Abstract

本发明公开了包括一种锂电池分段涂布机,包括涂布装置和输送装置,涂布装置包括机架和上下浮动设置在机架的涂布辊,涂布辊通过支撑架和弹簧设置在机架上,每组支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别与两个支架滚动接触,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块,涂布辊抬升一定高度。本发明通过在涂布辊的两侧设置支撑块,通过在输送带两侧设置支撑轮组,并通过支架支撑支撑轮组,当支撑轮组运动到支撑块下方时,能将涂布辊抬高一定高度,从而使得不涂布到锂电池极片,从而达到分段涂布的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锂电池分段涂布机。
背景技术
目前锂电池作为新兴能源,尤其是移动通讯数码产品及新能源汽车在人们的生活中使用非常普遍。锂电池制造设备也在不断的改进更新,而锂电池极片的涂布工序是锂电池生产过程中非常关键的工序,涂布质量的的好坏会极大的影响电池的安全性,目前进行分段涂布的涂布机,普遍存在涂布机分段调整机构工作不可靠,控制精度不高,影响到了涂布质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:本发明提供一种能够对锂电池极片进行分段涂布的锂电池分段涂布机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括包括涂布装置和输送装置,涂布装置包括机架和上下浮动设置在机架的涂布辊,涂布辊通过支撑架和弹簧设置在机架上,涂布辊转动设置在支撑架上,弹簧连接支撑架和机架,支撑架上设置有两个分别位于涂布辊两端的支撑块,输送装置包括输送带和用于支撑输送带的多个传动辊,传动辊转动设置在机架上,输送带上设置有多个相同且间隔开的支撑轮组,每个支撑轮组包括两个相同的分别设置在输送带两侧的支撑轮,机架上位于输送带的两侧各设置有一个支架,当支撑块不受外力时,支撑块与相同侧的支架之间的间距小于相同侧的支撑轮的外径,每组支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别与两个支架滚动接触,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块,涂布辊抬升一定高度。
本发明还包括有导向管,弹簧处于导向管中,导向管的上端与机架固定,支撑架的上端滑动插接在导向管中。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在涂布辊的两侧设置支撑块,通过在输送带两侧设置支撑轮组,并通过支架支撑支撑轮组,当支撑轮组运动到支撑块下方时,能将涂布辊抬高一定高度,从而使得不涂布到锂电池极片,从而达到分段涂布的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示的一种锂电池分段涂布机,包括涂布装置和输送装置,涂布装置包括机架10和上下浮动设置在机架10上的涂布辊3,涂布辊3通过导向管11、支撑架6和弹簧2设置在机架10上,涂布辊3转动设置在支撑架6上,弹簧2连接支撑架6和机架10,弹簧2处于导向管11中,导向管11的上端与机架10固定,支撑架6的上端滑动插接在导向管11中。支撑架6上设置有两个分别位于涂布辊3两端的支撑块4,输送装置包括输送带7和用于支撑输送带7的多个传动辊1,传动辊1转动设置在机架10上,输送带7上设置有多个相同且间隔开的支撑轮组5,每个支撑轮组5包括两个相同的分别设置在输送带7两侧的支撑轮,机架10上位于输送带7的两侧各设置有一个支架9,当支撑块4不受外力时,支撑块4与相同侧的支架9之间的间距小于相同侧的支撑轮的外径,每组支撑轮组5的两个支撑轮分别与两个支架9滚动接触,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块4的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块4,涂布辊3抬升一定高度。
工作原理:如图1所示,在涂布机开启后,传动辊1转动带动上方的输送带7从右向左运动,输送带7上的锂电池极片8也随输送带7向左传送,当锂电池极片8被传送到涂布辊3下方时涂布辊3对锂电池极片8进行涂布。如图2、图3所示当支撑轮组5在输送带7的带动下沿着支架9转动到达涂布辊3下方时,支撑轮组5将支撑块4撑起,支撑架6带动涂布辊3脱离锂电池极片8,此时弹簧2在导向管11内产生压缩变形,涂布机涂布辊3不再对锂电池极片8进行涂布,输送带7继续带动支撑轮组5和锂电池极片8向左传动,当支撑轮组5穿过支撑块4后,弹簧2沿导向管11伸长向下推动涂布辊3,涂布辊3又开始对锂电池极片8涂布,这样通过转动的支撑轮组5抬起涂布辊3来实现对锂电池极片8的分段涂布。

1.一种锂电池分段涂布机,其特征在于:包括涂布装置和输送装置,涂布装置包括机架(10)和上下浮动设置在机架(10)上的涂布辊(3),涂布辊(3)通过支撑架(6)和弹簧(2)设置在机架(10)上,涂布辊(3)转动设置在支撑架(6)上,弹簧(2)连接支撑架(6)和机架(10),支撑架(6)上设置有两个分别位于涂布辊(3)两端的支撑块(4),输送装置包括输送带(7)和用于支撑输送带(7)的多个传动辊(1),传动辊(1)转动设置在机架(10)上,输送带(7)上设置有多个相同且间隔开的支撑轮组(5),每个支撑轮组(5)包括两个相同的分别设置在输送带(7)两侧的支撑轮,机架(10)上位于输送带(7)的两侧各设置有一个支架(9),当支撑块(4)不受外力时,支撑块(4)与相同侧的支架(9)之间的间距小于相同侧的支撑轮的外径,每组支撑轮组(5)的两个支撑轮分别与两个支架(9)滚动接触,当任何一个支撑轮组运动到支撑块(4)的下方时,该支撑轮组的两个支撑轮分别支撑起两个支撑块(4),涂布辊抬升一定高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池分段涂布机,其特征在于:还包括有导向管(11),弹簧(2)处于导向管(11)中,导向管(11)的上端与机架(10)固定,支撑架(6)的上端滑动插接在导向管(11)中。
