背景技术
橡胶产品因其质量性能好等优点广泛应用于各领域中,在橡胶产品的加工中,经常会产生废品,在废品达到一定数量时多会将废品粉碎作为部分原料重新加以利用,现有的橡胶废品粉碎多存在着粉碎质量不高、工作效率低的问题。如申请号为201510029672.X的专利公布了橡胶粉碎装置,其解决了橡胶粉碎装置安装调整困难、制造成本高的问题,但其存在着粉碎质量不佳、不便移运、工作效率不高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有橡胶产品废品粉碎装置存在的粉碎质量不佳、不便移运、工作效率不高的问题,提供一种结构设计合理、适用范围广、粉碎质量好、移运方便、工作效率高的用于橡胶产品加工的废品粉碎装置。
本发明解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案为:
一种用于橡胶产品加工的废品粉碎装置,包括粉碎室、电机一、电机二、安装块、旋转轮、振动筛、控制柜和行走轮,其特征在于,所述的粉碎室设置在支架上,在粉碎室上设置有进料仓、回料仓、出料仓,并在粉碎室内设置有承载轴、振动电机,所述的承载轴上设置有从动轮,所述的电机一设置在粉碎室上,并在电机一上设置有主动轮,所述的主动轮通过皮带与从动轮连接,所述的电机二设置在进料仓上,并在电机二上设置有传动轴,所述的安装块设置在传动轴上,并在安装块上设置有粉碎刀,所述的旋转轮设置在承载轴上,并在旋转轮与旋转轮之间设置有传输带,所述的振动筛设置在振动电机上,所述的控制柜设置在粉碎室上,并在控制柜上设置有控制按钮,所述的行走轮设置在支架上,并在行走轮上设置有锁扣,在粉碎室的进料仓上设置有电机二,并在电机二的传动轴上设置有安装块,在安装块上设置有粉碎刀,能够将需要粉碎的橡胶产品废品在进料仓内粉碎,粉碎后的橡胶产品落入到传输带中,在粉碎室内进行传输,避免了粉碎后的橡胶产品在粉碎室内产生堵塞的情况,提高了工作效率,经过传输带传输的粉碎后橡胶产品落入到振动筛上进行筛选,未充分粉碎的橡胶产品进入到回料仓内,充分粉碎的橡胶产品落入到出料仓内,既能提高橡胶产品的粉碎效率,也能提高橡胶产品的粉碎质量,便于粉碎后橡胶产品的再处理,在粉碎室的支架上设置有行走轮,并在行走轮上设置有锁扣,通过行走轮、锁扣,避免了粉碎装置受到使用场地的限制,降低了人工搬运粉碎装置的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
所述的进料仓上设置有进料管。
所述的控制柜通过连接线分别与电机一、电机二、振动电机连接。
所述的粉碎刀设置为锯齿形、镰刀形、螺旋形、弧形或波浪形中的任意一种结构。
所述的振动筛在粉碎室内设置有3-10°的角度。
所述的出料仓内设置有阀门。
有益效果:本发明在粉碎室的进料仓上设置有电机二,并在电机二的传动轴上设置有安装块,在安装块上设置有粉碎刀,能够将需要粉碎的橡胶产品废品在进料仓内粉碎,粉碎后的橡胶产品落入到传输带中,在粉碎室内进行传输,避免了粉碎后的橡胶产品在粉碎室内产生堵塞的情况,提高了工作效率,经过传输带传输的粉碎后橡胶产品落入到振动筛上进行筛选,未充分粉碎的橡胶产品进入到回料仓内,充分粉碎的橡胶产品落入到出料仓内,既能提高橡胶产品的粉碎效率,也能提高橡胶产品的粉碎质量,便于粉碎后橡胶产品的再处理,在粉碎室的支架上设置有行走轮,并在行走轮上设置有锁扣,通过行走轮、锁扣,避免了粉碎装置受到使用场地的限制,降低了人工搬运粉碎装置的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
