本实用新型涉及软管加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型铠装挠性抗蚀阻燃耐火软管。
背景技术
对于冶金、化工及油田井控等领域使用的软管,一般对耐火、耐压及保温性能等方面具有较高的要求,故这类软管一般设有橡胶层、钢丝缠绕层、阻燃层、隔热层、若干编织钢丝层以及若干粘接层等多层结构,导致软管管壁厚,自重大,弯曲半径大,生产成本较高,加工难度大;且由于采用传统的耐火材料作为阻燃层,防火效果一般;软管一般采用热熔型胶作为外防护套,由于其工作环境较为恶劣,外防护套容易被腐蚀,影响软管的使用寿命。

为克服上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种层次布置合理,简化软管结构,且在阻燃性及耐腐蚀性上具有显著改善的新型铠装挠性抗蚀阻燃耐火软管。
为试下上述技术目的,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的:一种新型铠装挠性抗蚀阻燃耐火软管,其特征在于:由里向外依次为橡胶层、钢丝缠绕层、橡胶层、隔热层、阻燃层、编织网、阻燃层及不锈钢铠装护套。
所述的阻燃层采用热熔性橡胶混合膨胀石墨制成。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:采用上述结构的软管具有优异的耐高压、隔热性能,尤其在阻燃性及耐腐蚀性上具有显著改善;由于阻燃层采用热熔性橡胶混合膨胀石墨制成,当外界温度过高时,膨胀石墨迅速膨胀,包裹在软管外部,形成一道阻燃屏障,避免引燃软管内介质;而不锈钢铠装护套的存在,提高了软管的耐腐蚀性,大大延长了软管的使用寿命。其层次布局合理,简化了软管结构,自重小,弯曲半径小,更适于冶金、化工及油田井控等领域使用。
