一种无纺纤维织物及其生产设备
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维无纺织物,特别涉及一种沿纵向垂直截面观看时呈V形的熔喷无纺纤维织物,还涉及一种V形无纺纤维织物的生产设备。
背景技术
非织造布产品在日常生活中随处可见,例如像尿布、卫生巾、抹布及过滤类产品等等,非织造布产品的多项重要性能需要由超细纤维网来实行,超细纤维网的熔喷质量是无纺纤维织物加工中的难点所在。
现有技术中的无纺纤维织物,主要由丙纶混合后注入高温高压空气熔喷而成,得到的产品从截面方向看,中间部分的纤维排列为杂乱无章的不规则形,难以获得理想的蓬松度和均匀性,填充比较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种沿纵向垂直截面观看时呈V形的熔喷无纺纤维织物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无纺纤维织物,包括设置在织物内呈V形结构的直接形成的纤维,所述的纤维由65-75%的熔喷纤维和余量的涤纶短纤维组成,以形成连续的、蓬松且有弹性的没有大空隙的织物结构。
所述的织物具有不到2%的透光率变化。
所述的直接形成的纤维具有不超过10μm的几何直径。
所述的织物厚度不超过10cm,密度小于50Kg/m2,声阻率大于100MKS rayls。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种生产V形熔喷无纺纤维织物的设备。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无纺纤维织物生产设备,包括接收器、设于接收器上方左侧的梳理机和设于接收器上方右侧的螺杆挤出机,螺杆挤出机底部连接有喷丝板,梳理机和接收器之间设有铺网机,所述的铺网机末端设有位于喷丝板下方的静电产生装置。
进一步,所述的静电产生装置包括设于喷丝板下方左侧的静电发生器以及设于喷丝板下方右侧的静电接收板。
更进一步,所述的静电发生器和静电接收板之间电压为60-100Kv,频率为20-30KHz,电流为0.2-0.8mA。
本发明的有益效果是:本设备在进行生产时,本设备在进行生产时,熔喷纤维从螺杆挤出机进入喷丝板3,在高温高压的空气作用下向下,经过静电产生装置落入接收器上,涤纶短纤维经过梳理机梳理、铺网机铺网后向下落入静电产生装置上,即静电发生器和静电接收板之间时,在电场作用下带电荷,将涤纶短纤维导入熔喷纤维中,最终纠结成沿纵向垂直截面观看时呈V形的无纺纤维织物,这种无纺纤维织物填充比较高,具有理想的蓬松度和均匀性,以及优良的隔音和隔热特性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1所示,本发明公开了一种无纺纤维织物,包括设置在织物内呈V形结构的直接形成的纤维,所述的纤维由65-75%的熔喷纤维和余量的涤纶短纤维组成,以形成连续的、蓬松且有弹性的没有大空隙的织物结构,作为第一种具体的实施例,PP纤维和PET纤维分别占65%和35%,作为第二种具体的实施例,PP纤维和PET纤维分别占75%和25%,作为第三种具体的实施例,PP纤维和PET纤维分别占70%和30%,本发明的无纺纤维织物填充比较高,具有理想的蓬松度和均匀性,以及优良的隔音和隔热特性,具体指标如下:织物具有不到2%的透光率变化,直接形成的纤维具有不超过10μm的几何直径,织物厚度不超过5cm,密度小于50Kg/m2,声阻率大于100MKS rayls。
本发明的织物的表面特性可类似于其它无纺纤维织物的特性,其特性的变化从相当敞开和多孔到不同程度的密实和减少的多孔性,本发明的织物内的纤维的绝缘质量通常与其形成的材料无关,用于本发明的纤维几乎可以从任何的纤维形成材料形成,用于形成熔吹微纤维的代表性聚合物包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚酞胺,以及本技术领域内公知的其它聚合物,这些材料也可用来形成其它纤维。
参照图2所示,本发明还公开了一种无纺纤维织物生产设备,包括接收器4、设于接收器4上方左侧的梳理机1和设于接收器4上方右侧的螺杆挤出机2,螺杆挤出机2底部连接有喷丝板3,梳理机1和接收器4之间设有铺网机7,所述的铺网机7末端设有位于喷丝板3下方的静电产生装置,所述的静电产生装置包括设于喷丝板3下方左侧的静电发生器5以及设于喷丝板3下方右侧的静电接收板6,所述的静电发生器5和静电接收板6之间电压为60-100Kv,频率为20-30KHz,电流为0.2-0.8mA。
本设备在进行生产时本设备在进行生产时,(PP)切片从螺杆挤出机2进入喷丝板3,在高温高压的空气作用引成熔喷纤维向下,经过静电产生装置5落入接收器4上,涤纶短纤维(PET)经过梳理机1梳理、铺网机7铺网后向下落入静电产生装置上,即静电发生器5和静电接收板6之间时,在电场作用下带电荷,将涤纶短纤维导入熔喷纤维中,在电场作用下带电荷,两种纤维的混合物下落过程中往静电接收板6方向聚集,最终纠结成沿纵向垂直截面观看时呈V形的无纺纤维织物。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种无纺纤维织物,其特征在于:包括设置在织物内呈V形结构的直接形成的纤维,所述的纤维由65-75%的熔喷纤维和余量的涤纶短纤维组成,以形成连续的、蓬松且有弹性的没有大空隙的织物结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的织物具有不到2%的透光率变化。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无纺纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的直接形成的纤维具有不超过10μm的几何直径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无纺纤维织物,其特征在于,所述的织物厚度不超过10cm,密度小于50Kg/m2,声阻率大于100MKS rayls。
5.一种如权利要求1所述无纺纤维织物的生产设备,其特征在于,包括接收器(4)、设于接收器(4)上方左侧的梳理机(1)和设于接收器(4)上方右侧的螺杆挤出机(2),螺杆挤出机(2)底部连接有喷丝板(3),梳理机(1)和接收器(4)之间设有铺网机(7),所述的铺网机(7)末端设有位于喷丝板(3)下方的静电产生装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生产设备,其特征在于,所述的静电产生装置包括设于喷丝板(3)下方左侧的静电发生器(5)以及设于喷丝板(3)下方右侧的静电接收板(6)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的生产设备,其特征在于,所述的静电发生器(5)和静电接收板(6)之间电压为60-100Kv,频率为20-30KHz,电流为0.2-0.8mA。
