Description
本発明では、カチオン系第4級アンモニウム塩と炭素数が8以上20以下の脂肪酸のエステル誘導体又はアミド誘導体(以下、脂肪酸誘導体という)とがカチオン可染合成繊維上に付着している。カチオン系第4級アンモニウム塩と脂肪酸誘導体とは、合成繊維上にそれぞれが直接付着していても良いが、特に、カチオン系第4級アンモニウム塩を用いて得られた2分子膜多層構造の小胞体中に、脂肪酸誘導体が内包された状態で付着している構造が、繊維との親和性に優れ、洗濯耐久性に優れるため好ましい。

生地pHは、JISL1018編地の抽出液のpHに規定の方法、またJIS1096の織物の抽出液のpHに規定の方法に則り、測定する。すなわち、まず、測定試料から、5.0g±0.1gの試験片を採取し、約1cm×1cmの断片にする。続いて、ガラス栓付の200mlフラスコに50mlの蒸留水を入れ、2分間静かに煮沸した後、フラスコを熱源から遠ざけ、前述の試験片をフラスコに入れ、フラスコに栓をして30分間放置する。この間、時々栓を緩めてフラスコを振とうする。30分後、抽出液を25℃±2℃に調整し、JISZ8805に規定するpH測定器で抽出液のpHを測定する。試験は2個の試験片について行い、その平均値を算出し、小数点以下1桁に丸める。
アンモニア、酢酸については、5Lのテドラーバッグに10cm×10cmの試料を入れ、窒素ガスを用いて、アンモニアについては100ppm、また酢酸については50ppmの濃度に調整した測定対象ガスを3L注入する。そして、2時間後のガス濃度を検知管により測定し、減少率を下記式により算出する。

編地から約15cm×15cmの試験片を3枚採取する。試験片を直径10cm以上の刺繍枠あるいはビーカーに、余分な張力がかからないように、試験片の肌に接する面を上にして固定し、試験片の表面が水平となるようにおく。蒸留水を1滴(約0.005cc)、垂直に滴下するように調整した注射針(TERUMO26G1/2,0.45×13mm,注射器の容量1cc)の先端が、水平に置いた試験片の表面から5cm離れるようにホルダーに固定する。水滴を試験片上に1滴滴下した時から、試験片上の水滴がなくなるまでの時間をストップウォッチで測定し、0.1秒まで読み取る。ここで、水滴がなくなるとは、滴下した水滴が、生地に吸水され、表面に凸状の水がなくなることをいう。この操作を残り2枚のサンプルについても同様に行い、3枚の吸水速度の平均値を小数点以下1桁に丸める。
洗濯方法は、JISL0217の103法に準拠する。即ち、JISC9606に規定する遠心式脱水装置付きの家庭用電気洗濯機を用い、水槽の標準水量を示す水位線まで液温40℃の水を入れ、標準使用量となる割合でJIIK3303に規定する無添剤の洗濯用合成洗剤を添加して溶解し、洗濯液とする。この洗濯液に浴比が1対30になるように試料および必要に応じて負荷布を投入して運転を開始する。5分間処理した後、運転を止め、試料及び負荷布を脱水機で脱水し、次に洗濯液を30℃以下の新しい水に替えて、同一の浴比で2分間すすぎ洗いを行う。2分間のすすぎ洗いを行った後、運転を止め、試料と負荷布を脱水し、再び2分間すすぎ洗いを行い、脱水し、直接日光の影響を受けない状態でつり干しを行う。
真空装置、かき取り撹拌機、過熱装置を備えたステンレス製の1L乳化機に、カチオン系第4級アンモニウム塩としてトリメチルアンモニウムクロライドを10%、脂肪酸誘導体としてウンデシレン酸グリセリドを10%、油層成分として流動パラフィンを10%と、水の全量の20重量%相当分を仕込み、30mmHgの減圧下、温度70℃(相転移温度より15〜20℃高い温度)で、100r/minにて60分間撹拌し、液晶構造組成物を得た。更に、同様の条件で、予め70℃に加温しておいた水の残量を添加し、60分間撹拌し消臭加工剤を得た。
カールマイヤー製の32ゲージのシングルトリコット機を用いて、カチオン可染合繊繊維として33デシテックス24フィラメントのカチオン可染ポリエステルフィラメントをフロントの筬に配し、弾性繊維として22デシテックスのポリウレタン繊維をバックの筬に配し、ハーフ組織で編成して生機を得た。この生機を通常のポリエステル弾性経編地の染色加工方法に従い、精練、リラックス、190℃の熱セット、および染色を行った後、染色機浴中でポリエステル系吸水剤(日華化学(株)製“ナイスポールPR−99”)を3g/Lの条件で吸水加工した。その後、仕上げセット時に、パッド法で、実施例1で得られた消臭加工剤を30g/L、リンゴ酸を0.5g/Lの条件で生地に付与し、マングルにて絞った後、170℃で熱セットを行い、ポリウレタン繊維の混率が15%である目付175g/m2、即ち、カチオン可染合成繊維含有量149g/m2の製品生地を得た。
28ゲージシングル丸編機を用いて、カチオン可染合繊繊維として84デシテックス24フィラメントのカチオン可染ポリエステル仮撚加工糸を天竺組織にて編成し、生機を得た。実施例1と同様の加工方法、即ち、通常のポリエステル丸編地の染色加工方法に従いリラックス精練および染色を行った。その後、色機浴中でポリエステル系吸水剤(日華化学(株)製“ナイスポールPR−99”)を3g/Lの条件で吸水加工した。そして、仕上げセット工程にて、パッド法により、実施例1で用いた消臭加工剤を30g/L、リンゴ酸を0.5g/Lの条件で生地に付与し、マングルにて絞った。その後170℃で熱セットを行い、目付75g/m2、即ちカチオン可染合成繊維含有量75g/m2の製品生地を得た。
実施例1の生機を用いて、実施例1と同様の染色加工工程にて、リンゴ酸を付与せずに、目付135g/m2、即ちカチオン可染合成繊維含有量135g/m2の製品生地を得た。
実施例1の消臭加工剤の製法において、カチオン系第四級アンモニウム塩をアニオン系のN−アシルアミノ酸及びその塩に変更して、消臭加工剤を得た。
Claims (5)
- カチオン可染合繊繊維を80g/m2以上の割合で含む織編物において、カチオン系第4級アンモニウム塩と炭素数が8以上20以下の脂肪酸のエステル誘導体またはアミド誘導体とが、繊維重量に対して0.5%owf以上かつ5.0%owf以下の割合で付着しており、pHが3.5以上かつ6.5以下であり、吸水速度が10秒以下であることを特徴とする織編物。
- 消臭成分減少率が、アンモニアガスについては65%以上、酢酸ガスについては75%以上、イソ吉草酸については80%以上である、請求項1に記載の織編物。
- 前記カチオン可染合成繊維がポリエステルからなる、請求項1または2に記載の織編物。
- 該脂肪酸がウンデシレン酸からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の織編物。
- ポリウレタン系弾性糸を3重量%以上かつ40重量%以下の割合で含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の織編物。
