实施例3-6毛发组合物
1脂肪酰基羟乙基磺酸盐产品是联合利华公司内部生产的椰油酰羟乙基磺酸钠、硬脂酸、椰子脂肪酸、羟乙基磺酸钠和水;
2来自Wacker和Dow的硅氧烷乳液混合物;
3使用Brookfield粘度计在30℃和20rpm下使用转子N5测量制剂的粘度;所有这些都在5000-8000Cp之间;
4生物表面活性剂是鼠李糖脂JBR425(CAS号147858-26-2),来自JeneilBiosurfactant Co.,LLC。
实验
进行以下实验以通过溶液中不同表面活性剂体系评估染发剂从染色毛样中的去除。
方法
该方法测量上清液在溶液中染料浓度对应的波长处的吸光度。将染色的假发在各种洗涤剂溶液中浸泡后制备上清液,洗涤剂溶液在对照测试中由存在或不存在生物表面活性剂制成。吸光度越低,上清液中残留的染料量越少,由此表明染料从毛样中的去除越少。
材料
SLES-1EO-Texapon N71-Shell
JBR425-鼠李糖脂-Jeneil
根据International Colour Chart(ICC),具有1级色调(shade)(黑色)或2级色调(最深棕色)的永久毛发着色剂。
色差法
将2.5g之前漂白的6”假发*使用市售的永久着色剂进行染色;
将10g着色剂应用于假发上,用刷子摩擦30秒,直到颜色均匀分布;
然后将假发放置35分钟,然后在受控温度(37℃)和流速(4L/min)下漂洗2分钟;
将150g生物表面活性剂和/或合成的表面活性剂溶液或(如标题表面活性剂的结果部分中概述的)组合以1%w/w制备,然后将假发置于表面活性剂溶液中并在环境温度下保持1小时。
1小时后,将假发从表面活性剂中取出。然后将所得溶液的样品加入比色皿中,并用Jasco 600UV光谱仪在522nm的设定波长下测量吸光度。

所需设备:
L'Oreal Platine精密粉末漂白剂
Excel Crème Peroxide-9体积%
着色碗
着色刷
铝箔
停表
使用流量/温度被控制的水龙头进行所有冲洗和洗涤。流速设定为4升/分钟,温度设定为35℃~40℃。
第一次漂白应用...
1.在足够大的板凳上放置四张铝箔,允许假发被包裹在箔中,一旦应用漂白剂就显色;
2.称量漂白粉至着色碗中。
3.通过将其轻轻倒入粉末中使粉末完全被淹没称量过氧化物膏料。使用设有搅拌器的IKA-WERKEEurostar Power Control-Visc顶置搅拌器将其混合成奶油稠度。以400rpm混合60秒。着色碗必须牢固地平放在适当位置。确保没有结块,因为这将使假发上的颜色不均匀。混合物一旦准备好就必须立即使用。
4.在箔片上将毛发之一(以扇形)展开。
5.用着色刷涂上漂白混合物。通过转动确保毛发的均匀覆盖,并将漂白剂应用于每侧两次,;
侧面1应用45秒,翻转;
侧面2应用45秒,翻转;
侧面1应用45秒,翻转;
侧面2应用45秒。
6.将头发纤维放在一起,使假发保持正常形状,将假发包裹在铝箔中并在环境温度下显色30分钟。请注意假发需要在铝箔顶部使用永久标记进行冲洗的时间。
7.用剩余的假发重复。
8.当显色时间结束时,从箔上取下假发并在水龙头下冲洗2分钟,每20秒使手指捋顺毛发。
头发必须完全冲洗干净。如果有漂白剂留下,它将继续显色。
9.将假发放在水槽边缘并使用MatadorSawcut 4号梳的宽齿;仔细梳理假发中的缠结。从尖端开始并缓慢地整理到根部。一旦梳理出所有的缠结,即用梳子的窄齿完成。
10.使拇指和中指捋顺假发,并在环境温度下干燥过夜。
第二次漂白应用...重复上述步骤1-10,一次完成洗涤并彻底冲洗假发以除去任何残留的漂白剂。
结果
数据显示,在该过程结束时,对于SLES基表面活性剂体系,从染色假发释放到溶液中的染料的量明显更大。在用鼠李糖脂的毛发洗涤过程中,用鼠李糖脂代替SLES可显著减少从毛发损失的染料的量,从而增加染发剂的使用寿命。
Claims (15)
1.一种在暴露于含水清洁溶液期间保护着色或染色基材免受染料转移的方法,所述方法包括用含有表面活性剂体系的组合物处理所述染色或着色基材的步骤,其中所述表面活性剂体系包含总表面活性剂体系的50-100重量%范围内的生物表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述方法还包括将染料应用到所述基材的步骤。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述方法包括在冲洗之前将包含所述组合物的含水溶液应用到所述基材1分钟至2小时的时间段的步骤。
4.一种染色基材的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a.将染料应用到所述基材,和
b.向所述基材应用包含表面活性剂体系的组合物,所述表面活性剂体系包含相对于总表面活性剂体系50-100重量%的生物表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中步骤b在步骤a之后。
6.根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的方法,其还包括使用水从所述基材冲洗所应用的染料和/或生物表面活性剂的步骤。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述基材是织物和/或人发。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述生物表面活性剂包含鼠李糖脂或槐糖脂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述鼠李糖脂包含一定比率的单鼠李糖脂:二鼠李糖脂(R1:R2),使得按重量比例R2总是大于R1。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述鼠李糖脂是100重量%的二鼠李糖脂(R2)。
11.包含糖脂生物表面活性剂的洗涤组合物在洗涤过程中减少从着色或染色基材的染料转移的用途。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用途,其中所述基材是人发和/或织物。
13.用于前述权利要求中任一项的清洁组合物,其包含表面活性剂体系,所述表面活性剂体系含有在所述表面活性剂体系中以总表面活性剂的50-100重量%存在的糖脂生物表面活性剂。
14.根据权利要求14所述的清洁组合物,其中所述糖脂生物表面活性剂是鼠李糖脂,并且鼠李糖脂是100重量%的二鼠李糖脂(R2)。
15.一种用于染发的试剂盒,其包含染料组合物和包含糖脂生物表面活性剂的组合物。
