技术领域
本发明涉及一种制备不粘锅(pots)和不粘平底锅(pans)的方法。
背景技术
用于制备不粘锅和不粘平底锅的现有技术包括涂覆锅和平底锅中烹饪腔的壁,所述涂覆是通过在烤箱中涂上并烘烤连续几层具有抗摩擦性能的物质(称为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE))。
在首次使用这种锅和平底锅之前,一些制造商建议使用者通过用一块浸泡过食用油的棉布擦拭PTFE涂层以用油脂润滑PTFE涂层。
食用油的目的是填充PTFE层的微孔,并增强PTFE层不粘的性能,也使PTFE层更加不渗透所煮的食物。
并不是所有的使用者在使用前都用油脂润滑锅。这可能是因为缺少注意或担心,或者由于饮食相关的选择,这种饮食选择是基于极度试图在制做的食品中油和油脂的用量最少,这通常也与决定购买作为本发明主题的锅和平底锅的类型一致。
这些疏忽是缺点产生的诱因,其中包括重复使用的情况,在锅中最初并没有按上述指出的准备,所述不粘材料层会看出它的孔由于烹饪液体的渗透和吸收逐渐饱和,这在中/长期过程中会使锅的清洁效果和清洁效率越来越差,能够影响其消毒,影响食物的味道,甚至不粘层的表面外观质量。
