本发明提供一种瓶桶容器注胚模具,包括外模和内模,内模嵌套在外模的内部;还包括安装基体和进料装置;外模包括瓶胚口模、瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模,所述瓶胚口模、瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模依次串接;瓶胚口模由左瓶胚口模和右瓶胚口模拼接而成;安装基体由左安装基体和右安装基体用弹簧螺杆连接而成,安装基体设有锥形孔;左安装基体与左瓶胚口模连接,右安装基体与右瓶胚口模连接;进料装置安装在瓶胚底模的底端,进料装置设有L形进料通道;瓶胚底模设有与L形进料通道连通的进料口。本发明具有以下优点:降低瓶桶分界线的厚度和明显度、减少设备的占地面积、提高生产效率和降低瓶桶生产企业成本的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及-一种瓶桶容器模具领域,属于机械模具加工领域。
背景技术
模具的机构虽然由于塑料品种和性能、塑料制品的形状和结构等不同而可能千变万化,但是基本结构是一致的。模具主要由浇注系统、调温系统、成型零件和结构零件组成。其中浇注系统和成型零件是与塑料直接接触的部分,并随塑料和制品而变化,是塑模中最复杂,变化最大,要求加工光洁度和精度最高的部分。浇注系统是指塑料从射嘴进入型腔前的流通通道部分,包括主流道、冷料穴、分流道和浇口等。
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具。注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法,具体指将受热融化的材料由高压射入模腔,经冷却固化后,得到成型品。
注塑模具依成型特性区分为热固性塑胶模具、热塑性塑胶模具两种;依成型工艺区分为传塑模、吹塑模、铸塑模、热成型模、热压模、注射模等。
现有技术中针对桶装水用水桶,以下简称水桶,是通过模内吹气工艺生产的。其大致的生产过程如下:从出料口挤出熔融状态的料管,料管自上向下生长,然后左模和右模合模,左模和右模合模后其内部是预定形状的内腔,左模和右模将料管夹在中间,此后处在出料口中央的吹针向料管内吹气,让料管膨胀并最终贴合模具的内腔,左模和右模是带有液冷通道的模具,料管贴合左模和右模后将被冷却而定形。此后左模和右模分离,可取下水桶半成品。
通过现有技术生产出来的水桶,在其桶肩部会形成有明显且较厚的分界线,严重影响水桶成品的外观和使用效果。另一方面,因常规桶装水用水桶的高度较高,约500mm左右,导致生产该种水桶的设备占地面积较大,使用成本较高。因此需要对现有的瓶桶容器生产模具进行改良。倘若能将该种模具竖直安装就可解决该种设备占地面积较大的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供一种瓶桶容器注胚模具,目的是降低瓶桶分界线的清晰度、分界线的厚度以及减少瓶桶生产设备的占地面积、瓶桶生产企业的成本。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种瓶桶容器注胚模具,包括外模和内模,所述内模嵌套在所述外模的内部;特别地,还包括安装基体和进料装置;所述外模包括瓶胚口模、瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模,所述瓶胚口模安装在所述瓶胚身模的顶端,所述瓶胚底模安装在所述瓶胚身模的底端;所述瓶胚口模由左瓶胚口模和右瓶胚口模拼接而成;所述安装基体由左安装基体和右安装基体用弹簧螺杆连接而成,所述安装基体设有锥形孔;所述左安装基体与所述左瓶胚口模连接,所述右安装基体与所述右瓶胚口模连接;所述进料装置安装在所述瓶胚底模的底端,所述进料装置设有L形进料通道;所述瓶胚底模设有与L形进料通道连通的进料口。
本发明的工作原理是:在进行瓶桶模内吹气工序之前,先用本发明的模具成型出一种直径小、细长的瓶桶,替代现有技术中的料管。如此一来,就可解决现有技术的瓶桶存在分界线过于明显且较厚的技术问题。另一方面,本发明的进料装置设有L形进料通道,其目的在于将成型模具竖直安装,从而减少瓶桶生产设备的占地面积。
塑胶原材料从进料装置的L形通道和瓶胚底模的进料口进入到型腔中,由于高压,塑胶原材料充满整个型腔,达到注塑成型的目的,得到一种直径小、细长的瓶桶半成品,简称瓶胚。经冷却后,将瓶胚口模和瓶胚一起向上抽出。然后进行后续吹气工序,得到瓶桶成品。
优选的,在左安装基体和右安装基体上均设有定位半孔,如此一来,在组装安装基体时,用这两个定位半孔,作为参照,进行对准定位。
优选的,还包括圆形外壳,圆形外壳设有中空腔,所述外模安装在所述中空腔内,外壳还设有与中空腔贯通的进水孔和出水孔,所述进水孔设置在所述出水孔的上端;所述瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模均设置成螺旋形,所述瓶胚身模的外周面设有若干第一凹槽。这样一来,就能形成一条冷却水流通通道。可极大地缩短冷却时间以及极大地提高生产效率。
优选的,所述瓶胚底模的上端面设有与瓶胚身模上的槽相连通的第二凹槽,所述出水孔设置在所述第二凹槽末端的下方,即将圆形外壳的出水口设置在与瓶胚底模中部平齐的水平线上。这样一来,液体冷却通道覆盖了瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模,可以进一步地冷却瓶胚,提高生产效率。
本发明的有益技术效果:
(1)本发明具有降低瓶桶分界线的清晰度、分界线厚度的有益技术效果;
(2)本发明因具有螺旋形的瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模、进水口、出水口、中空腔等特征,可以进一步地冷却成型出来的半成品(瓶胚),缩短了瓶胚的成型时间,大大地提高了生产效率;
(3)本发明因具有L型进料通道,可以实现模具设备竖直安装,充分利用地面上空的空间,减少瓶桶成型设备的占地面积,降低瓶桶生产企业的成本。

具体实施方式
如图1至图17所示,本实施例的一种瓶桶容器注胚模具,包括外模1和内模2,所述内模2嵌套在所述外模1的内部,且所述外模的内壁与所述内模的外壁之间形成有用于成型瓶胚的空间,简称型腔。为了实现本发明的目的,本发明还包括安装基体4和进料装置3;所述外模1包括瓶胚口模101、瓶胚身模102和瓶胚底模103,所述瓶胚口模101、瓶胚身模102和瓶胚底模103依次串接,形成可活动的连接。所述瓶胚口模101由左瓶胚口模1011 和右瓶胚口模1012拼接而成,左所述安装基体4由左安装基体401和右安装基体402用弹簧螺杆406连接而成,所述安装基体4设有锥形孔403;所述左安装基体401与所述左瓶胚口模1011连接,所述右安装基体402与所述右瓶胚口模1012连接;所述进料装置3 安装在所述瓶胚底模103的底端,所述进料装置3设有L形进料通道301;所述瓶胚底模 103设有与L形进料通道301连通的进料口1032,这样一来,就可实现成型设备竖直安装,减少设备的占地面积,降低瓶桶生产企业的生产成本。
瓶胚身模102和瓶胚底模103均设为螺旋形,目的是便于开设凹槽且节约材料。瓶胚身模102设有第一凹槽1021,瓶胚底模103设有第二凹槽1031和进料口1032,且安装在圆形外壳5的内部,圆形外壳5设有进水口501、出水口502和中空腔503,这样一来,就形成了一条可快速冷却瓶胚的冷却液通道,极大地提高了瓶胚的生产效率。
如图15和图16所示,左安装基体401设有一左安装基体定位孔404,右安装基体402设有一右安装基体定位孔405,该两个定位孔在本实施例中均设置为半圆孔,主要目的是用于检验左、右安装基体是否对称安装,进一步地检验瓶胚口模是否对称安装。
本实施例的成型和脱模过程是:在实际使用过程中,启动注塑机,成型原材料通过L 型进料通道301和瓶胚底模上的进料口1032,直至充满整个型腔,将水通过进水口注入到圆形外壳5的中空腔503中,水因自身重力,依次流过瓶胚身模102和瓶胚底模103,从出水口排出。经充分冷却后,瓶胚已完成注塑成型,可进入脱模工序。将瓶胚口模101和瓶胚一起向上拔出,瓶胚身模102和瓶胚底模103保留在所述圆形外壳5的中空腔内503。用与安装基体4上的锥形孔403相配的锥形块插入到所述锥形孔403内,因左、右安装基体是用弹簧螺杆406连接的,在锥形块的作用下左、右安装基体分离,致使左瓶胚口模1011 和右瓶胚口模1012分离,瓶胚自由落体,进行卸料。
成型完成后,瓶胚的瓶口一般设有凹凸面,左、右瓶胚口模主要是通过与该凹凸面接触所产生的摩擦力而保持拼接状态的。
因瓶胚口模101、瓶胚身模102、瓶胚底模103和内模2是与成型原材料直接接触的,也是用于成型瓶胚的核心部件,这些部件的表面光洁度和精度的要求自然也会较高。

1.一种瓶桶容器注胚模具,包括外模和内模,所述内模嵌套在所述外模的内部;其特征在于:还包括安装基体和进料装置;所述外模包括瓶胚口模、瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模,所述瓶胚口模、瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模依次串接;所述瓶胚口模由左瓶胚口模和右瓶胚口模拼接而成;所述安装基体由左安装基体和右安装基体用弹簧螺杆连接而成,所述安装基体设有锥形孔;所述左安装基体与所述左瓶胚口模连接,所述右安装基体与所述右瓶胚口模连接;所述进料装置安装在所述瓶胚底模的底端,所述进料装置设有L形进料通道;所述瓶胚底模设有与L形进料通道连通的进料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶桶容器注胚模具,其特征在于:所述左安装基体和右安装基体均设有定位孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓶桶容器注胚模具,其特征在于:还包括圆形外壳,所述圆形外壳设有中空腔,所述外模安装在所述中空腔内,所述外壳还设有与中空腔贯通的进水孔和出水孔,所述进水孔设置在所述出水孔的上端;所述瓶胚身模和瓶胚底模均设置成螺旋形,所述瓶胚身模的外周面设有若干第一凹槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的瓶桶容器注胚模具,其特征在于:所述瓶胚底模的上端面设有与瓶胚身模上的槽相连通的第二凹槽,所述出水孔设置在所述第二凹槽末端的下方。
