随着社会的进步和人们消费水平不断提高,客户对于汽车吸音隔音、轻量化、舒适度等方面的也要求越来越高。现有的纺织面料,其普遍存在吸音隔热效果差。还有部分采用PET/PP双组份吸音棉,其存在封边模具温度高,边角废料回收困难等问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种质量轻,隔音吸音效果好的双组份吸音棉的制备方法。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种双组份吸音棉的制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)原料配比:按重量份数计,聚丙烯超细纤维45-56份、聚乳酸纤维36-44份;
(2)卷绕横切:将聚丙烯超细纤维和聚乳酸纤维靠热空气牵伸设备下方风机的抽吸均匀分布在输网帘或接收辊筒上,采用自动卷绕装置,自动控制卷绕张力,切边卷绕至一定长度或卷装直径时,卷绕机横切并自动换卷,即得产品。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的组分配比和严谨的加工步骤,制造的产品隔音吸音效果好,可装饰性强,适用于汽车中各所需部位,另外,本产品质量轻、环保,使用寿命长,符合实际使用要求。

实施例1:
本发明所述的一种双组份吸音棉的制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)原料配比:按重量份数计,聚丙烯超细纤维48份、聚乳酸纤维39份;
(2)卷绕横切:将聚丙烯超细纤维和聚乳酸纤维靠热空气牵伸设备下方风机的抽吸均匀分布在输网帘或接收辊筒上,采用自动卷绕装置,自动控制卷绕张力,切边卷绕至一定长度或卷装直径时,卷绕机横切并自动换卷,即得产品。
实施例2:
本发明所述的一种双组份吸音棉的制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)原料配比:按重量份数计,聚丙烯超细纤维55份、聚乳酸纤维42份;
(2)卷绕横切:将聚丙烯超细纤维和聚乳酸纤维靠热空气牵伸设备下方风机的抽吸均匀分布在输网帘或接收辊筒上,采用自动卷绕装置,自动控制卷绕张力,切边卷绕至一定长度或卷装直径时,卷绕机横切并自动换卷,即得产品。
本发明通过精确的组分配比和严谨的加工步骤,制造的产品隔音吸音效果好,可装饰性强,适用于汽车中各所需部位,另外,本产品质量轻、环保,使用寿命长,符合实际使用要求。
