技术领域
本发明涉及除尘技术领域,具体为一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡。
背景技术
袋式除尘器运行过程中,对于气体中粉尘含有较多水分和油性以及吸湿性和易潮解性粉尘,在粉尘表面有可能生成水膜或油膜而增大附着性,这虽然有助于捕集粉尘,但将使清灰出现困难。特别是高温气体又处于高湿状态时,由于外部气体的冷却作用而产生结露现象。这不仅能使捕集的粉尘在滤袋表面结垢,甚至堵塞,而且能腐蚀结构材料,使除尘器运行阻力增加,直接影响了袋式除尘器的正常运行。利用袋式除尘器处理含量大或粘性较大的含尘气体,粉尘易粘附布袋一直是除尘界头痛的难题。国外尝试用覆膜滤袋和对滤材表面进行防水处理来解决防结露和布袋糊袋的难题,取得了明显的效果。有鉴于此,普通滤料必须在功能上有进一步提高,以适用这种特殊的工况条件,防止或减轻粉尘糊袋现象,提高滤料使用寿命和工作效率。
现代工业的迅速发展给人类带来了许多物质利益和社会利益的同时,也给人类赖以生存的环境带来严重危害。改革开放以来,全国各地工业项目的建设规模空前发展,城乡居民的生活状况得以迅速改善,取得举世瞩目的成绩。但与此同时,我们生活的环境及空气质量却在恶化。制定更加严格的大气排放标准,推广更加先进、效率更高的除尘技术,减少工业粉尘的排放量,从而改善大气环境是相当必要的。滤袋作为袋式除尘器的心脏,其材质特性及工程实践经验直接决定了工程效果。近年来,材料科学的发展,使覆膜滤料迅速兴起,并得以推广。但在中国,其使用量由于各方面的原因尚没有取得质的飞跃。在除尘领域加大环保覆膜滤料推广力度,改善大气环境,节约能源显得非常必要。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,解决了粉尘易糊袋、滤料使用寿命短、工作效率低下和环境污染较大的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,包括PET基布层,所述PET基布层的外表面设有PPS过滤层,所述PPS过滤层的外表面设有反应型氟化物助剂层,所述反应型氟化物助剂层的外表面设有EPTFE覆膜滤料层。
优选的,所述PET基布层为反渗透膜底层基布。
优选的,所述PPS过滤层是由聚苯硫醚纤维编制而成的PPS针刺滤料层。
优选的,所述反应型氟化物助剂层由为PPA层制成,且该PPA层是以含氟聚合物为基础的聚合物加工助剂层。
优选的,所述EPTFE覆膜滤料层由聚四氟乙烯薄膜制成,且所述EPTFE覆膜滤料层的表面覆有一层带微孔的薄膜,且微孔的孔径小于2um。

本发明提供了一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,通过在PET基布层的外表面设有PPS过滤层,可以使过滤毡在恶劣的环境中保持良好的过滤性能,提高其工作效率,并达到理想的使用寿命,通过在PPS过滤层的外表面设有反应型氟化物助剂层,使其具有很好的拒水防油性能,能够有效避免粉尘糊袋现象。
(2)、该PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,通过在反应型氟化物助剂层的外表面设有EPTFE覆膜滤料层,可以以提高除尘效果,除尘效率高,能够有效地降低环境污染,改善大气环境,节约能源,同时也提高了其使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,包括PET基布层1,PET基布层1为反渗透膜底层基布,PET基布层1的外表面设有PPS过滤层2,PPS过滤层2的PPS纤维具有强度的完整保持性和内在的耐化学性,它几乎能耐所有的酸、碱及有机溶剂,极好的耐热性能,PPS可在190℃以下连续使用,瞬间工作温度可达232℃,熔点285℃,极限氧指数34-35。PPS在180℃下的热收缩率小于1%,且强力不下降,在210℃下,1200小时后,热收缩率也不超过1.5%,强力保持在80%以上,含氧量在15%或以下的场合均可适用,可以在恶劣的环境中保持良好的过滤性能,并达到理想的使用寿命,PPS过滤层2是由聚苯硫醚纤维编制而成的PPS针刺滤料层,聚苯硫醚纤维,polyphenylenesulfide fibre,由聚苯硫醚树脂(PPS)采用常规的熔融纺丝方法,然后在高温下进行后拉伸、卷曲和切断制得,PPS过滤层2的外表面设有反应型氟化物助剂层3,反应型氟化物助剂层3的厚度为1.6-2mm,反应型氟化物助剂层3由为PPA层制成,且该PPA层是以含氟聚合物为基础的聚合物加工助剂层,PPA层可用来改善基体树脂的加工性,不会对基体树脂的物理机械性能产生影响的一类加工助剂,用反应型氟化物助剂配制混合工作液浸渍滤料,使工作液与滤料纤维大分子结构中某些基团起反应,形成大分子链,改变纤维与水、油的亲和性能,使滤料的表面张力降低,降到小于水和油的表面张力,以达到拒油防水目的,各种滤料经拒油防水剂处理后,能围绕纤维表面形成分子屏障,可防止水及各种油污物沾附和渗透,同普通滤料相比,不仅具有拒油防水特性,而且对粉尘而言,还具有抗粘结性和易于剥离性,反应型氟化物助剂层3的外表面设有EPTFE覆膜滤料层4,EPTFE覆膜滤料层4由聚四氟乙烯薄膜制成,且EPTFE覆膜滤料层4的表面覆有一层带微孔的薄膜,且微孔的孔径小于2um,聚四氟乙烯薄膜可经拉伸而成为一种强力的多孔材料,根据现有技术对其加工,使其延展成极其强韧、柔软的一种连续、孔隙率很高的微细多孔结构的膜,并将其与其他过滤材料(基布)复合,形成了一种新的覆膜过滤材料,由于薄膜是用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)加工而成,因此具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性能,在硫酸、氢氧化钠及原子工业中的强腐蚀剂五氟化铀中都不会腐蚀,并能耐热耐寒,在-200-250℃可长期使用,还有很好的电绝缘性和表面光滑的特性,它孔隙小,过滤性能好,不亲水,将其复合在基布的滤料表面,起到表面过滤的作用,基布则主要起支撑材料的作用,在使用中维持所需要的机械强度,其材料可根据作用场所的要求进行选择,薄膜是一种理想的过滤材料,孔径一般在0.5-3um之间,最小孔径可做到0.02um,由于其由许多非常细小的纤维组成,纤维之间的孔径在um级,孔隙率非常高,基于粉尘层形成有利于过滤的理论,人为地在普通滤料表面覆上一层有微孔的薄膜,又称为人造粉尘层,以提高除尘效果,由于覆膜的存在,一开始除尘效率就很高,粉尘几乎不钻进纤维中,实现“表面过滤”,过滤机理主要为筛分、吸附及静电、扩散、架桥。为了控制对不同粒子的捕集效率,不同用途的微孔表面薄膜,其微孔孔径是变化的,如过滤普通粉尘时,微孔孔径通常小于2um,如过滤细菌时,微孔孔径通常小于0.3um,如过滤病毒时,微孔孔径通常小于0.05um,这种区别就像筛孔一样,根据筛上筛下的要求,选用不同筛孔的筛网,EPTFE薄膜就好比是在传统滤料表面人为的生成一层人工粉尘层,实现表面过滤,使除尘效率可以达到99.9%-99.999%,甚至对P2.5-10的微细粒子都有较高的除尘效率,由于滤袋内外压差降低,清灰次数减少,粉尘不与基布接触,减少了磨损,滤料结构稳定,大大提高了滤袋使用寿命,由于覆膜滤料表面光滑及憎水,所以在清灰时粉尘很容易剥离,覆膜滤料除了上述所提到的一层薄膜加一层基布的型式外,还有一种两层基布中间加一层薄膜,能够有效地改善大气环境,节约能源。
综上所述,该PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,通过在PET基布层1的外表面设有PPS过滤层2,可以使过滤毡在恶劣的环境中保持良好的过滤性能,提高其工作效率,并达到理想的使用寿命,通过在PPS过滤层2的外表面设有反应型氟化物助剂层3,使其具有很好的拒水防油性能,能够有效避免粉尘糊袋现象。
并且,通过在反应型氟化物助剂层3的外表面设有EPTFE覆膜滤料层4,可以以提高除尘效果,除尘效率高,能够有效地降低环境污染,改善大气环境,节约能源,同时也提高了其使用寿命。

Claims (5)
1.一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,包括PET基布层(1),其特征在于:所述PET基布层(1)的外表面设有PPS过滤层(2),所述PPS过滤层(2)的外表面设有反应型氟化物助剂层(3),所述反应型氟化物助剂层(3)的外表面设有EPTFE覆膜滤料层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,其特征在于:所述PET基布层(1)为反渗透膜底层基布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,其特征在于:所述PPS过滤层(2)是由聚苯硫醚纤维编制而成的PPS针刺滤料层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,其特征在于:所述反应型氟化物助剂层(3)由为PPA层制成,且该PPA层是以含氟聚合物为基础的聚合物加工助剂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PPS拒水防油针刺环保覆膜滤料涤纶过滤毡,其特征在于:所述EPTFE覆膜滤料层(4)由聚四氟乙烯薄膜制成,且所述EPTFE覆膜滤料层(4)的表面覆有一层带微孔的薄膜,且微孔的孔径小于2um。
