目前户外作业、徒步、出汗运动流失体内营养、微量元素较多,造成脱 水现象,轻则感到非常口渴,体力下降,严重者甚至中暑,而目前大多数的 采用补充水分解决,单纯补充水分在运动量初期或不大的情况下,能够解决 问题,但是随着时间的推移,室外温度的升高,简单补充水分不能解决问题, 如果补充碳酸饮料则会加剧身体微量元素的流失。此时一般需要补充比如脉 动、宝矿力等运动饮料才能得到缓解,但是这些对于普通运动还可以解决, 对于一些徒步运动、登山、或马拉松等强度高的专业运动则需要科学配比的 微量元素及能量补充才能解决问题,而这些人员通常自行配制这类饮料,但 是在配置起来有些不方便或需要提前做好准备。
所以研究一种方便的、随时随地都能补充微量元素、能量的固体饮料或 水饮料,是为当世之所需。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整 地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实 施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前 提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种补充微量元素及能量的冲剂或饮料,该 微量元素补充饮料冲剂与水冲兑的质量比例为1:8;
所述补充微量元素及能量的冲剂的各组分为:2.6%氯化钠,3%枸橼酸钠, 1.5%氯化钾,7.5%葡萄糖,维生素C100mg/100ml,维生素B12.7mg/100ml, 维生素B21.2mg/100ml,维生素B60.18mg/100ml。
作为长时间,大量运动前、运动间或运动后及时的能量补给,不同于普通 补液盐或低消耗运动补给。普通的补液盐是按平时人体所需比例补充身体的 钾、纳盐及一定含量的无水葡萄糖。针对大部分少量运动或不严重的腹泻脱 水情况的都能适用。但是在长时间有氧运动情况下,人体会大量排汗,随之 流失大量的矿物质,大部分是钠盐与钾盐。当人体大量流汗丧失过多的水分 和盐分时,会使血液变浓,沾滞性增加,脉搏加快,体温增高,身体产生口 干、口渴、无力感,甚至出现肌肉痉挛、代谢紊乱等现象,此时适当的补充 水分和盐是很必要的。此时根据科学的比例需要补充2.6%氯化钠,3%枸橼酸 钠,1.5%氯化钾的水溶液。但由于运动消耗了大量的葡萄糖,为避免血液中 的葡萄糖消耗完后,过量的消耗肌肉中的肌糖原,因此需补充浓度7.5%左右 的葡萄糖。虽然5%的葡萄糖为等渗浓度,由于处于不停消耗的过程,葡萄糖 会很快被消耗氧化掉。过高的葡萄糖浓度会增加身体的负荷,同时影响身体 的血糖自我调整功能,因此7.5%为合理葡萄糖浓度。因此该复合补液盐的营 养成分及比例非常符合高强度运动或长时间有氧运动的人。但是大部分人容 易忽视一个较重要的问题,运动中,我们身体会产生自由基,并随运动时间 累积。自由基被称为游离基,在身体中通过氧化合成会破损人体的细胞及组 织结构。使得身体会产生疼痛感,使人体产生不适,影响状态。由于大量出汗, 导致水溶性维生素C及维生素B群也随之流失。因此急需补充维生素C与维 生素B群。维生素C主要参与肌肉组织的生理氧化过程,能促进新陈代谢, 对提高机体的运动能力起着重要作用。另外,维生素C不仅是连接组织间润 滑液的主要成分,还是保护细胞免遭毁坏和防止衰老的有效屏障。维生素E 是一种抗氧化剂,能减少自由基对人体的副作用。维生素B1、维生素B2、维 生素B6、维生素B12:维生素B1有助于体内葡萄糖被利用转换成热量,加速 运动过程中肝糖的消耗利用。维生素B2则可帮助脂肪燃烧,对于限制热量摄 取及运动减肥者而言,为相当重要的营养素。而维生素B6与蛋白质代谢有关, 与维生素B1一同补充,再搭配运动可强化肌肉,以避免减肥过程中连肌肉也 减掉了。维生素B12则可以促进新陈代谢,提高脂肪、醣类、蛋白质的代谢 利用率。经实践和研究证明,服用维生素E,有助于减轻肌肉酸痛。维生素C 的摄取量为1000Mg,多余的会由身体直接排出,以1000Ml溶液计算,比例应 为100mg/100ml。市面常见维生素C粉片。的但是维生素E具有一定毒性,因 此不能过量使用。市面常见的有复合维生素B粉片,成分为维生素B127毫克, 维生素B214毫克,维生素B61.8毫克,烟酰胺90毫克,泛酸钙9毫克.按1000ml 溶液计算为B12.7mg/100ml,B21.2mg/100ml,B60.18mg/100ml。
具体而言,在制作过程中氯化钠、枸橼酸钠、氯化钾与葡萄糖为初始粉 末状混合,减少对原材料加工制作的过程,避免对原材料产生影响。

1.一种补充微量元素及能量的冲剂或饮料,其特征在于:该微量元素补充饮料冲剂与水冲兑的质量比例为1:8;
所述微量元素补充饮料冲剂的各组分为:2.6%氯化钠,3%枸橼酸钠,1.5%氯化钾,7.5%葡萄糖,维生素C100mg/100ml,维生素B12.7mg/100ml,维生素B21.2mg/100ml,维生素B60.18mg/100ml。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充微量元素及能量的冲剂或饮料,其特征在于:在制作过程中氯化钠、枸橼酸钠、氯化钾与葡萄糖为初始粉末状混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充微量元素及能量的冲剂或饮料,其特征在于:在制作过程中维生素C及复合维生素E为分片状并粉碎成细粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种补充微量元素及能量的冲剂或饮料,其特征在于:在制作过程中所有原料混合后经无菌包装机械进行无菌包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种补充微量元素及能量的冲剂或饮料,其特征在于:在制作过程中无菌包装机械进行无菌包装所使用的包装为非透明包装。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种补充微量元素及能量的冲剂或饮料,其特征在于:所述补充微量元素及能量冲剂的规格为25g每包,每包兑200ml水混合成溶液。
