技术领域
本发明涉及过滤材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗氧化复合针刺毡。
背景技术
工业烟尘的过滤,是把大量的细小粉尘,通过一定的方法截留下来,从而把清洁的空气排放到大气中。这样就需要除尘器,布袋除尘器是工业除尘中使用最为广泛的设备,就是用机织布或针刺毡制作的一个个布袋,作为过滤单元,实现气固体的分离。
由于燃煤电厂的烟气为高温烟气,且高温烟气的含氧量较高,这些因素的组合作用会急剧降低滤料的使用寿命,因此必须解决高温烟气中氧气对滤料的不利影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中针刺毡抗氧化性能不好的缺点,而提出的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种抗氧化复合针刺毡,包括基布层,所述基布层为PPS纤维层,所述基布层上表面设有PTFE与PPS混合层,所述PTFE与PPS混合层通过针刺法与基布层连接,所述基布层下表面设有保护层,所述PTFE与PPS混合层上表面粘连有碳纤维层,所述碳纤维层上表面粘连有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层上表面设有硅酸铝纤维层。
优选的,所述碳纤维层由径向纤维丝、纬向纤维丝交错编织而成。
优选的,所述保护层由聚苯硫醚短切丝与玄武岩纤维针刺而成。
优选的,所述基布层的厚度为0.7至1毫米。
本发明提出的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡,有益效果在于:本发明使用的时候,高温烟气从硅酸铝纤维层吹入,在硅酸铝纤维层的作用下,将高温气体的温度进行隔绝,有效阻止后续材料被高温氧化,然后气体依次经过玻璃纤维层、碳纤维层、PTFE与PPS混合层、基布层,最后从保护层排出,该种设计能够有效阻止针刺毡被氧化,并且该种设计能够增强针刺毡的强度以及抗拉伸性能,能够大大的延长针刺毡的使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种抗氧化复合针刺毡,包括基布层2,基布层2的厚度为0.7至1毫米,基布层2为PPS纤维层,PPS纤维能抵抗酸、碱、氯烃、烃类、酮、醇、醋等化学品的侵蚀。
基布层2上表面设有PTFE与PPS混合层3,PTFE与PPS混合层3通过针刺法与基布层2连接,PTFE是一种独一无二的高性能涂料,结合了耐热性、化学惰性和优异的绝缘稳定性及低摩擦性,具有其他涂料无法抗衡的综合优势,能够很好的保护该产品不被氧化。
基布层2下表面设有保护层1,保护层1由聚苯硫醚短切丝与玄武岩纤维针刺而成,有效防止针刺毡被外部环境破坏,PTFE与PPS混合层3上表面粘连有碳纤维层4,碳纤维层4由径向纤维丝7、纬向纤维丝8交错编织而成,碳纤维材料具有很好的抗拉伸性能,能够加强针刺毡的强度以及抗拉性能。
碳纤维层4上表面粘连有玻璃纤维层5,玻璃纤维具有突出的尺寸稳定性,拉伸断裂强度高,耐腐蚀性强,表面光滑,憎水透气,容易清灰,化学稳定性好。
玻璃纤维层5上表面设有硅酸铝纤维层6,由于硅酸铝纤维具有很好的耐高温性能,导热率极低,能够很好的将高温气体的温度进行隔绝,有效阻止后续材料被高温氧化。
工作原理:高温烟气首先通过硅酸铝纤维层6,在硅酸铝纤维层6的作用下将温度隔绝,高温烟气的温度被降低,然后烟气依次经过玻璃纤维层5、碳纤维层4、PTFE与PPS混合层3、基布层2,最后从保护层1排出。

Claims (4)
1.一种抗氧化复合针刺毡,包括基布层(2),所述基布层(2)为PPS纤维层,其特征在于,所述基布层(2)上表面设有PTFE与PPS混合层(3),所述PTFE与PPS混合层(3)通过针刺法与基布层(2)连接,所述基布层(2)下表面设有保护层(1),所述PTFE与PPS混合层(3)上表面粘连有碳纤维层(4),所述碳纤维层(4)上表面粘连有玻璃纤维层(5),所述玻璃纤维层(5)上表面设有硅酸铝纤维层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡,其特征在于,所述碳纤维层(4)由径向纤维丝(7)、纬向纤维丝(8)交错编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡,其特征在于,所述保护层(1)由聚苯硫醚短切丝与玄武岩纤维针刺而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡,其特征在于,所述基布层(2)的厚度为0.7至1毫米。
