技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有解酒功能的醒酒丹及其制备方法。
背景技术
解酒(dispel the effects of alcohol)顾名思义,就是“醒酒”,使人从醉酒的状态中醒过来,恢复意识或恢复自制力。通常不是自然清醒,而是采用酒前饮用解酒物质解酒,加速乙醛转化,促进酒精分解,起到节约时间的目的、减小乙醇对人体危害的目的。解酒有三种方式:以氧克醉、以药克醉、自然醒酒。目前市场上解酒保健品品种很多,但真正具有解酒功能的品种很少。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有解酒功能的醒酒丹及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的:
一种具有解酒功能的醒酒丹,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:鱼腥草20-25份、蒲公英20-25份、决明子10-18份、酸枣仁10-14份、乌梅10-18份、佛手6-8份、山楂10-30份。
所述具有解酒功能的醒酒丹,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:鱼腥草22份、蒲公英22份、决明子14份、酸枣仁12份、乌梅15份、佛手7份、山楂20份。
所述具有解酒功能的醒酒丹,制备方法包括如下步骤:取上述中药加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75-85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25-1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,添加蜂蜜,制备成丸剂,即得醒酒丹。
所述具有解酒功能的醒酒丹在制备解酒功能保健食品中的应用。
有益效果:本发明中鱼腥草、蒲公英清热解毒为君药,决明子、酸枣仁、乌梅补肝宁心、敛汗生津为臣药,佛手、山楂消食健脾为佐使药,全方具有解酒作用。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例,凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1:取鱼腥草20份、蒲公英25份、决明子10份、酸枣仁14份、乌梅10份、佛手8份、山楂10份,其中上述中药加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,添加蜂蜜,制备成丸剂,即得醒酒丹。
实施例2:取鱼腥草25份、蒲公英20份、决明子18份、酸枣仁10份、乌梅18份、佛手6份、山楂30份,其中上述中药加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,添加蜂蜜,制备成丸剂,即得醒酒丹。
实施例3:取鱼腥草22份、蒲公英22份、决明子14份、酸枣仁12份、乌梅15份、佛手7份、山楂20份,其中上述中药加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.17的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达80%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.27,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,添加蜂蜜,制备成丸剂,即得醒酒丹。实施例4:对饮酒者血液中乙醇含量的影响
受试对象:选60例身体健康成人作为受试对象,男女各半。试验方法:将受试对象随机分两组,每组30人,男女各半。分别在饮酒前30min服用实施例1的丸剂作为实验组。第二组作为对照组,饮酒前不服用任何解酒药物。受试对象每人饮用52°白酒250mL;30分钟以后,检测所有受试对象血液中乙醇含量。结果如下表。

由上表的检测数据我们可以看出,饮用本发明后饮酒较直接饮酒者血液中的乙醇含量明显降低,表明本发明具有快速解酒的效果。同时,通过观察两组受试者饮用52°白酒后的身体感受,发现服用本发明的饮酒者酒后基本没有发生呕吐的现象,而直接饮酒者有明显的不舒服感,而且有3例发生呕吐现象。因此本发明解酒效果良好。

1.一种具有解酒功能的醒酒丹,其特征在于,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:鱼腥草20-25份、蒲公英20-25份、决明子10-18份、酸枣仁10-14份、乌梅10-18份、佛手6-8份、山楂10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有解酒功能的醒酒丹,其特征在于,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:鱼腥草22份、蒲公英22份、决明子14份、酸枣仁12份、乌梅15份、佛手7份、山楂20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有解酒功能的醒酒丹,其特征在于,制备方法包括如下步骤:取上述中药加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为药材重量的10倍,每次煎煮1小时,合并浓缩液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75-85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25-1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,添加蜂蜜,制备成丸剂,即得醒酒丹。
