Abstract
本发明涉及一种焊接密封胶带及其制备方法,所述焊接密封胶带包括基层和热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层喷涂在基层上,所述热熔胶层具有由热熔胶丝形成的网状结构。采用本发明的焊接密封胶带,可以解决粘性焊接胶带的表面处理问题。既保护了焊接胶带与被粘表面的粘接效果,又解决了粘性表面不方便操作的问题,同时最大限定地保证了被粘金属的焊接效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊接密封胶带及其制备方法,所述焊接密封胶带具有热熔胶层,属于焊接密封胶带技术领域。
背景技术
随着工业技术的发展,特别是汽车工业的迅猛发展,传统的焊接工艺已不能满足现代化流水线的大工业生产。目前众多的汽车制造厂家已采用焊接工艺,特别是点焊工艺组成车身,使生产效率大大提高,但相邻焊点间的蒙皮搭接处需要很好地密封,以防雨水、灰尘进入,同时也是空调车隔热密封的需要。
焊接密封胶带主要用于各种汽车、车门、发动机盖、车顶及后备箱的点焊处。焊接密封胶带具有优良的油面粘接性、可焊性、弹性、填充性及良好的附着性,焊接密封胶带还具有耐酸碱、耐高低温、防水渗漏等特性。
目前市场上销售的焊接密封胶带,其必须在胶带中添加导电性颗粒,才能够在工件搭接处进行点焊,并且为了保证粘接效果,焊接密封胶带的表面粘性较强,因此不方便操作。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
针对目前现有技术中焊接密封胶带存在的问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种焊接密封胶带及其制备方法,其具有如下性能:能够保证被粘金属的焊接效果,方便操作,合成工艺简单。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明提供一种焊接密封胶带,包括基层和热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层喷涂在基层上,所述热熔胶层具有由热熔胶丝形成的网状结构。
根据本发明所述的焊接密封胶带,所述基层包含聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯、三元乙丙橡胶、环氧树脂、苯乙烯-丁二烯/异戊二烯共聚物中的一种或几种。
根据本发明所述的焊接密封胶带,所述热熔胶层包含聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰胺、乙烯-辛烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯/异戊二烯共聚物中的一种或几种。
根据本发明所述的焊接密封胶带,所述基层的厚度为0.5mm~3mm。
根据本发明所述的焊接密封胶带,所述热熔胶层的厚度为0.3mm~2mm。
一种根据本发明所述的焊接密封胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将基层的原料进行挤出成型,得到基层;
(2)、将基层表面原位喷涂热熔胶丝;
(3)、冷却,得到所述焊接密封胶带。
根据本发明所述的制备方法,其特征在于,喷涂热熔胶丝时喷嘴的压力为2.5~4.5kgf/cm2。
根据本发明所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)同时进行。
发明的效果
本发明的焊接密封胶带解决了粘性焊接胶带的表面处理问题。既保护了焊接胶带与被粘表面的粘接效果,又解决了粘性表面不方便操作的问题,同时最大限定地保证了被粘金属的焊接效果。

具体实施方式
本发明的焊接密封胶带,包括基层和热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层喷涂在基层上,所述热熔胶层具有由热熔胶丝形成的网状结构。
首先,作为基层的原料,并没有特别的限制,例如可以选择聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯、三元乙丙橡胶,环氧树脂,苯乙烯-丁二烯/异戊二烯共聚物中的一种或几种。
所述基层的厚度为0.5mm~3mm,在该范围内的胶带基层不影响焊接工艺以及焊接接口性能。
作为热熔胶层的原料,可以选择聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯,聚酰胺,乙烯-辛烯共聚物,苯乙烯-丁二烯/异戊二烯共聚物中的一种或几种,采用上述原料,通过选择适合的熔融温度以及喷嘴压力尺寸可以得到理想的热熔胶网络。
所述热熔胶层的厚度为0.3mm~2mm,该范围内热熔胶丝网状结构不会影响焊接工艺以及焊接接口性能。
所述热熔胶层具有由热熔胶丝形成的网状结构,上述网络结构不会影响焊接过程中焊接电流通路的形成,实现被粘材料的焊接,无需在热熔胶层中额外添加导电填料。
所述网状结构中,孔隙率可以根据基层材料的性能对热熔喷丝工艺进行调整,以达到最优的焊接效果为准。
本发明还提供一种根据本发明所述的焊接密封胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将基层的原料进行挤出成型,在基层表面原位喷涂热熔胶丝;冷却,得到所述焊接密封胶带。
其中,喷涂热熔胶丝时喷嘴的压力为2.5~4.5kgf/cm2。
实施例
以下提供本发明的实施例,其仅用于解释和说明的目的,并不限制本发明。
实施例1
采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)作为基层原料,在110℃下将EVA挤成1.5mm厚的薄片,在160℃下在线喷涂EVA热熔胶丝,其中,喷嘴压力为3.5kgf/cm2,冷却后得到焊接密封胶带,测试结果列于表1。
实施例2
采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为基层原料,在110℃下将EPDM挤成1.3mm厚的薄片,在160℃下在线喷涂EVA热熔胶丝,其中,喷嘴压力为3.5kgf/cm2,冷却后得到焊接密封胶带,测试结果列于表1。
对比例1
采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)作为基层原料,在110℃下将EVA挤成1.5mm厚的薄片,在160℃下在线喷涂EVA热熔胶丝,其中,喷嘴压力为1.5kgf/cm2,由于喷嘴压力设置不当,无法得到理想的表面处理薄膜。

Claims (8)
1.一种焊接密封胶带,包括基层和热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层喷涂在基层上,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层具有由热熔胶丝形成的网状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接密封胶带,其特征在于,所述基层包含聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯、三元乙丙橡胶、环氧树脂、苯乙烯-丁二烯/异戊二烯共聚物中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接密封胶带,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层包含聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰胺、乙烯-辛烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯/异戊二烯共聚物中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的焊接密封胶带,其特征在于,所述基层的厚度为0.5mm~3mm。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的焊接密封胶带,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层的厚度为0.3mm~2mm。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的焊接密封胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将基层的原料进行挤出成型,得到基层;
(2)、将基层表面原位喷涂热熔胶丝;
(3)、冷却,得到所述焊接密封胶带。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,喷涂热熔胶丝时喷嘴的压力为2.5~4.5kgf/cm2。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)同时进行。
