一种能促进肠道动力的复合益生菌咀嚼片,其特征在于,以益生菌粉(发酵乳杆菌、两双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌)、食用葡萄糖、麦芽糊精、食品添加剂(山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁)为原料,经粉碎、过筛、称量配料、制湿粒、干燥颗粒、总混、压片、包装等工艺制成。

(1)将发酵乳杆菌种、两双歧杆菌种、嗜酸乳杆菌种、嗜热链球菌种以1:0.3-0.4:0.35-0.45:0.2-0.3的质量比接入400-500倍重量份的脱脂乳培养基中,35-37℃恒温活化培养至脱脂乳培养基凝乳,置于0-5℃条件下保存;
(2)将完全凝乳的菌株以2-3%的接种量接种于AST培养基中,通过降低培养基中pH值的方法进行耐酸驯化,驯化的pH值依次为7.0、6.0、5.5、5.0、4.5;在pH7.0下35-37℃培养45-48h,然后接种到pH6.0中培养,在每个pH值传代4-5次,反复驯化,稳定后再接种到下一个pH值,得到耐酸驯化菌株;将耐酸驯化菌株以2-3%的接种量接种于AST培养基中,通过增加培养温度的方法进行耐热驯化,驯化的温度依次为35℃、45℃、50℃、55℃、60℃;每个温度下培养至稳定,然后活化一次,最后以2-3%的接种量接种到AST培养基中,继续下个温度的培养,得到耐酸耐热菌株;
(3)将耐酸耐热菌株以5-8%的接种量接种于发酵罐中,通气量1:0.8,温度控制在35-38℃,扩大培养48-52h,菌数108-1010个/mL,停止发酵,离心收集菌体,冷冻干燥,得到益生菌粉;
(4)将食用葡萄糖和麦芽糊精以1:0.15-0.2的质量比混合,置于粉碎机中粉碎,得到100-120目的粉末,加入益生菌粉,继续混合均匀,采用70%乙醇水溶液润湿,过20-25目筛制粒,60-70℃真空干燥,再与山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁混合均匀,用20-40目筛制粒,压制咀嚼片,包装即可。

5.根据权利要求书2所述的能促进肠道动力的复合益生菌咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中食用葡萄糖、益生菌粉、山梨糖醇和硬脂酸镁的质量比为1:0.06-0.08:0.008-0.01:0.02-0.03。
