本发明涉及柔软性优异的织物罩(側地)。
背景技术
以往,羽绒服、棉服、防寒服、睡袋、棉被褥、羽绒被褥等由织物罩和芯材(棉、羽绒等)构成的纤维产品被广泛使用。织物罩是指包裹芯材的面料部分。而且,作为上述织物罩,为了使芯材不露出,通常使用低透气率织物(例如,参照专利文献1)。
但是,低透气率织物存在柔软性差的问题。

发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述背景而完成的发明,其目的在于提供柔软性优异的织物罩。
本发明人等为了实现上述目的进行了深入研究,结果发现通过使用单丝纤度小且长丝数大且总纤度小的复丝得到织物后,利用该织物构成织物罩,得到柔软性优异的织物罩,经过进一步反复深入地研究,从而完成了本发明。
如此,根据本发明,提供“一种织物罩,其特征在于,由织物构成,上述织物含有单丝纤度为0.5dtex以下、长丝数为100根以上、总纤度为50dtex以下的复丝”。
此时,优选上述织物仅由上述复丝构成。另外,优选上述复丝由聚酯构成。另外,在上述织物中,由下述式定义的覆盖系数CF优选为1200以上。

具体实施方式
以下对用于实施本发明的方式进行详细说明,但本发明不受这些方式限定。首先,重要的是在织物所包含的复丝中,单丝纤度为0.5dtex以下(优选为0.000001~0.5dtex),且长丝数为100根以上(优选为100~10000根),且总纤度为50dtex以下(优选为20~50dtex,特别优选为20~35dtex)。上述复丝不满足该要素时,可能得不到柔软性优异的织物罩,因而不优选。应予说明,上述复丝可以是被称为纳米纤维的单丝直径为1000nm以下的超极细纤维。
上述复丝的重点在于是长纤维。对于由短纤维构成的短纤纱,由于织物的组织间空隙大,芯材可能钻出,因而不优选。单丝的截面形状没有特别限制,可以是圆、三角、扁平、中间变细的扁平、中空等公知的截面形状。
形成上述复丝的聚合物没有特别限制,优选为聚酯系聚合物。作为该聚酯系聚合物,例如,优选例示聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚乳酸、立体络合物型聚乳酸、第三成分共聚而得到的聚酯等。作为该聚酯,可以是材料再生利用或化学再生利用的聚酯、日本特开2009-091694号公报记载的、使用以生物质即来自生物的物质为原材料得到的单体成分而形成的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。此外,可以是如日本特开2004-270097号公报、日本特开2004-211268号公报中记载的那样的、使用含特定的磷化合物和钛化合物的催化剂得到的聚酯。另外,在不损害本发明的目的的范围内,根据需要,可以含有消光剂、微孔形成剂、阳离子染料可染剂、抗着色剂、热稳定剂、荧光增白剂、着色剂、吸湿剂、无机微粒中的1种或2种以上。
上述复丝例如可以通过以下的制造方法制造。即,例如,将特性粘度为0.55~0.80的上述聚酯等通过常规方法进行纺纱,以2000~4300m/分钟的速度,以未拉伸丝(预取向丝:partially oriented yarn)的形式暂时卷绕、拉伸,或者在卷绕之前进行拉伸,得到上述复丝。
另外,可以使用加热至180~200℃的加热器,将预取向丝在松弛状态(超喂1.5~10%)下进行热处理,由此制成在加热下具有自伸长性的未拉伸丝(预取向丝)。进而,可以实施假捻卷曲加工、空气加工、捻丝等。
本发明中,织物含有上述复丝。此时,织物优选含有50重量%以上(更优选为80重量%以上)的上述复丝。特别优选织物仅由上述复丝构成。
上述织物中,透气率优选为1.0cc/cm2·sec以下(优选为0.1~1.0cc/cm2·sec)。透气率如果大于1.0cc/cm2·sec,则存在芯材露出,蓄热性受损的可能。
因此,为了得到低透气率的织物,将下述式定义的织物的覆盖系数CF设置为1200以上(更优选为1300~2500)较佳。
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf
[DWp为经纱总纤度(dtex),MWp为经纱密度(根/2.54cm),DWf为纬纱总纤度(dtex),MWf为纬纱密度(根/2.54cm)。]
另外,上述织物的织物组织没有特别限制,例如例示平纹组织、斜纹组织、缎纹组织等三原组织,变化组织、斜纹变化组织等变化组织,经二重组织、纬二重组织等单面二重组织,经起绒组织、条格(rip stop)组织等。其中,从撕裂强度的观点出发,优选条格组织。层数可以是单层,也可以是2层以上的多层。织造方法也可以是使用常见的织机(例如常见的喷水织机、喷气织机等)的常见方法。
另外,如果对织物实施轧光加工和/或吸水加工,则由于组织间空隙变小,因此低透气率进一步提高,能够吸收运动时、睡眠时人体产生的蒸汽、汗,因而优选。作为吸水加工,例如,使用以下方法等是有效的,但是不受其限制,所述方法是赋予亲水性加工剂的方法,使用5%owf的亲水剂(高松油脂株式会社制SR-1000),在130℃下与通常的染色加工同时实施30分钟等。
另外,作为轧光加工的条件,优选为温度130℃以上(更优选为140~195℃)、线压力(linear load)200~20000N/cm的范围内。
此外,可以附加应用常规方法的染色加工、疏水加工、起绒加工、赋予紫外线遮蔽或抗静电剂、抗菌剂、除臭剂、防虫剂、蓄光剂、逆反射剂、负离子发生剂等功能的各种加工、磨光加工或者刷光处理加工。
另外,织物的每单位面积的质量优选为100g/m2以下(更优选为30~80g/m2)。从轻型性的观点出发,每单位面积的质量越小越好,但是如果每单位面积的质量太小,则吸水性可能降低,因此优选为30~80g/m2的范围。
本发明的织物罩由上述的织物构成。此时,可以适当实施缝制、装饰,添加附属品。
本发明的织物罩由于柔软性优异,因此,适合作为羽绒服、棉服、运动服、户外服、工作服、防护服、防寒服、睡袋、座垫、被炉的被褥、被褥等的织物罩使用。特别优选为被褥的织物罩。
实施例
以下对本发明的实施例和比较例进行详细说明,本发明不受这些限定。应予说明,实施例中的各测定项目按照下述的方法测定。
(1)每单位面积的质量
基于JISL1096 6.4进行测定。
(2)透气率
基于JISL1096 6.27.1A法(弗雷泽法)测定透气率(cc/cm2·sec)。
(3)织物的覆盖系数CF
根据下述式,计算织物的覆盖系数CF。
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf
[DWp为经纱总纤度(dtex),MWp为经纱密度(根/2.54cm),DWf为纬纱总纤度(dtex),MWf为纬纱密度(根/2.54cm)。]
(4)织物罩的柔软性
根据试验者的评价,按以下的3个等级进行评价:3级:柔软性优异,2级:普通,1级:柔软性差。
实施例1
经纱和纬纱使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复丝拉伸丝(总纤度30dtex/144fil),织成公知的条格组织的坯布。随后,对该织物进行通常的印染(利用分散染料染色成蓝色),在吸水加工后实施最后凝固(finalset),进行轧光加工而得到织物罩。此时的吸水加工是按照下述加工剂的配方在130℃下与染色加工同时实施30分钟。另外,轧光加工是在辊温度为160℃的条件下进行轧光加工。
<加工剂组成>
·吸水加工剂5%owf(相对于纤维重量为5wt%)
(高松油脂株式会社制SR-1000)
·水95.0wt%
在得到的织物罩用织物中,每单位面积的质量为57gr/m2,CF为1760,柔软性优异(3级)。另外,透气率为0.4cc/cm2·sec。
接下来,使用该织物罩作为被褥的织物罩而得到被褥进行使用,结果柔软性优异。
比较例1
在实施例1中,使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复丝拉伸丝(总纤度56dtex/72fil),除此之外,与实施例1同样进行。得到的织物罩柔软性差(1级)。
根据本发明,得到柔软性优异的织物罩。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,提供柔软性优异的织物罩,其工业价值非常大。
Claims (2)
1.一种被褥的织物罩,其特征在于,由织物构成,所述织物仅由单丝纤度为0.5dtex以下、长丝数为100根以上、总纤度为50dtex以下的复丝构成,所述复丝由聚酯构成,
在所述织物中,由下述式定义的覆盖系数CF为1200以上,每单位面积的质量为30~80g/m2且透气率为1.0cc/cm2·sec以下,
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf
其中,DWp为经纱总纤度,其单位是dtex;MWp为经纱密度,其单位是根/2.54cm;DWf为纬纱总纤度,其单位是dtex;MWf为纬纱密度,其单位是根/2.54cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物罩,其中,对所述织物实施吸水加工和/或轧光加工而成。
