本发明公开了一种桂花酒,属于酿酒技术领域。其原料按重量份包括:桂花250~350份,丁香花35~55份,百合花25~35份,红枣30~40份,杏仁35~45份,天门冬20~40份,鹿茸10~20份,冰糖100~150份,白酒2500~3500份。先通过将桂花、丁香花、百合花、红枣、杏仁、天门冬和鹿茸洗净除杂后置于室外,阳光照晒5~7小时;再将晒干后的原料和冰糖加入粉碎机研磨成细粉后,置于容器密封发酵10~15天;等发酵完成后加入酒精度数为40~45度的白酒,搅拌均匀后过滤除杂后放于室内阴凉处静置储存6个月以上。本发明的桂花酒,清香扑鼻、口感宜人、保健效果好,能够满足人们的需求。

本发明涉及酿酒技术领域,特别涉及一种桂花酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
桂花是一种天然药材。中医认为,桂花性温,味辛,无毒,入脾,肺经,有温中散寒、暖胃止痛、止咳化痰、清肿散瘀之功效。适用于痰饮喘咳,肠风血痢、症瘕,牙疼、口臭、筋骨麻木等病症,桂枝能发汗解表,温经通阳;桂枝治风湿疼痛;桂皮可温中补阳,散寒止痛,《本草汇言》载:“散冷气、消瘀血、止肠风血痢,几患阴寒冷气,症瘕奔豚,腹生一切冷痛,蒸热布裹熨之。”《陆川本草》日:“治痰饮喘咳。”《本草纲目》:“桂花可收茗、浸酒、盐渍及作香擦发泽之类。
古人认为桂为百药之长,所以用桂花酿制的酒能达到“饮之寿千岁”的功效。像是汉代时,桂花酒就是人们用来敬神祭祖的佳品,祭祀完毕,晚辈向长辈敬用桂花酒,长辈们喝下之后则象征了会延年益寿。该酒香甜醇厚,有开胃醒神、健脾补虚的功有。
传统桂花酒的制作方法只是以简单腌制桂花或蒸取桂花露,以食用酒精或摆酒为基酒,加入白糖等调配而成,成分单一、保健效果不佳,有待进一步地改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种桂花酒及其制备方法,该桂花酒清香扑鼻、口感宜人、保健效果好。
本发明的技术方案为:一种桂花酒,原料按重量份包括:桂花250~350份,丁香花35~55份,百合花25~35份,红枣30~40份,杏仁35~45份,天门冬20~40份,鹿茸10~20份,冰糖100~150份,白酒2500~3500份。

一种桂花酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将桂花、丁香花、百合花、红枣、杏仁、天门冬和鹿茸洗净除杂后置于室外,阳光照晒5~7小时;
(2)将上述晒干后的原料和冰糖加入粉碎机研磨成细粉后,置于容器密封发酵10~15天;
(3)等发酵完成后加入酒精度数为40~45度的白酒,搅拌均匀后过滤除杂;
(4)继续将容器密封,放于室内阴凉处静置储存6个月以上。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的桂花酒,清香扑鼻、口感宜人、保健效果好,能够满足人们的需求;
2.红枣的加入,含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C 、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份,有较强的补养作用,能提高人体免疫功能,增强抗病能力;
3.杏仁的加入,具有生津止渴、润肺定喘的功效,杏仁富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁等营养成分,能够降低人体内胆固醇的含量,还能显著降低心脏病和很多慢性病的发病危险;
4.天门冬的加入,具有滋阴润燥、养阴生津、润肺清心、清火止咳等功效,用于治疗肺燥干咳、虚劳咳嗽、津伤口渴、心烦失眠、内热消渴、肠燥便秘、白喉等病症;
5.鹿茸的加入,具有生精补髓、养血益阳、强健筋骨的功效,增加人体对外界的防御能力,调节体内的免疫平衡。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种桂花酒,原料按重量份包括:桂花250份,丁香花35份,百合花25份,红枣30份,杏仁35份,天门冬20份,鹿茸10份,冰糖100份,白酒2500份。其制备方法包括:
1.将桂花、丁香花、百合花、红枣、杏仁、天门冬和鹿茸洗净除杂后置于室外,阳光照晒5小时;
2.将上述晒干后的原料和冰糖加入粉碎机研磨成细粉后,置于容器密封发酵10天;
3.等发酵完成后加入酒精度数为45度的白酒,搅拌均匀后过滤除杂;
4.继续将容器密封,放于室内阴凉处静置储存8个月。
实施例二
一种桂花酒,原料按重量份包括:桂花300份,丁香花45份,百合花30份,红枣35份,杏仁40份,天门冬30份,鹿茸15份,冰糖120份,白酒3000份。其制备方法包括:
1.将桂花、丁香花、百合花、红枣、杏仁、天门冬和鹿茸洗净除杂后置于室外,阳光照晒6小时;
2.将上述晒干后的原料和冰糖加入粉碎机研磨成细粉后,置于容器密封发酵12天;
3.等发酵完成后加入酒精度数为42度的白酒,搅拌均匀后过滤除杂;
4.继续将容器密封,放于室内阴凉处静置储存12个月。
实施例三
一种桂花酒,原料按重量份包括:桂花350份,丁香花55份,百合花35份,红枣40份,杏仁40份,天门冬40份,鹿茸20份,冰糖150份,白酒3500份。其制备方法包括:
1.将桂花、丁香花、百合花、红枣、杏仁、天门冬和鹿茸洗净除杂后置于室外,阳光照晒7小时;
2.将上述晒干后的原料和冰糖加入粉碎机研磨成细粉后,置于容器密封发酵15天;
3.等发酵完成后加入酒精度数为40.9度的白酒,搅拌均匀后过滤除杂;
4.继续将容器密封,放于室内阴凉处静置储存15个月。
其中,优选酒精度数为40.9度的白酒,研究发现40.9度的白酒最适宜饮用,对身体最健康,因为白酒度数越高烈性就更强,增加身体负担,而度数越低,则功效就会越小,发挥不了白酒应有的功效。

5.一种根据权利要求1~4任一所述桂花酒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将桂花、丁香花、百合花、红枣、杏仁、天门冬和鹿茸洗净除杂后置于室外,阳光照晒5~7小时;
(2)将上述晒干后的原料和冰糖加入粉碎机研磨成细粉后,置于容器密封发酵10~15天;
(3)等发酵完成后加入酒精度数为40~45度的白酒,搅拌均匀后过滤除杂;
(4)继续将容器密封,放于室内阴凉处静置储存6个月以上。
