5、一种如权利要求 1所述无纺纤维织物的生产设备, 其特征在于, 包括接 收器(4)、 设于接收器(4)上方左侧的梳理机(1 )和设于接收器(4)上方右 侧的蟪杆挤出机(2), 螺杆挤出机(2)底部连接有喷丝板(3), 梳理机(1 ) 和接收器(4)之间设有铺网机(7), 所述的铺网机(7)末端设有位于喷丝板
(3)下方的静电产生装置。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的生产设备, 其特征在于, 所述的静电产生装置包 括设于喷丝板(3)下方左侧的静电发生器(5) 以及设于喷丝板(3)下方右侧 的静电接收板(6)。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的生产设备, 其特征在于, 所述的静电发生器(5) 和静电接收板(6)之间 ½压为 60— ΙΟΟΚν, 频率为 20— 30KHz, 电流为 0. 2— 0. 8mA o
