Abstract
本发明公开了一种增强机体抗氧化能力的保健品及其制备方法,包括以下重量份计的组分组成:维生素C、蓝莓果粉、阿萨伊果粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、石榴果粉、沙棘提取物、异麦芽酮糖醇。其制备方法包括将蓝莓果粉、阿萨伊果粉、石榴果粉以及海洋鱼低聚肽粉破碎过100‑120目的筛,在80~100℃下搅拌混合40‑50min,得第一混合粉;将第一混合粉温度降低至70℃时,加入维生素C、沙棘提取物以及异麦芽酮糖醇混合20~30min,混合时保持温度在60℃~70℃,得第二混合物;将第二混合物平铺,平铺厚度不超过5mm,采用‑10℃的冷空气通过第二混合物,处理时间为10min;步骤四、将第二混合物真空干燥即得。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种增强机体抗氧化能力的保健品。
背景技术
生活节奏的加快以及社会压力,人们无暇做运动,长期伏案使身体处于亚健康的状态,造成机体抗氧化能力差,抵抗力弱,容易被病菌侵袭的问题,在外体现为皮肤提前出现松弛和衰老。由于没有时间运动,人们对食品的保健作用更加重视,追求健康的饮食结构,因此一种增强机体抗氧化能力的保健品,无论是护肤层面还是健康层面,都有广阔的前景。
维生素C又称L-抗坏血酸,主要食物来源是新鲜蔬菜与水果,大多数哺乳动物能靠肝脏合成维生素C,但是人类、灵长类、土拨鼠等少数动物不能通过自身合成。
海洋鱼胶原低聚肽是以无污染或污染相对较小的深海鱼的皮、骨为原料,精制加工而成,是新型的营养健康食品的配料。与陆上猪、牛、羊皮骨来源的胶原蛋白产品相比,海洋鱼胶原低聚肽具有溶解性好,安全性高,无疯牛病、口蹄疫隐患等优点。通常由2~10个氨基酸构成的胶原肽称为胶原低聚肽,其分子量在1000Da以下,小分子低聚肽无需消化,能够被小肠和皮肤等直接吸收,具有强大的抗氧化性和营养特性。
石榴果粉是将石榴经干燥处理脱水、粉碎后制得的粉末状物质,具有保持原有营养成分、风味物质、有利于人体消化吸收的特点。传统中医认为:石榴性温涩,味甘酸,无毒,润燥兼收敛之效,有生津化食,健脾益胃,降压止泻,驱除肠道寄生虫等保健疗效作用。
沙棘是植物及其果实的统称,是目前世界上含有天然维生素种类最多的珍贵经济林树种,其维生素C的含量远远高于鲜枣和猕猴桃,从而被誉为天然维生素的宝库。沙棘的活性成分有异鼠李素、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙、异鼠李素-3-O-β-芸香糖甙、芸香甙、紫云英甙、槲角素和山奈酚为甙元的低糖甙。还含有维生素A、B1、B2、C、E,去氢抗坏血酸,叶酸,胡萝卜素,类胡萝卜素、儿茶精,花色素等。
阿萨伊果又称巴西莓,主要含花青素、原花青素和黄酮类化合物,阿萨伊果粉每克干基含花青素和原花青素的含量分别为3.19mg和12.89mg,还含有丰富的氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、甾醇、矿物质等营养成分。
蓝莓是最有效的抗氧化剂,联合国粮农组织将其列为人类五大健康食品之一,被誉为“黄金浆果”。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种保健品能增强机体抗氧化能力,增量使用时具有一定的解酒能力,在冲泡过程中不易结块。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种增强机体抗氧化能力的保健品,包括以下重量份计的组分组成:

本发明还提供了一种增强机体抗氧化能力的保健品的制备方法,原料按重量份数计,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将10~20份蓝莓果粉、5~10份阿萨伊果粉、1~5份石榴果粉以及10~15份海洋鱼低聚肽粉破碎过100-120目的筛,在80~100℃下搅拌混合40-50min,得第一混合粉;
步骤二、将第一混合粉温度降低至70℃时,加入碎过100-120目的筛的1~5份维生素C、1~5份沙棘提取物以及6~9份异麦芽酮糖醇、并混合20~30min,混合时保持温度在60℃~70℃,得第二混合物;
步骤三、将第二混合物平铺,平铺厚度不超过5mm,采用-10℃的冷空气通过第二混合物,处理时间为10min;
步骤四、将第二混合物真空干燥即得。
优选的是,所述沙棘提取物的制备方法为:
沙棘果实和沙棘叶按照质量比5:1混合、破碎过20目筛网,之后与乙醇按质量体积比0.08g/ml混合,在73℃下采用双频超声波强化提取,频率分布是25kHz、45kHz,每10s交替一次,提取时间为30-35min,得提取液;再使用喷雾干燥,进风温度为180℃,出风温度为85℃,即得所述沙棘提取物。
优选的是,所述沙棘果实未去籽。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:本申请的保健品具有提高抗氧化酶的活性,增强清除自由基的能力,能够阻断脂质过氧化连锁反应,使脂质过氧化损伤降低,延缓衰老的能力。另外,本申请保健品还可供糖尿病人食用,异麦芽酮糖醇的热值约为蔗糖的一半,对血浆葡萄糖和胰岛素水平无明显影响,异麦芽酮糖醇具有低消化性,90%的异麦芽酮糖醇在被食用后会到达结肠,被几种双歧杆菌菌株利用,使双歧杆菌数量和比例增加。
本发明的其它优点、目标和特征将部分通过下面的说明体现,部分还将通过对本发明的研究和实践而为本领域的技术人员所理解。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
需要说明的是,下述实施方案中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
下述实施例制成的产品5g/袋(体重按60kg计算),一天一次,且沙棘提取物的原料沙棘均未去籽。
实施例1
一种增强机体抗氧化能力的保健品,由以下重量份计的组分组成:

在上述配方中加入柠檬酸和三氯蔗糖分别用于调节粉剂的酸味和甜味,黄原胶与麦芽糊精用于提高粉剂在冲泡时的稠度。
实施例4
实施例1中保健品的具体制备方法:
步骤一、将蓝莓果粉、阿萨伊果粉、石榴果粉以及海洋鱼低聚肽粉破碎过100目的筛,在80℃下搅拌混合40min,得第一混合粉。
步骤二、将第一混合粉温度降低至70℃时,加入碎过100目的筛的维生素C、沙棘提取物(沙棘提取物为果实的提取物,不包括沙棘叶)以及异麦芽酮糖醇、并混合30min,混合时保持温度在60℃~70℃,得第二混合物。
步骤三、将第二混合物平铺,平铺厚度不超过5mm,采用-10℃的冷空气通过第二混合物,处理时间为10min。
步骤四、将第二混合物真空干燥即得保健品,灌装,5g/袋。
冲泡时,溶解时间为13s。
对比例1
实施例1中保健品的具体制备方法:
步骤一、维生素C、蓝莓果粉、阿萨伊果粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、石榴果粉、沙棘提取物、异麦芽酮糖醇分别过80目筛网。
步骤二、将筛分后的原料利用三维混合机混合30min,灌装,5g/袋。
冲泡时,溶解时间为25s。
实施例5
制备方法同实施例4,其中,所述沙棘提取物的制备方法为:
沙棘果实和沙棘叶按照质量比5:1混合、破碎过20目筛网,之后与乙醇按质量体积比0.08g/ml混合,在73℃下采用双频超声波强化提取,频率分布是25kHz、45kHz,每10s交替一次,提取时间为30-35min,得提取液;再使用喷雾干燥,进风温度为180℃,出风温度为85℃,即得所述沙棘提取物。
实验一 抗氧化能力测试
将60只SPF级雄性wistar大鼠随机分为3组,每组20只,分别为空白对照组、高剂量组(30倍)和低剂量组(5倍),高剂量组是2.5g/kg·bw/d、低剂量组是0.41g/kg·bw/d、空白对照组给予无菌水,1天1次,连续灌胃1个月,测试前现在饲养环境中检疫适应5天。在最后一天灌胃后,取大鼠的尾静脉肝素抗凝全血,进行GSH-Px测定。之后取大鼠的下腔静脉血,在室温下静置30min,离心分离血清,进行MDA和SOD的测定。
统计方法:数据以平均数±标准差,进行单因素方差分析。以*P<0.05,**P<0.01为差别有统计学意义。
本实施例1对大鼠体重的影响,结果见表1,由表1可知,本申请的保健品对大鼠的体重无明显影响。

本实施例1对大鼠血清SOD和血清MDA的影响,结果见表2,由表2可知,本申请的保健品能提高大鼠血清中的SOD含量,提高SOD活力,其中,高剂量组相较于空白对照组有极显著性的差异**P<0.01,低剂量组相较于空白对照组有显著性的差异*P<0.05。本申请的保健品能降低大鼠血清中的MDA含量,其中,高剂量组相较于空白对照组有极显著性的差异**P<0.01。由此可知本申请实施例1制备的保健品具有提高抗氧化酶的活性,增强清除自由基的能力。GSH-Px是机体内广泛存在的一种过氧化物分解酶,能够阻断脂质过氧化连锁反应,使脂质过氧化损伤降低,本申请的保健品能提高大鼠静脉血中的。GSH-Px是机体内广泛存在的一种过氧化物分解酶,能够阻断脂质过氧化连锁反应,使脂质过氧化损伤降低,本申请的保健品能提高大鼠静脉血中的SOD含量,高剂量组相较于空白对照组有极显著性的差异**P<0.01,低剂量组相较于空白对照组有显著性的差异*P<0.05。实验表明本申请的保健品具有很好的抗氧化能力,可延缓衰老。
实验二 吸湿、结块实验检测,将实施例4和对比例1制备的保健品粉体分别取100g,在温度为25℃、湿度为75%的条件下检测48h的吸湿率,以及10天的结块率(60℃),检测结果见表3。

由表3可知,根据实施例的制备工艺在不破坏原料有效成分的同时通过高温混合,在利用冷空气骤然降温,改变粉体的晶型,能起到防潮,抗结块的效果。
实验三 解酒功能的测试
选择150名急性轻、中度酒精中毒的人,平均分为3组,每组有既往史的人为10-15人,三组分别服用实施例4制备的粉末泡水10g/200ml、实施例5制备的粉末泡水10g/200ml、以及等量矿泉水(空白组),结果见表4。

尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
