content tester, and the average value of the skin moisture content was calculated, and the specific measurement results are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 moisture content of epidermis at different times
Figure BDA0001371785940000181
As can be seen from table 3, there was substantially no difference in epidermal moisture content of the skin prior to application of the emulsion. Within 1 hour after the emulsion was applied, the epidermal moisture content of the skin was significantly different, and the epidermal moisture content corresponding to the cosmetic composition emulsions of examples 1 to 11 was higher than that corresponding to comparative examples 1 to 6. This shows that the cosmetic compositions of examples 1 to 11 can increase the moisture content of the skin and have much better effects on the improvement of the moisture content of the skin than those of comparative examples 1 to 6.
(II) measurement of skin Water loss (TEWL)
The test principle is as follows: skin moisture loss is an important parameter for assessing the function of the moisture protective layer of the skin. The more intact the skin protection layer, the higher the moisture content and the lower the value of the skin moisture loss TEWL, in units of: g/hm2. In the development process of cosmetics, the efficacy of moisturizing cosmetics can be evaluated by testing the value of TEWL of skin moisture loss.
Testing the equipment: skin moisture loss (TEWL) tester TM300
The test environment, the test person and the test method are the same as the skin moisture content test described above.
TABLE 4 amount of skin Water dispersed in different time
Figure BDA0001371785940000191
As can be seen from table 4, there was essentially no difference in the water dispersion loss of the skin prior to application of the emulsion. While the water dispersion loss of the skin was significantly different within 1 hour after the application of the emulsion, and the skin water dispersion amount corresponding to the cosmetic composition emulsions of examples 1 to 11 was lower than that corresponding to comparative examples 1 to 6. A lower TEWL value of the skin indicates a better barrier function of the skin. This demonstrates that the cosmetic compositions provided in examples 1 to 11 have a positive effect on the formation of the barrier function of the skin.
Specifically, examples 5 to 6 and examples 9 to 11 all showed low water loss in different time periods. The functional plant extracts in the above examples are all a combination of cranberry fruit extract, turfgrass grass extract, flaxseed flower extract, buckwheat seed extract, and rice extract. The result shows that the components of the bilberry extract, the turfgrass grass extract, the flax flower extract, the buckwheat seed extract and the rice extract have a certain synergistic cooperation effect, so that the cosmetic composition has good promotion effects on the self-moisture regulation of the skin and the formation of the barrier function of the skin surface, and further achieves the effects of locking and storing water.
Comparative examples 1 to 4 are comparative experiments to example 6, comparative example 5 is comparative experiment to example 10, and comparative example 6 is comparative experiment to example 9. As can be seen from the data in table 4, several components, i.e., functional plant extract, mango fruit extract, hollyhock root extract, aloe vera leaf extract, sodium carboxymethyl β -glucan and 1, 3-propanediol, are important for improving the moisturizing performance of the cosmetic composition provided by the present invention.
In conclusion, the cosmetic composition provided by the invention can promote the self-moisture regulation of the skin, repair the horny layer of the skin and achieve the effects of locking and storing water through the synergistic cooperation of the functional plant extract, the carboxymethyl beta-glucan sodium, the 1, 3-propylene glycol, the mango fruit extract, the marshmallow root extract, the aloe leaf extract and other components, so that the microenvironment of the skin is effectively improved, and the skin is kept moist.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
