一种抗氧化复合针刺毡
技术领域
本发明涉及过滤材料技术领域，尤其涉及一种抗氧化复合针刺毡。
背景技术
工业烟尘的过滤，是把大量的细小粉尘，通过一定的方法截留下来，从而把清洁的空气排放到大气中。这样就需要除尘器，布袋除尘器是工业除尘中使用最为广泛的设备，就是用机织布或针刺毡制作的一个个布袋，作为过滤单元，实现气固体的分离。
由于燃煤电厂的烟气为高温烟气，且高温烟气的含氧量较高，这些因素的组合作用会急剧降低滤料的使用寿命，因此必须解决高温烟气中氧气对滤料的不利影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中针刺毡抗氧化性能不好的缺点，而提出的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种抗氧化复合针刺毡，包括基布层，所述基布层为PPS纤维层，所述基布层上表面设有PTFE与PPS混合层，所述PTFE与PPS混合层通过针刺法与基布层连接，所述基布层下表面设有保护层，所述PTFE与PPS混合层上表面粘连有碳纤维层，所述碳纤维层上表面粘连有玻璃纤维层，所述玻璃纤维层上表面设有硅酸铝纤维层。
优选的，所述碳纤维层由径向纤维丝、纬向纤维丝交错编织而成。
优选的，所述保护层由聚苯硫醚短切丝与玄武岩纤维针刺而成。
优选的，所述基布层的厚度为0.7至1毫米。
本发明提出的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡，有益效果在于：本发明使用的时候，高温烟气从硅酸铝纤维层吹入，在硅酸铝纤维层的作用下，将高温气体的温度进行隔绝，有效阻止后续材料被高温氧化，然后气体依次经过玻璃纤维层、碳纤维层、PTFE与PPS混合层、基布层，最后从保护层排出，该种设计能够有效阻止针刺毡被氧化，并且该种设计能够增强针刺毡的强度以及抗拉伸性能，能够大大的延长针刺毡的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2，一种抗氧化复合针刺毡，包括基布层2，基布层2的厚度为0.7至1毫米，基布层2为PPS纤维层，PPS纤维能抵抗酸、碱、氯烃、烃类、酮、醇、醋等化学品的侵蚀。
基布层2上表面设有PTFE与PPS混合层3，PTFE与PPS混合层3通过针刺法与基布层2连接，PTFE是一种独一无二的高性能涂料，结合了耐热性、化学惰性和优异的绝缘稳定性及低摩擦性，具有其他涂料无法抗衡的综合优势，能够很好的保护该产品不被氧化。
基布层2下表面设有保护层1，保护层1由聚苯硫醚短切丝与玄武岩纤维针刺而成，有效防止针刺毡被外部环境破坏，PTFE与PPS混合层3上表面粘连有碳纤维层4，碳纤维层4由径向纤维丝7、纬向纤维丝8交错编织而成，碳纤维材料具有很好的抗拉伸性能，能够加强针刺毡的强度以及抗拉性能。
碳纤维层4上表面粘连有玻璃纤维层5，玻璃纤维具有突出的尺寸稳定性,拉伸断裂强度高,耐腐蚀性强,表面光滑,憎水透气,容易清灰,化学稳定性好。
玻璃纤维层5上表面设有硅酸铝纤维层6，由于硅酸铝纤维具有很好的耐高温性能，导热率极低，能够很好的将高温气体的温度进行隔绝，有效阻止后续材料被高温氧化。
工作原理：高温烟气首先通过硅酸铝纤维层6，在硅酸铝纤维层6的作用下将温度隔绝，高温烟气的温度被降低，然后烟气依次经过玻璃纤维层5、碳纤维层4、PTFE与PPS混合层3、基布层2，最后从保护层1排出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡，其特征在于，所述碳纤维层（4）由径向纤维丝（7）、纬向纤维丝（8）交错编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化复合针刺毡，其特征在于，所述保护层（1）由聚苯硫醚短切丝与玄武岩纤维针刺而成。
