Abstract
本发明涉及一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)对碳钢基层表面进行喷砂除锈处理;(2)在经过除锈处理后的碳钢基层表面涂一层底漆;(3)在底漆的表面上涂乙烯基酯树脂作为找平层;(4)在找平层上铺一层短切毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,排除气泡并压实,使乙烯基酯树脂充分浸渍短切毡,重复数次,得到半成品;(5)对步骤(4)得到的半成品上铺一层表面毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,使乙烯基酯树脂充分浸渍表面毡;(6)再涂混合有蜡液的乙烯基酯树脂作为封面层,乙烯基酯树脂与蜡液按重量份比为100:4。本发明在碳钢基层表面涂刷SWANCOR984‑M型号底漆,保证碳钢与乙烯基酯树脂的高结合性,避免了不同材质之间的脱层现象,抗腐蚀能力强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐工艺,尤其涉及一种碳钢防腐工艺。
背景技术
碳钢也叫碳素钢,由于其塑性和焊接性好,用于焊接容器上,但是焊接容器在湿法冶金、化工等领域,特别存在容器内酸性介质的腐蚀问题,目前虽然出现了在碳钢上衬防腐层,但是综合性能都不好,防腐层容易脱落,造成容器被腐蚀后更难进行修复。现有是通过在碳钢上衬玻璃钢,玻璃钢,也称玻璃钢增强塑料,是一种以树脂为基体,玻璃纤维等为增强体,经过复合工艺而制成的复合材料,但是由于碳钢和玻璃钢属于两种不同的材质,结合性存在问题,玻璃钢很容易从碳钢基材上脱落,出现脱层的现象,在强腐蚀环境中使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种无脱层现象的碳钢防腐工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种碳钢防腐工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)对碳钢基层表面进行喷砂除锈处理;
(2)在经过除锈处理后的碳钢基层表面涂一层底漆;
(3)在底漆的表面上涂乙烯基酯树脂作为找平层;
(4)在找平层上铺一层短切毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,滚压排除气泡并压实,使乙烯基酯树脂充分浸渍短切毡,重复数次,得到半成品;
(5)对步骤(4)得到的半成品上铺一层表面毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,滚压排除气泡并压实,使乙烯基酯树脂充分浸渍表面毡;
(6)步骤(5)中的乙烯基酯树脂完全固化后,再涂混合有蜡液的乙烯基酯树脂作为封面层,乙烯基酯树脂与蜡液按重量份比为100:4。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括所述步骤(1)中表面喷砂除锈处理等级必须达到GB8923-88规定的Sa2.5级、表面粗糙度Ru≥50μm。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括所述步骤(2)中底漆的型号为SWANCOR984-M。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括所述步骤(2)中底漆的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括所述步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)和步骤(6)中的乙烯基酯树脂的型号为SWANCOR901或R-806。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括在所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)之间还包括清扫表面灰尘的步骤。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)之间的间隔时间不超过24小时。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括所述短切毡的规格为300g/m2或450g/m2。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括所述步骤(4)和步骤(5)中要求气泡的直径小于等于3mm,每平米气泡控制在3个以内。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种碳钢防腐工艺进一步包括待步骤(5)的乙烯基酯树脂完全硬化后,对乙烯基酯树脂表面进行轻打磨处理。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明通过在碳钢基层表面涂刷SWANCOR984-M型号底漆,保证碳钢与乙烯基酯树脂的高结合性,等结合干了以后再上玻璃纤维和乙烯基酯树脂起到真正的防腐作用,避免了不同材质之间的脱层现象,结合稳定,不容易脱落,抗腐蚀能力强,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
现在结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
一种碳钢防腐工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)对碳钢基层表面进行喷砂除锈处理;表面喷砂除锈处理等级必须达到GB8923-88规定的Sa2.5级、表面粗糙度Ru≥50μm;
(2)用毛刷或真空吸尘器清洁碳钢基层表面所有磨粉和残留灰尘;
(3)喷砂完成后四小时内在碳钢基层表面涂一层底漆;优选底漆的型号为SWANCOR984-M,也就是上纬(上海)精细化工有限公司生产的SWANCOR984-M型号底漆,最利于碳钢基层与后续工序中的乙烯基酯树脂的结合,底漆可用滚筒或大排刷进行涂刷,使得涂刷均匀且效率高,涂刷厚度为0.2-0.4mm;
(4)在底漆表面上涂乙烯基酯树脂作为找平层;
(5)在找平层上铺一层短切毡,短切毡是根据碳钢基材的形状和大小进行裁切,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,滚压排除气泡并压实,使乙烯基酯树脂充分浸渍短切毡,观察是否有超过3mm的气泡,若有,继续滚压,若没有,继续铺一层短切毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,滚压排除气泡并压实,观察是否有超过3mm的气泡,若没有,再铺一层短切毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,观察是否有超过3mm的气泡,若没有,得到半成品;其中所用到的短切毡的规格为300g/m2或450g/m2;
(6)对步骤(5)得到的半成品上铺一层表面毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,滚压排除气泡并压实,使乙烯基酯树脂充分浸渍表面毡,每平米气泡控制在3个以内,观察是否有超过3mm的气泡,若有,继续滚压,若没有,此道工序完成;
(7)待步骤(6)的乙烯基酯树脂完全硬化后,乙烯基酯树脂表面不粘手,对乙烯基酯树脂表面进行轻打磨处理,消除毛刺、颗粒及杂质,再涂混合有蜡液的乙烯基酯树脂作为封面层,乙烯基酯树脂与蜡液按重量份比为100:4。
其中,步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)和步骤(6)中的乙烯基酯树脂的型号为SWANCOR901,也就是上纬(上海)精细化工有限公司生产的SWANCOR901型号乙烯基酯树脂,但并不局限于SWANCOR901,也可以为日本昭和生产的R-806型号乙烯基酯树脂。
同时,从喷砂开始到涂料完成,空气的相对湿度保持在85%以下,现场环境温度不低于5℃,且至少高于露点温度3℃。
本发明的玻璃钢作为内衬,使用寿命≥10年,年破率≤1%,衬里厚度差≤5%,拉伸度≥4MPa,扯断伸长率≥15.8%,粘合强度≥110KG/cm2,水蒸汽渗透系数(g·cm/24hrs·m2·mmHg)≤5.3×10-3。
以上依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定技术性范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)对碳钢基层表面进行喷砂除锈处理;
(2)在经过除锈处理后的碳钢基层表面涂一层底漆;
(3)在底漆的表面上涂乙烯基酯树脂作为找平层;
(4)在找平层上铺一层短切毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,用铁滚轮滚压排除气泡并压实,使乙烯基酯树脂充分浸渍短切毡,重复数次,得到半成品;
(5)对步骤(4)得到的半成品上铺一层表面毡,然后涂乙烯基酯树脂,滚压排除气泡并压实,使乙烯基酯树脂充分浸渍表面毡;
(6)待步骤(5)的乙烯基酯树脂完全硬化后,再涂混合有蜡液的乙烯基酯树脂作为封面层,乙烯基酯树脂与蜡液按重量份比为100:4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中表面喷砂除锈处理等级必须达到GB8923-88规定的Sa2.5级、表面粗糙度Ru≥50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中底漆的型号为SWANCOR984-M。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中底漆的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)和步骤(6)中的乙烯基酯树脂的型号为SWANCOR901或R-806。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)之间还包括清扫表面灰尘的步骤。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)和步骤(2)之间的间隔时间不超过24小时。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中短切毡的规格为300g/m2或450g/m2。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)和步骤(5)中要求气泡的直径小于等于3mm,每平米气泡控制在3个以内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢防腐工艺,其特征在于,待步骤(5)的乙烯基酯树脂完全硬化后,对乙烯基酯树脂表面进行轻打磨处理。
