相关领域描述
一些纤维如聚酯纤维的疏水性导致相对低的舒适度,因为来自皮肤的水分不能被疏水纤维充分吸收。这限制了疏水纤维在织物应用如运动服、内衣和寝居中的应用。此外,疏水性纤维可能显现出静电问题。

发明概述

本发明还提供了一种改进纤维亲水性的方法,其包括用包含烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺的水溶液浸渍纤维,其中该烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺的重均分子量为600-25,000,并且包含每个氮原子1-40个氧化烯单元。
本发明还提供了烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺在改进纤维亲水性中的用途。
发现烷氧基化聚亚烷基亚胺可以大大改进疏水性织物的亲水性,和/或实现相对高水平的舒适度和/或良好的抗静电性能。
本发明的实施方式
在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明提供了一种烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺亲水改性纤维,其中该烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺的重均分子量为600-25,000,并且包含每个氮原子1-40个氧化烯单元。
通常,纤维可以是任何疏水纤维,例如纤维可以包括聚酰胺、聚酯、棉织物及其组合。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺的重均分子量为2,000-20,000,优选5,000-15,000。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺包含每个氮原子10-30个,优选18-22个氧化烯单元。

实施例
现在通过参考以下实施例进一步说明本发明,然而,实施例用于说明目的,而不意欲限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
制备包含浓度为2.5g/L(固体含量)的Sokalan HP20(获自BASF Co.,Ltd.,一种乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺)的水溶液,然后将PET织物浸入水溶液中并使用浸轧机(Rapid PB1)浸轧,基于PET织物的重量约100-120重量%的水溶液保留在织物上,然后在170℃的温度下在Stenter(Mathis,LTE 49200)上烘焙织物2分钟。

根据AATCC 135-2010(标准洗衣机Whirlpool,CS20057683和干燥机Whirlpool,E391),使第二批织物经受洗涤和干燥循环5次。5次洗涤和干燥循环后,将织物在21℃的恒温和65%的相对湿度下放置12小时,然后根据GB/T 21665,1-2008测量水滴吸收时间(滴液扩散时间)。
将第三批织物在23±1℃的恒定温度和25±5%的相对湿度下放置24小时,然后根据EN 1149-1:2006测量抗静电性能。
对比例1

表2显示,当用氨基硅油乳液和Sokalan HP20处理棉织物时,Sokalan HP20可以显著地保持棉织物的亲水性。此外,第5次洗涤后,根据本发明用氨基改性硅油乳液和SokalanHP20处理后的织物亲水性比用氨基改性硅油乳液和聚硅氧烷-PEG共聚物处理的织物亲水性更好。此外,在洗涤前,根据本发明用氨基改性硅油乳液和Sokalan HP20处理后的织物手感比通过用氨基改性硅油乳液和聚硅氧烷-PEG共聚物处理的织物手感更好。此外,根据本发明用氨基改性硅油乳液和Sokalan HP20处理后的织物亲水性比仅用氨基改性硅油乳液处理的织物亲水性好得多,特别是在第5次洗涤后。
