Abstract
本发明公开了一种铁制护栏管镀锌生产工艺,包含以下步骤:1)检查铁管是否具备镀锌的工艺孔;2)脱脂:将铁管置于清水中,并加入水基金属脱脂清洗剂对铁管表面进行脱脂处理;3)酸洗:取出工件,将其置于20%HCL溶液中进行酸洗;4)水洗:取出工件,用水将铁管表面的酸水及其它附着物清洗干净;5)将铁管置于助镀剂浸泡5~10min;6)烘干:从助镀剂中取出铁管,将铁管置于干燥室中烘干;7)镀锌:将预热后的铁管浸泡于450~470℃的锌液中1~1.5min;8)钝化:将镀锌后铁管置于铬酸钾溶液中浸泡5分钟;9)检验:对铁管进行检验。使用本方法加工出铁制护栏抗氧化能力强、使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铁制护栏管镀锌生产工艺,应用于铁制护栏加工技术领域。
背景技术
护栏主要用于住宅、公路、商业区、公共场所等场合中对人身安全及设备设施的保护与防护,由于护栏应用于生活中的各个方面,市场上生产护栏的厂家越来越多,为节约材料成本,许多厂家采用铁管作为原材料,但铁管在长期使用后,容易被空气氧化,易生锈,使用寿命不长。
发明内容
为解决上述的问题,本发明公开了一种铁制护栏管镀锌生产工艺,由下列步骤组成:
1)检查铁管是否具备镀锌的工艺孔;
2)脱脂:将铁管置于清水中,并加入水基金属脱脂清洗剂对铁管表面进行脱脂处理,铁管需被清水完全浸润;
3)酸洗:取出工件,将其置于20%HCL溶液中进行酸洗,升温至20~45℃,同时加入六次甲基四胺,加入量为1~2.5g/L;
4)水洗:取出工件,用水将铁管表面的酸水及其它附着物清洗干净;
5)将铁管置于助镀剂浸泡5~10min;
6)烘干:从助镀剂中取出铁管,将铁管置于干燥室中烘干,预热温度为120~180℃;
7)镀锌:将预热后的铁管浸泡于450~470℃的锌液中1~1.5min,获得一层镀锌层 ;
8)钝化:将镀锌后铁管置于铬酸钾溶液中浸泡5分钟后,取出干燥,然后采用温水缓慢冷却;
9)检验:对铁管进行检验,并逐级分装。
步骤5)中助镀剂溶液中氯化铵占20~25%,氯化锌占2~3%,甘油0.1~0.5%,余量为水。
采用本技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:在铁管表面镀锌,能够大大提高铁制护栏的抗氧化能力,不易生锈,使用寿命更长。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明公开了一种铁制护栏管镀锌生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
1)检查铁管是否具备镀锌的工艺孔;
2)脱脂:将铁管置于清水中,并加入水基金属脱脂清洗剂对铁管表面进行脱脂处理,铁管需被清水完全浸润;
3)酸洗:取出工件,将其置于20%HCL溶液中进行酸洗,升温至20~45℃,同时加入六次甲基四胺,加入量为1~2.5g/L;
4)水洗:取出工件,用水将铁管表面的酸水及其它附着物清洗干净;
5)将铁管置于助镀剂浸泡5~10min;
6)烘干:从助镀剂中取出铁管,将铁管置于干燥室中烘干,预热温度为120~180℃;
7)镀锌:将预热后的铁管浸泡于450~470℃的锌液中1~1.5min,获得一层镀锌层 ;
8)钝化:将镀锌后铁管置于铬酸钾溶液中浸泡5分钟后,取出干燥,然后采用温水缓慢冷却;
9)检验:对铁管进行检验,并逐级分装。

Claims (2)
1.一种铁制护栏管镀锌生产工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
1)检查铁管是否具备镀锌的工艺孔;
2)脱脂:将铁管置于清水中,并加入水基金属脱脂清洗剂对铁管表面进行脱脂处理,铁管需被清水完全浸润;
3)酸洗:取出工件,将其置于20%HCL溶液中进行酸洗,升温至20~45℃,同时加入六次甲基四胺,加入量为1~2.5g/L;
4)水洗:取出工件,用水将铁管表面的酸水及其它附着物清洗干净;
5)将铁管置于助镀剂浸泡5~10min;
6)烘干:从助镀剂中取出铁管,将铁管置于干燥室中烘干,预热温度为120~180℃;
7)镀锌:将预热后的铁管浸泡于450~470℃的锌液中1~1.5min,获得一层镀锌层 ;
8)钝化:将镀锌后铁管置于铬酸钾溶液中浸泡5分钟后,取出干燥,然后采用温水缓慢冷却;
9)检验:对铁管进行检验,并逐级分装。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种铁制护栏管镀锌生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤5)中助镀剂溶液中氯化铵占20~25%,氯化锌占2~3%,甘油0.1~0.5%,余量为水。
