Abstract
本发明属于软管管材技术领域,公开了一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管及其制备方法。其构成该复合管的技术方案:包括内管层、缠绕或编织的钢丝构成的增强层和外管层,在内管层外侧涂覆有用于粘合所述增强层的粘合层,在增强层的外侧设置有耐火隔热层。该高压软管能够有效防止硫化氢泄漏和具有优异的耐火性能,能够满足石油、化工、海洋等领域的需要。

技术领域
本发明属于高压软管技术领域,尤其涉及一种使用于石油、化工、海洋等领域的耐火耐硫化氢高压软管及其制备方法。
背景技术
石油开采钻井出口与防喷机构间所使用的高压软管,由于其内管极容易被硫化氢腐蚀,从而造成软管管线的泄漏而发生事故。而国内外油田时常发生井喷着火意外事故和硫化氢外泄事故,而造成设备损失、人员伤亡事故屡见不鲜。目前各种复合管线的结构和管层的构成材料多种多样,但由于构成符合软管的内管层的耐硫化氢的腐蚀性较差导致其使用寿命很难满足要求,同时外胶层直接覆于构成增强层的钢丝缠绕层上,使得导热性能极好的钢丝缠绕层直接将外界温度由隔热阻燃性能较差的外管层传导至内管层,造成内管层的损坏;另外,钢丝层直接缠绕于内管层上,造成内管层的机械损坏极易发生而导致内管层的破损。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种能够有效防止硫化氢泄漏和耐火性能优异的耐火耐硫化氢高压软管及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管,其结构包括内管层、缠绕或编织的钢丝构成的增强层和外管层,在所述的内管层外侧涂覆有用于粘合所述增强层的粘合层,在所述增强层的外侧设置有耐火隔热层;其特征在于:
所述的内管层包括下列重量份的组分
包括12重量份的氢化丁晴橡胶、6.0—8.0重量份的四丙氟橡胶和1.5—2.5重量份的尼龙11构成的主料,18.0—22.0重量份的填充料,1.0—1.2重量份的软化剂,0.3—0.6重量份的防老剂,0.06—0.08重量份的分散剂,
0.03—0.06重量份的润滑剂,1.20—1.60重量份的补强剂,0.15—0.30重量份的促进剂,0.08—0.12重量份的橡胶助剂;
所述的耐火隔热层包括下列重量份的组分
包括13重量份的四丙氟橡胶、5.50—6.50重量份的纳米三氧化二铝构成的纤维增强纳米材料、5.0—8.0重量份的四氟乙烯橡胶和2.5—3.0重量份的三氧化二锑构成的主料,10.0—18.0重量份的填充料,0.3—0.6重量份的防老剂,0.25—0.35重量份的促进剂,0.03—0.08重量份的防焦剂。
构成上述一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管的附加技术特征还包括:

制备上述耐火耐硫化氢高压软管的工艺步骤包括:
第一步 套管制备
将管芯一端穿入内管胚,同时另一端通入气源使内管坯鼓起,气压8Kgf/cm;将穿管芯后的内管坯放在工作台上直至内管坯紧包在管芯上,停放时间不少于20分钟,停放后外径为112.0±1mm;
第二步 钢丝粘合层
将下好的粘合层胶片缠绕平整无褶皱的缠绕在所述的内管坯上,形成粘合层坯;
第三步 将钢丝缠绕于粘合层坯上,形成增强层;
第四步 耐火隔热层
将下好的耐火隔热层胶片缠绕应平整无褶皱缠绕上述钢丝缠绕层上,形成耐火隔热层坯;。
第五步 外胶包层 即将外管层的胶片包裹在上述的耐火隔热层坯;
第六步 硫化
将外胶包层用浸湿的水包布包紧,通过硫化形成复合软管。
在上述所述的制备方法中:
——所述内管胚的制备包括以下步骤:
将构成内管层的主料通过混炼、开炼过薄混合和密炼后投入软化剂、防老剂、分散剂、润滑剂、补强剂、促进剂、橡胶助剂辅料混炼,后再加入填充料完全混炼,压炼成型后,放出开炼下片,过滤五遍打包4个,停放8小时阴凉降温;
内胶热炼橡胶挤出机通入循环冷水和高温蒸气将已预热好的上述内胶片均匀连续喂入挤出机进料口过滤,过滤后加硫磺下片;
将加硫磺下片的胶条通过挤出机构挤出形成内管坯的管套;
——所述钢丝粘合层的制备步骤为:将构成钢丝粘合层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成钢丝粘合层胶片;
——所述耐火隔热层的制备步骤为:将构成耐火隔热层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成耐火隔热层胶片;
——所述外管层的制备步骤为:将构成外管层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成外管层胶片。
本发明所提供的耐火耐硫化氢高压软管的制备方法同现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
——由于构成该高压软管的内管层采用了氢化丁晴橡胶、四丙氟橡胶、尼龙11以及三元乙丙橡胶和橡塑合金构成的主料为主要组分构成,使得所构成的内管层具有极强的抗硫化氢腐蚀的性能,大大延长了其使用寿命;
——由于构成该高压软管的内管层外侧涂覆有用于粘合增强层的粘合层,且该粘合层由氯丁橡胶、天然橡胶、橡塑合金以及起黏附、内聚作用的粘合剂(AB-30)构成,不仅提高了缠绕的钢丝层对内管层的束缚紧固作用,而且还克服由于紧固束缚对内管层的破坏,同时该粘合层还可以有效克服钢丝缠绕层直接的对管外界的热传导导致内管层的加速老化损坏;
——由于在构成该高压软管的增强层的外侧设置有四丙氟橡胶、纤维增强纳米材料、三氧化二锑为主料添加填充料、固化剂、防老剂等材料形成的耐火隔热层,使得该软管能够在极易发生井喷着火意外事故的高温下工作,可以有效避免更大事故的发生。

下面结合附图对本发明所提供的一种对耐火耐硫化氢高压软管的结构和制备做进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,为本发明所提供的一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管的径向剖面结构示意图。构成该高压软管的结构包括输送介质的内管层1、缠绕或编织的钢丝构成的增强层2和外管层3,在上述内管层外侧涂覆有用于粘合增强层的粘合层4,在该增强层的外侧设置有耐火隔热层5。

内管层的组分构成为:12重量份的氢化丁晴橡胶、7.5重量份的四丙氟橡胶、2.0重量份的尼龙11、4.0重量份的耐候剂三元乙丙橡胶和1.5重量份橡塑合金构成的主料,由10重量份的炭黑、5重量份的高岭土和3.0重量份的硅粉构成的填充料,1.2重量份的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯软化剂,0.35重量份的防老剂4010,0.06重量份的分散剂,0.03重量份的润滑剂,1.25重量份的补强剂,0.20重量份的促进剂和0.12重量份的橡胶助剂;

耐火隔热层的组分构成为:包括13重量份的四丙氟橡胶、6.25重量份的纳米三氧化二铝构成的纤维增强纳米材料、7.0重量份的四氟乙烯橡胶和2.95重量份的三氧化二锑构成的主料,由6.0重量份炭黑、5.0重量份石蜡、6.0重量份氢氧化铝、0.1重量份氧化镧和0.2重量份氧化钙组成的填充料,0.14重量份的固化剂,0.50重量份的防老剂,0.33重量份的促进剂,0.08重量份的防焦剂。

耐火隔热层的组分构成为:包括13重量份的四丙氟橡胶、6.20重量份的纳米三氧化二铝构成的纤维增强纳米材料、6.0重量份的四氟乙烯橡胶和2.55重量份的三氧化二锑构成的主料,由3.0重量份炭黑、2.0重量份石蜡、7.0重量份氢氧化铝、0.1重量份氧化镧和0.2重量份氧化钙组成的填充料,0.12重量份的固化剂,0.45重量份的防老剂,0.22重量份的促进剂,0.07重量份的防焦剂。
缠绕钢丝增强层的粘合层组分构成为:18重量份的氯丁橡胶、4.00重量份的天然橡胶和2.4重量份的橡塑合金构成的主料,由4.0重量份的白炭黑、2.0重量份的钙粉、2.0重量份的硅粉和11.0重量份的炭黑组成的填充料,由1.0重量份的二丁酯、0.60重量份的氧化锌和0.17重量份的氧化镁构成的辅料,0.30重量份的促进剂,0.16重量份的防老剂,0.06重量份的粘合剂,0.18重量份的硫磺构成的橡胶助剂。
外管层的组分构成为:6重量份的份橡塑合金和15.0重量份的丁苯橡胶构成的主料,由3.0重量份高岭土、16.0重量份白炭黑、0.5重量份二氧化硅、1.0重量份二辛脂和2.0重量份氧化铈组成的填料,由0.50重量份的氧化锌、0.85重量份的氧化镁、0.06重量份的石蜡、0.06重量份的硬脂酸粘合剂和0.30重量份的促进剂构成的辅料,0.08重量份的硫磺构成的橡胶助剂。
上述实施例中,构成内管层中的分散剂可以使用ADD-212分散剂,可以使用硬脂酸或石油树脂做润滑剂,促进剂可以选择使用促进剂CZ、DM或TMTD,氧化锌做补强剂,硫磺作为橡胶助剂使用;构成耐火隔热层中的防老剂可以选用防老剂RD、4010或甲、促进剂可以选用促进剂CZ、DM或TMTD,防焦剂则使用防焦剂CTP或其他;构成缠绕钢丝增强层的粘合层组分中的促进剂可以选择使用促进剂CZ、DM或TMTD,防老剂可以选用防老剂RD、4010或甲,以提高其粘附力和内聚力的粘合剂可以选用粘合剂AB-30或其他。
制备上述耐火耐硫化氢高压软管的方法的步骤包括:
第一步 套管制备
将管芯一端穿入内管胚,同时另一端通入气源使内管坯鼓起,气压8Kgf/cm;将穿管芯后的内管坯放在工作台上直至内管坯紧包在管芯上,停放时间不少于20分钟,停放后外径为112.0±1mm;
第二步 钢丝粘合层
将下好的粘合层胶片缠绕平整无褶皱的缠绕在所述的内管坯上,形成粘合层坯;
第三步 将钢丝缠绕于粘合层坯上,形成增强层;
第四步 耐火隔热层
将下好的耐火隔热层胶片缠绕应平整无褶皱缠绕上述钢丝缠绕层上,形成耐火隔热层坯;。
第五步 外胶包层 即将外管层的胶片包裹在上述的耐火隔热层坯;
第六步 硫化
将外胶包层用浸湿的水包布包紧,通过硫化形成复合软管。
在上述制备方法中:
——内管胚的制备包括以下步骤:
将构成内管层的主料通过混炼、开炼过薄混合和密炼后投入软化剂、防老剂、分散剂、润滑剂、补强剂、促进剂、橡胶助剂辅料混炼,后再加入填充料完全混炼,压炼成型后,放出开炼下片,过滤五遍打包4个,停放8小时阴凉降温;
内胶热炼橡胶挤出机通入循环冷水和高温蒸气将已预热好的上述内胶片均匀连续喂入挤出机进料口过滤,过滤后加硫磺下片;
将加硫磺下片的胶条通过挤出机构挤出形成内管坯的管套;
——钢丝粘合层的制备步骤为:将构成钢丝粘合层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成钢丝粘合层胶片;
——耐火隔热层的制备步骤为:将构成耐火隔热层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成耐火隔热层胶片;
——外管层的制备步骤为:将构成外管层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成外管层胶片。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管,其结构包括内管层、缠绕或编织的钢丝构成的增强层和外管层,在所述的内管层外侧涂覆有用于粘合所述增强层的粘合层,在所述增强层的外侧设置有耐火隔热层;其特征在于:
所述的内管层包括下列重量份的组分:
包括12重量份的氢化丁晴橡胶、6.0—8.0重量份的四丙氟橡胶和1.5—2.5重量份的尼龙11构成的主料,18.0—22.0重量份的填充料,1.0—1.2重量份的软化剂,0.3—0.6重量份的防老剂,0.06—0.08重量份的分散剂,
0.03—0.06重量份的润滑剂,1.20—1.60重量份的补强剂,0.15—0.30重量份的促进剂,0.08—0.12重量份的橡胶助剂;
所述的耐火隔热层包括下列重量份的组分:
包括13重量份的四丙氟橡胶、5.50—6.50重量份的纳米三氧化二铝构成的纤维增强纳米材料、5.0—8.0重量份的四氟乙烯橡胶和2.5—3.0重量份的三氧化二锑构成的主料,10.0—18.0重量份的填充料,0.3—0.6重量份的防老剂,0.25—0.35重量份的促进剂,0.03—0.08重量份的防焦剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管,其特征在于:构成所述内管层的主料中还包括作为耐候剂的3.5—4.5重量份三元乙丙橡胶和1.5—2.5重量份橡塑合金。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管,其特征在于:构成所述外管层的主料中还包括有3.5—4.5重量份四氯乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管,其特征在于:用于粘合所述增强层的粘合层的组分包括:
由18重量份的氯丁橡胶、3.50—5.50重量份的天然橡胶和1.5—2.5重量份的橡塑合金构成的主料,
18.50—21.50重量份的填充料,
由0.80—1.20重量份的二丁酯、0.50—0.80重量份的氧化锌和0.15—0.25重量份的氧化镁构成的辅料,
0.20—0.35重量份的促进剂,0.15—0.20重量份的防老剂,0.04—0.08重量份的粘合剂,0.15—0.20重量份的硫磺构成的橡胶助剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火耐硫化氢高压软管,其特征在于:设置于所述外管层的组分包括:
由6重量份的份橡塑合金和15.0—18.0重量份的丁苯橡胶构成的主料,
20.5—25.0重量份的填充料,
由0.50—0.80重量份的氧化锌、0.65—0.85重量份的氧化镁、0.05—0.08重量份的石蜡、0.03—0.06重量份的硬脂酸粘合剂和0.20—0.35重量份的促进剂构成的辅料,
0.05—0.08重量份的硫磺构成的橡胶助剂。
6. 一种如权利要求1—5任意一项所述的耐火耐硫化氢高压软管的制备方法,包括如下的工艺步骤:
第一步 套管制备
将管芯一端穿入内管胚,同时另一端通入气源使内管坯鼓起,气压8Kgf/cm;将穿管芯后的内管坯放在工作台上直至内管坯紧包在管芯上,停放时间不少于20分钟,停放后外径为112.0±1mm;
第二步 钢丝粘合层
将下好的粘合层胶片缠绕平整无褶皱的缠绕在所述的内管坯上,形成粘合层坯;
第三步 将钢丝缠绕于粘合层坯上,形成增强层;
第四步 耐火隔热层
将下好的耐火隔热层胶片缠绕应平整无褶皱缠绕上述钢丝缠绕层上,形成耐火隔热层坯;
第五步 外胶包层 即将外管层的胶片包裹在上述的耐火隔热层坯;
第六步 硫化
将外胶包层用浸湿的水包布包紧,通过硫化形成复合软管。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述内管胚的制备包括以下步骤:
将构成内管层的主料通过混炼、开炼过薄混合和密炼后投入软化剂、防老剂、分散剂、润滑剂、补强剂、促进剂、橡胶助剂辅料混炼,后再加入填充料完全混炼,压炼成型后,放出开炼下片,过滤五遍打包4个,停放8小时阴凉降温;
内胶热炼橡胶挤出机通入循环冷水和高温蒸气将已预热好的上述内胶片均匀连续喂入挤出机进料口过滤,过滤后加硫磺下片;
将加硫磺下片的胶条通过挤出机构挤出形成内管坯的管套。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述钢丝粘合层的制备步骤为:将构成钢丝粘合层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成钢丝粘合层胶片。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述耐火隔热层的制备步骤为:将构成耐火隔热层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成耐火隔热层胶片。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述外管层的制备步骤为:将构成外管层的主料进行塑炼;塑炼后其将密炼后投入辅料混炼,再加入填充料完全混炼、压炼、开炼下片;然后通过压延形成外管层胶片。
