背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,饲养宠物的人越来越多,宠物需要的饲料要求也越来越 精细化。然而,一方面,现在宠物饲料原材料基本相同,主要成分类似,长期食用,会 引起食欲不振,胃胀,宠物目光无神,毛发暗晦,粗糙,精神不好,经常睡觉,导致生 病;另一方面,家养的宠物长期食用的狗粮、猫粮、零食等为加工食品,各种食品添加 剂的摄入会持续破坏宠物肠胃道菌群平衡,容易产生便秘、拉稀、消化不良、肠胃炎等 肠胃疾病。生病一般上宠物医院,但是长期服用药物会造成依赖性,同时药物是化学合 成的,存在着或多或少的副作用,而且宠物一般比较抗拒吃药,打针。此外,目前也未 有可供宠物长期食用的饲料添加剂以解决现有技术的问题。

本发明还提供了上述益生菌组合物在制备提高宠物免疫能力的饲料添加剂中的应 用。
有益效果:本发明提供的组合物制备工艺简单、成本低廉、使用方便,可提高宠物食欲、改善宠物肠道微生态环境、防治宠物腹泻、提高宠物免疫能力。
具体而言,本发明益生菌组合物相对于现有技术具有以下突出的优势:
该益生菌组合物通过以下原理改善宠物肠道微生态环境:
(1)补充:该组合物首先通过快速补充更有效的益生菌活力组合,包括源于肠道内的乳酸菌、双歧杆菌以及为在肠道内繁殖创造环境的凝结芽孢杆菌,该益生菌组合是高 活性、高定植率的肠道益生菌活力组合,可快速补充至肠道内,使肠内益生菌数量恢复 至健康水平。
(2)抑制:该组合物中的益生菌可有效抑制损害肠道功能、诱发各种疾病的有害菌;特定的益生菌活力组合通过夺取有害菌生存需要的氧,产生可抑制有害菌生长的乳酸,占领有害菌在肠道的粘附位置,多方位有效抑制有害菌的生长,恢复健康的肠道微 生态环境。
(3)重建:该组合物可修复重建肠道生物屏障,增强免疫,促进营养吸收。该组 合物可定植在肠道粘膜表面,修复并重建被破坏的肠道生物屏障,阻止致病菌及毒素的 入侵,诱导肠粘膜产生各种抗体,增强免疫,真正使肠道长治久安。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明益生菌组合物作出进一步说明。
鼠李糖乳杆菌为鼠李糖乳杆菌(L.rhamnosus)TR08,其分类命名为鼠李糖氏乳杆菌 (Lactobacillus rhamnosus)TR08,在中国典型培养物保藏中心(简称CCTCC)保藏, 保藏单位地址:湖北省武汉市武昌区武汉大学,邮政编码为430072,其保藏编号为: CCTCCNO.M 2016548,保藏日期为2016年10月10日。

本发明组合物的药效学评价。
实验药物:实施例1至6的组合物;
实验动物:20日龄幼犬210只,分为7组(实验组1至实验组6、对照组),分别给 予实验药物和对照药物。
喂养方法:
(1)实验组:20~30日龄饲喂混有本发明组合物的奶粉;30日龄断乳后饲喂混有复合乳酸菌的饲料,以2次/日饲喂;
(2)对照组:20~30日龄饲喂奶粉;30日龄断乳后饲喂饲料,以2次/日饲喂。
另选择5只幼犬,根据毒株特异性PCR检测到嗜酸乳杆菌对粪便中的嗜酸乳杆菌进行计数,第1天到第3天,给狗喂食(1.7亿CFU/天)含嗜酸乳杆菌的酸奶,分别收集 粪便样本,进行检测,结果,见图1,表明:嗜酸乳杆菌可以有效的在狗肠道的生存。
检测实验组和对照组的幼犬血液生化指标,见表1。

以上结果表明:
(1)采用本发明组合物喂食幼犬后,幼犬的血液总蛋白、球蛋白含量增加,而白球比降低,表明:本发明组合物可提高幼犬机体的免疫能力。
(2)采用本发明组合物喂食幼犬后,血浆尿素氮含量降低,表明:本发明组合物可提高幼犬对蛋白质的合成代谢,增加了氮在幼犬体内的沉积。
(3)本发明组合物能促进肠道运动,增强消化机能,提高血液中激素水平,促进机体的合成代谢,刺激动物免疫机能,通过免疫途径发挥营养作用。
(4)采用本发明组合物喂食幼犬后,幼犬血液SOD和GSH-PX活性提高,MDA 含量显著下降,表明:本发明组合物可提高幼犬的免疫能力和抗氧化能力。
统计幼犬腹泻时间和程度,见表3。

以上结果表明:采用本发明组合物喂食幼犬后,仔犬腹泻时间显著减少,体重增加较快,存活率较高。
同时,实验过程中发现:采用本发明组合物喂食幼犬后,可以提高宠物的胃口,减少呕吐反应。
