Abstract
本发明涉及一种双组份吸音棉,它包括聚丙烯超细纤维52‑64份、PET短纤维34‑42份,其制备方法为,将聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维靠热空气牵伸设备下方风机的抽吸均匀分布在输网帘或接收辊筒上,采用自动卷绕装置,自动控制卷绕张力,切边卷绕至一定长度或卷装直径时,卷绕机横切并自动换卷,即得产品。本发明质量轻,隔音吸音效果好,可装饰性强,环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸音棉,具体涉及一种双组份吸音棉。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和人们消费水平不断提高,客户对于汽车吸音隔音、轻量化、舒适度等方面的也要求越来越高。现有的纺织面料,其普遍存在吸音隔热效果差。还有部分采用PET/PP双组份吸音棉,其存在封边模具温度高,边角废料回收困难等问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种质量轻,隔音吸音效果好,可装饰性强,环保的双组份吸音棉。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种双组份吸音棉,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)聚丙烯超细纤维 52-64份;
(2)PET短纤维 34-42份;
其制备方法为,
将聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维靠热空气牵伸设备下方风机的抽吸均匀分布在输网帘或接收辊筒上,采用自动卷绕装置,自动控制卷绕张力,切边卷绕至一定长度或卷装直径时,卷绕机横切并自动换卷,即得产品。
所述聚丙烯超细纤维的平均细度为1.5-3μm。
所述PET短纤维的平均细度为35-40μm。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的组分配比和严谨的加工步骤,制造的产品隔音吸音效果好,可装饰性强,适用于汽车中各所需部位,另外,本产品质量轻、环保,使用寿命长,符合实际使用要求。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
本发明所述的一种双组份吸音棉,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)聚丙烯超细纤维 56份;
(2)PET短纤维 38份;
其制备方法为,
将聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维靠热空气牵伸设备下方风机的抽吸均匀分布在输网帘或接收辊筒上,采用自动卷绕装置,自动控制卷绕张力,切边卷绕至一定长度或卷装直径时,卷绕机横切并自动换卷,即得产品。
所述聚丙烯超细纤维的平均细度为2μm。
所述PET短纤维的平均细度为36μm。
实施例2:
本发明所述的一种双组份吸音棉,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)聚丙烯超细纤维 63份;
(2)PET短纤维 40份;
其制备方法为,
将聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维靠热空气牵伸设备下方风机的抽吸均匀分布在输网帘或接收辊筒上,采用自动卷绕装置,自动控制卷绕张力,切边卷绕至一定长度或卷装直径时,卷绕机横切并自动换卷,即得产品。
所述聚丙烯超细纤维的平均细度为2.5μm。
所述PET短纤维的平均细度为38μm。
本发明通过精确的组分配比和严谨的加工步骤,制造的产品隔音吸音效果好,可装饰性强,适用于汽车中各所需部位,另外,本产品质量轻、环保,使用寿命长,符合实际使用要求。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种双组份吸音棉,其特征在于:按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)聚丙烯超细纤维 52-64份;
(2)PET短纤维 34-42份;
其制备方法为,
将聚丙烯超细纤维和PET短纤维靠热空气牵伸设备下方风机的抽吸均匀分布在输网帘或接收辊筒上,采用自动卷绕装置,自动控制卷绕张力,切边卷绕至一定长度或卷装直径时,卷绕机横切并自动换卷,即得产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双组份吸音棉,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯超细纤维的平均细度为1.5-3μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双组份吸音棉,其特征在于:所述PET短纤维的平均细度为35-40μm。
