一种养胃、健脾、补虚复方山楂鸡内金的压片糖果,其特征在于,以山楂、鸡内金、麦芽、山药、陈皮、食用葡萄糖、白砂糖、硬脂酸镁为主要原料,经粉碎、物理提取、浓缩、干燥、粉碎、过筛、称量配料、制湿粒、干燥颗粒、压片、包装工艺制成。
所述的养胃、健脾、补虚复方山楂鸡内金的压片糖果,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)将麦芽清洗,晾干,置于炒制容器内,用文火加热翻炒,炒至表面棕黄色,取出晾凉,筛去灰屑,得到炒麦芽;将炒麦芽粉碎,过20-25目筛,加入到6-8倍重量份的水中,80-90℃,超声浸提2-3次,每次浸提时间80-120min,合并浸提液,浓缩至浸提液体积的20%-25%,得到麦芽汁;
(2)将新鲜的山楂清洗,晾干,采用压辊式破碎机将山楂破裂成扁平状而不压破果核,去核,果肉浸泡在抗坏血酸溶液中;将果肉与水以1:0.04-0.05的质量比混合,80-90℃恒温搅拌水煮20-30min,自然冷却,静置20-24h,采用筛滤机过滤,得到山楂汁;
(3)将鸡内金、山药和陈皮以1:4-5:2-3的质量比混合,清洗干净,真空冷冻干燥,采用粉碎机粉碎,过60-80目筛,得到混合粉料;
(4)将混合粉料、食用葡萄糖和白砂糖以1:6-8:1.5-2的质量比混合,置于粉碎机中粉碎,过120-150目筛,加入硬脂酸镁、麦芽汁和山楂汁,继续混合均匀,得到湿料;将湿料置于造粒机中过20-25目筛制粒,60-70℃真空干燥,压制成片,包装即可。

(1)将麦芽清洗,晾干,置于炒制容器内,用文火加热翻炒,炒至表面棕黄色,取出晾凉,筛去灰屑,得到炒麦芽;将炒麦芽粉碎,过25目筛,加入到8倍重量份的水中,90℃,超声浸提3次,每次浸提时间120min,合并浸提液,浓缩至浸提液体积的20%,得到麦芽汁;
(2)将新鲜的山楂清洗,晾干,采用压辊式破碎机将山楂破裂成扁平状而不压破果核,去核,果肉浸泡在抗坏血酸溶液中;将果肉与水以1:0.05的质量比混合,90℃恒温搅拌水煮30min,自然冷却,静置24h,采用筛滤机过滤,得到山楂汁;
(3)将鸡内金、山药和陈皮以1:5:3的质量比混合,清洗干净,真空冷冻干燥,采用粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛,得到混合粉料;
