Abstract
本发明公开了一种涂布均匀的锂电池涂布设备,本发明包括涂布装置和输送装置,涂布装置包括机架和上下浮动设置在机架上的涂布箱,涂布箱包括箱体和布料辊,箱体的顶面上设置有加料口,箱体的底面的中部设置有出料口,布料辊位于箱体内,布料辊部分伸出出料口,箱体的底面为平面。本发明将布料辊设置在涂布箱中,布料辊仅部分从涂布箱的底面露出,布料辊在向电极材料上涂料时,布料辊的前后均由涂布箱的底面罩住,涂料不会飞溅,并且布料辊布料后,布料箱的底面对布下的料有抹平的作用,从而保证涂布厚度均匀质量可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锂电池涂布设备。
背景技术
锂电池在移动通讯数码产品及新能源汽车的应用越来越广泛,锂电池制造设备也在不断的改进更新,而锂电池极片的涂布工序是锂电池生产过程中非常关键的工序,对浆料的涂布厚度需要精确到3微米以下,这就对涂布机提出了严格的质量要求,涂布质量的的好坏会极大的影响电池的安全性涂布质量的,目前虽然涂布机种类很多,但目前的涂布主要还是通过涂布辊,通过涂布辊的转动将浆料涂布到锂电池极片上,这种涂布工艺虽然工艺简单,但是生产过程中会出现浆料飞溅的情况造成局部厚度过多,进而影响到电池的安全性和容量储备。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:本发明提供一种防止浆料飞溅又能保证涂布厚度均匀质量可靠的锂电池涂布设备。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括涂布装置和输送装置,涂布装置包括机架和上下浮动设置在机架上的涂布箱,涂布箱包括箱体和布料辊,箱体的顶面上设置有加料口,箱体的底面的中部设置有出料口,布料辊位于箱体内,布料辊部分伸出出料口,箱体的底面为平面,箱体的底面上左右两侧均设置有侧挡板,涂布箱通过支撑架和弹簧设置在机架上,涂布箱固定设置在支撑架上,弹簧连接支撑架和机架,支撑架上设置有两个分别位于涂布箱左右两侧的支撑块,输送装置包括输送带和用于支撑输送带的多个传动辊,传动辊转动设置在机架上,输送带上设置有多个相同且间隔开的支撑轮组,每个支撑轮组包括两个相同的分别设置在输送带两侧的支撑轮,机架上位于输送带的两侧各设置有一个支架,当支撑块不受外力时,支撑块与相同侧的支架之间的间距小于相同侧的支撑轮的外径,每组支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别与两个支架滚动接触,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块,涂布箱抬升一定高度。
为了使涂布箱平稳抬升,本发明还包括有导向管,弹簧处于导向管中,导向管的上端与机架固定,支撑架的上端滑动插接在导向管中。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将布料辊设置在涂布箱中,布料辊仅部分从涂布箱的底面露出,布料辊在向电极材料上涂料时,布料辊的前后均由涂布箱的底面罩住,涂料不会飞溅,并且布料辊布料后,布料箱的底面对布下的料有抹平的作用,从而保证涂布厚度均匀质量可靠,并且本发明通过设置支撑块、支撑轮组和支架,还能起到分段涂布的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示的一种锂电池涂布设备,包括涂布装置和输送装置,涂布装置包括机架10和上下浮动设置在机架10上的涂布箱3,涂布箱3包括箱体3-2和布料辊3-4,箱体3-2的顶面上设置有加料口3-1,箱体3-2的底面的中部设置有出料口,箱体3-2的底面为平面,布料辊3-4位于箱体3-2内,布料辊3-4部分伸出出料口,箱体3-2的底面上左右两侧均设置有侧挡板3-3,涂布箱3通过支撑架6和弹簧2设置在机架10上,涂布箱3固定设置在支撑架6上,弹簧2连接支撑架6和机架10,支撑架6上设置有两个分别位于涂布箱3左右两侧的支撑块4,输送装置包括输送带7和用于支撑输送带7的多个传动辊1,传动辊1转动设置在机架10上,输送带7上设置有多个相同且间隔开的支撑轮组5,每个支撑轮组5包括两个相同的分别设置在输送带7两侧的支撑轮,机架10上位于输送带7的两侧各设置有一个支架9,当支撑块4不受外力时,支撑块4与相同侧的支架9之间的间距小于相同侧的支撑轮的外径,每组支撑轮组5的两个支撑轮分别与两个支架9滚动接触,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块4的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块4,涂布箱3抬升一定高度。还包括有导向管11,弹簧2处于导向管11中,导向管11的上端与机架10固定,支撑架6的上端滑动插接在导向管11中。
工作原理:如图1所示,在涂布机开启后,传动辊1转动带动上方的输送带7从右向左运动,输送带7上的锂电池极片8也随输送带7向左传送,当锂电池极片8被传送到布料辊3-4下方时布料辊3-4对锂电池极片8进行涂布。经布料辊3-4涂布后,箱体3-2对涂布后的材料进行抹平,侧挡板3-3能防止涂布材料向两侧飞溅。如图2、图3 所示当支撑轮组5在输送带7的带动下沿着支架9转动到达涂布箱3下方时,支撑轮组5将支撑块4撑起,支撑架6带动涂布箱3脱离锂电池极片8,此时弹簧2在导向管11内在产生压缩变形,涂布机涂布箱3不再对锂电池极片8进行涂布,输送带7继续带动支撑轮组5和锂电池极片8向左传动,当支撑轮组5穿过支撑块4后,弹簧2沿导向管11伸长向下推动涂布箱3,涂布箱3又开始对锂电池极片8涂布,这样通过转动的支撑轮组5抬起涂布箱3来实现对锂电池极片8的分段涂布。
Claims (2)
1.一种涂布均匀的锂电池涂布设备,其特征在于:包括涂布装置和输送装置,涂布装置包括机架(10)和上下浮动设置在机架(10)上的涂布箱(3),涂布箱(3)包括箱体(3-2)和布料辊(3-4),箱体(3-2)的顶面上设置有加料口(3-1),箱体(3-2)的底面的中部设置有出料口,箱体(3-2)的底面为平面,布料辊(3-4)位于箱体(3-2)内,布料辊(3-4)部分伸出出料口,箱体(3-2)的底面上左右两侧均设置有侧挡板,涂布箱(3)通过支撑架(6)和弹簧(2)设置在机架(10)上,涂布箱(3)固定设置在支撑架(6)上,弹簧(2)连接支撑架(6)和机架(10),支撑架(6)上设置有两个分别位于涂布箱(3)左右两侧的支撑块(4),输送装置包括输送带(7)和用于支撑输送带(7)的多个传动辊(1),传动辊(1)转动设置在机架(10)上,输送带(7)上设置有多个相同且间隔开的支撑轮组(5),每个支撑轮组(5)包括两个相同的分别设置在输送带(7)两侧的支撑轮,机架(10)上位于输送带(7)的两侧各设置有一个支架(9),当支撑块(4)不受外力时,支撑块(4)与相同侧的支架(9)之间的间距小于相同侧的支撑轮的外径,每组支撑轮组(5)的两个支撑轮分别与两个支架(9)滚动接触,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块(4)的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块(4),涂布箱(3)抬升一定高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂布均匀的锂电池涂布设备,其特征在于:还包括有导向管(11),弹簧(2)处于导向管(11)中,导向管(11)的上端与机架(10)固定,支撑架(6)的上端滑动插接在导向管(11)中。
