本发明专利公开了一种微型轴承密封防尘盖,包括一环形防尘盖本体,在所述防尘盖本体的外环设置有外唇,在所述防尘盖本体的内环设置有内唇,所述防尘盖本体由骨架和套在所述骨架上的塑形环构成,所述外唇设置在塑性环的外圈,所述内唇设置在所述塑性环的内圈,所述内唇由一弯曲部和延伸部组成,所述弯曲部位于所述塑性环的内圈,所述延伸部位于所述弯曲部的弯曲方向并形成一凸出于所述塑性环内侧面的环形挡肩。本发明专利密封防尘盖,盖边靠近内圈外侧面部位向沟径中心方向折弯,成“L”型挡肩;塑料环具有较好的弹性,而弯曲部提供稳定的弹性预紧力,当防尘盖磨损时,弯曲部使挡肩回弹,能保证长久良好的密封性能,使轴承保持长寿命状态。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种防尘盖,具体是一种用于微型密封轴承的防尘盖。
背景技术
轴承的防尘盖一般通过卡簧固定在轴承的外圈上,用于防止灰尘进入轴承内外圈之间的滚珠内。常规的防尘盖和轴承内圈接触,在内圈转动时,防尘盖和内圈之间产生摩擦,形成防尘盖磨损、老化,逐渐失去防尘功能;老结构防尘盖,一旦磨损,就会造成外界垃圾侵入轴承内部,对轴承产生致命伤害。
发明内容
本发明专利所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种密封性能好且使用寿命长的微型轴承密封防尘盖。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明专利采用的技术方案是:
一种微型轴承密封防尘盖,包括一环形防尘盖本体,在所述防尘盖本体的外环设置有外唇,在所述防尘盖本体的内环设置有内唇,其特征在于,所述防尘盖本体由骨架和套在所述骨架上的塑形环构成,所述外唇设置在塑性环的外圈,所述内唇设置在所述塑性环的内圈,所述内唇由一弯曲部和延伸部组成,所述弯曲部位于所述塑性环的内圈,所述延伸部位于所述弯曲部的弯曲方向并形成一凸出于所述塑性环内侧面的环形挡肩。
所述塑性环为橡胶环。
与现有技术相比,本发明专利密封防尘盖,盖边靠近内圈外侧面部位向沟径中心方向折弯,成“L”型挡肩;塑料环具有较好的弹性,而弯曲部提供稳定的弹性预紧力,当防尘盖磨损时,弯曲部使挡肩回弹,能保证长久良好的密封性能,使轴承保持长寿命状态。

如图1、图2所示,一种微型轴承密封防尘盖,包括由骨架1和套在骨架1上的塑形环2构成,塑性环的外圈为外唇3,塑性环的内圈为内唇4。内唇4由一弯曲部5和延伸部6组成,参见图3,弯曲部3位于塑性环的内圈,延伸部位于弯曲部的弯曲方向并形成一凸出于塑性环内侧面的环形挡肩,该环形挡肩的截面形状为类“L”型。在本实施例中,塑性环2为采用橡胶材料制成的橡胶环。

1.一种微型轴承密封防尘盖,包括一环形防尘盖本体,在所述防尘盖本体的外环设置有外唇,在所述防尘盖本体的内环设置有内唇,其特征在于,所述防尘盖本体由骨架和套在所述骨架上的塑形环构成,所述外唇设置在塑性环的外圈,所述内唇设置在所述塑性环的内圈,所述内唇由一弯曲部和延伸部组成,所述弯曲部位于所述塑性环的内圈,所述延伸部位于所述弯曲部的弯曲方向并形成一凸出于所述塑性环内侧面的环形挡肩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型轴承密封防尘盖,其特征在于:所述塑性环为橡胶环。
