Abstract

发明背景
叶黄素是植物例如花、特别是金盏花和绿叶蔬菜中发现的胡萝卜醇和天然存在的类胡萝卜素。例如,叶黄素可以从金盏花、菠菜、羽衣甘蓝和绿花椰菜的花瓣中提取。金盏花特别富含叶黄素,它以与脂肪酸的叶黄素酯被发现。叶黄素可用作所有种类的组合物、例如功能性食品和保健品中的黄色素,并且具有众所周知的药理学作用和应用。
作为游离叶黄素的叶黄素具有化学结构
在金盏花中发现的典型叶黄素酯是单棕榈酸酯或二棕榈酸酯,并且这些酯具有与游离叶黄素不同的特性。游离叶黄素的分子量为约569g/mol,而二棕榈酸酯的分子量为约1046g/mol。
游离叶黄素的熔点为约190℃,而混合的天然存在的叶黄素酯的熔点为约50至约80℃。
中国专利申请102389108 A公开了包含叶黄素酯晶体、用于油相和水相的抗氧化剂和乳化剂、填充剂、壁材料和油的叶黄素酯微胶囊粉末及其制备方法。所用的填充剂材料是改性阿拉伯树胶或改性淀粉。该申请要求保护制备微胶囊粉末所需的水溶性和油溶性乳化剂。在制剂中使用乳化剂具有以下缺点:空气将被捕获到粉末颗粒中并且形成中空球体。所包括的空气和微胶囊的多孔性导致叶黄素或叶黄素酯的化学降解。此外,使用乳化剂的缺点在于制备方法更为昂贵并且制备耗时,因为乳化剂必须分别与水相和油相中的其它成分充分混合。此外,粉末制剂中的成分目录增加。
EP 1 794 238 B1公开了包含类胡萝卜素的干粉,其包含一种或多种类胡萝卜素,例如通过使用异麦芽酮糖醇和保护胶体例如改性淀粉作为包囊材料的微囊化方法可获得的结晶叶黄素,其中结晶类胡萝卜素的初始悬浮液被研磨。

本发明的主要目的在于提供基于叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物和鱼明胶的改进产品,其将具有更清洁的标签和更少的成分。它们在最终产品中拥有或创造出更强烈和更持久的色彩印象,并且与本领域的产品相比,它们将更为稳定并且对氧化敏感性更低。它们将呈现出这样一种表面,该表面比现有技术的产品的表面更适于压制。它们将表现出更大的化学稳定性,并且在组成上更加天然。它们将以更容易和更具成本效益的方式制备。
另一个目的在于提供基于叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物和鱼明胶的改进产品,其可以用于片剂、乳品例如乳制品和由于叶黄素和/或叶黄素酯的适当包囊而具有高稳定性和改善的氧气屏障特性的饮料。
提供具有良好着色特性的产品也是目的。
另一个目的在于提供用于制备这类产品的成本有效的方法。
发明概述
本发明涉及包含至少一种选自叶黄素和叶黄素酯的活性物质和任选的一种或多种其它基质组分的微胶囊,所述叶黄素和叶黄素酯被包埋在基质中,所述基质包含鱼明胶,优选低布卢姆鱼明胶,其中计算为游离叶黄素的所述至少一种活性物质的含量为微胶囊总重量的0.5-25%,并且该微胶囊不包含任何添加的乳化剂。
特别地,该微胶囊不包含任何添加的油相乳化剂。
令人惊奇地发现,除了鱼明胶之外,可以提供不添加任何分散剂或乳化剂的本发明的微胶囊。因此,鱼明胶是微胶囊中存在的具有分散性的唯一成分。传统上,并且根据现有技术,经典的乳化剂也包括在微胶囊中以确保足够小的粒度,并且小粒度对于包含微胶囊的最终产品例如乳品和饮料的外观和颜色是重要的。与现有技术的包含叶黄素和叶黄素酯的微胶囊相比,没有任何添加的经典乳化剂也具有优点的方面在于避免了在制备过程中起泡。在制备过程中起泡将导致在微胶囊中包含空气,这会降低最终产品中叶黄素或叶黄素酯的化学稳定性。最后,没有任何添加的乳化剂的产品提供了更清洁标签的优点。
本发明的另一方面涉及制备根据本发明的微胶囊的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
·熔化或溶解叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物;
·提供鱼明胶、优选低布卢姆的鱼明胶和所述任选的其它基质组分的水溶液;
·混合所述水溶液和所述熔化或溶解的叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物;
·在不添加乳化剂的情况下匀化所得制剂;
·将由此获得的混合物精细粉碎并且干燥,以制备各自包含包埋在所述鱼明胶、优选低布卢姆鱼明胶中的叶黄素或叶黄素酯的大量颗粒。
在第三个方面,本发明涉及可根据本发明方法获得的本发明的微胶囊。
在第四个方面,本发明涉及包含本发明的微胶囊的产品,特别是乳品、饮料和片剂。
定义
在本发明的上下文中,以下术语意在包括以下内容,在本说明书的其它部分中另有定义的除外。
叶黄素酯浓缩物是具有约50-80℃的熔化范围的深橙棕色含油树脂或粒状粉末。它典型地包含70-85%的叶黄素酯,相当于游离叶黄素量的约一半。它可以溶于油或熔化在油中。
叶黄素酯浓缩物符合有关叶黄素的EFSA(欧洲食品安全局)规范(指令2008/128/EC(E 161b))。叶黄素的主要着色成分由类胡萝卜素组成,其中叶黄素及其脂肪酸酯占主要部分。浓缩物中还存在不同量的其它胡萝卜素和胡萝卜醇酯,例如玉米黄质酯。叶黄素可以包含天然存在于植物材料中的脂肪、油和蜡。叶黄素酯浓缩物包含最少60%的总类胡萝卜素酯。
鱼明胶在本文中被定义为具有分散特性的保护性水胶体。在本发明的上下文中,根据下面的定义不应当将其理解为经典的乳化剂(表面活性剂)。
低布卢姆、中布卢姆和高布卢姆鱼明胶是具有低于约120布卢姆的强度(低布卢姆)、120-200布卢姆的强度(中布卢姆)或超过约200布卢姆(高布卢姆)的强度的明胶。
低布卢姆鱼明胶特别是指具有100布卢姆或以下、更优选为80布卢姆或以下、更优选为0-80布卢姆、仍然更优选0-50布卢姆的强度的鱼明胶。
在一个更优选的实施方案中,低布卢姆鱼明胶是指具有约50布卢姆或以下、优选约30布卢姆或以下、更优选约20布卢姆或以下并且进一步优选约10布卢姆或以下的强度的鱼明胶。
低布卢姆鱼明胶的一个特别优选的实施方案包含具有0布卢姆的强度的鱼明胶。
乳化剂被定义为具有亲水性头和疏水性尾的物质。乳化剂可以分为非离子型、阴离子型和阳离子型乳化剂。根据HLB值(亲水亲油平衡值)的不同,乳化剂可以是油溶性的(低HLB值)或水溶性的(高HLB值)。将两种类型添加到乳液中通常会起协同作用。食品中允许的典型乳化剂包括甘油脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、卵磷脂、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯和抗坏血酸硬脂酸酯。
分散是指将一相(连续相)与第二相(分散相)混合,其中两相不混溶,以制备分散体。每相的性质可以是液体、固体或气体。
匀化是指处理分散体以减小分散相的液滴/颗粒的尺寸。
布卢姆是测量明胶的凝胶强度的试验。该试验确定了探头(通常为0.5英寸直径)所需的重量(以克计),以便偏离凝胶表面4mm而不会破裂。结果以布卢姆(等级)表示。
形态学是指物理对象的形状和结构,在本发明的上下文中,是指微胶囊的形状和结构。
颜色强度(E0.1% 1cm-值)在本文中被定义为在1cm比色皿中在最大吸收波长下测量的10%叶黄素或叶黄素酯干粉的1%水分散体的吸收。

图3显示了根据本发明制备和使用来自Kemin Health L.C.的Lutein 10%VG TabGrade制备的叶黄素酯产品的片剂稳定性数据。将多种维生素片分别以40℃/75%RH和25℃/60%RH在密封的高密度聚乙烯容器(HDPE容器)中储存。
发明详述
在本发明的微胶囊的一个实施方案中,以游离叶黄素计算的所述至少一种活性物质的含量为该微胶囊总重量的1-20%,优选3-15%,更优选4-13%,例如为该微胶囊总重量的5-10%。
在本发明的微胶囊的第二个实施方案中,它包含至少一种抗氧化剂,例如其选自基本上由叔丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、抗坏血酸、抗坏血酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、EDTA或其盐、生育酚、TBHQ、乙氧基奎宁、没食子酸丙酯和来自草药的提取物例如迷迭香或牛至(oregano)提取物组成的组或包含它们的组。

在第五个实施方案中,微胶囊包含叶黄素酯作为活性物质。与包含游离叶黄素的微胶囊的现有技术产品相比,这种微胶囊具有叶黄素酯是叶黄素的天然存在形式的另外的优点。由金盏花提取物制备游离叶黄素需要在严格条件下皂化。这种加工步骤在微胶囊中使用叶黄素酯时得以避免。
在第六个实施方案中,在不存在乳化剂的情况下,由熔化或溶解的叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物在鱼明胶的水溶液中的乳液制备微胶囊,其中所述叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物任选熔化在或溶于食用油中。
在本发明的微胶囊的第七个实施方案中,叶黄素/叶黄素酯液滴具有通过夫琅禾费衍射测定的平均尺寸D[4;3]为0.02-100μm,优选0.05-50μm,更优选0.1-5μm或0.2-1.5μm;并且特别是0.1-0.5μm。术语D[4;3]在本介绍中被解释为实例。
在第八个实施方案中,由非结晶叶黄素酯制备微胶囊。

在本发明方法的一个实施方案中,叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物熔化在或溶于食用油中,例如植物油,例如其选自基本上由向日葵油、橄榄油、棉籽油、红花油、MCT油、棕榈油或氢化棕榈油组成的组或包含它们的组。将叶黄素或叶黄素酯熔化在或溶于油中有助于分散和匀化并且降低所用的温度。
本发明的方法可以在第二实施方案中包括进一步的匀化步骤,例如高压匀化。
在本发明方法的第三个实施方案中,将鱼明胶(优选低布卢姆鱼明胶)的水溶液在匀化之前加入到熔化或溶解的叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物中。向油相中加入水相使叶黄素或叶黄素酯的物理损耗减少到最低限度。

如下测定微胶囊中叶黄素酯和游离叶黄素的含量:在弱碱性条件下,使用碱性蛋白酶和加热使叶黄素或叶黄素酯从微胶囊中释放出来。通过以2:5比例的乙醇和乙醚提取叶黄素或叶黄素酯,并且将该提取物的等分部分溶于已知体积的乙醇中。在特定波长处测量UV/Vis吸光度,并且通过Lambert-Beers方程式由已知的消光系数计算浓度。当在λ(max)=约446 nm使用吸光度时,可以通过使用消光系数E1% 1cm=1373计算包含叶黄素酯的微胶囊中叶黄素酯的含量。相应的游离叶黄素含量可以通过使用消光系数E1% 1cm=2550由相同的测量计算。对于包含游离叶黄素的微胶囊,消光系数E1% 1cm=2550用于计算游离叶黄素的含量。
粒度(油滴大小)的测定
在常规匀化设备中进行匀化。将匀化进行至油滴具有通过夫琅禾费衍射测定的预期平均尺寸D[4;3]。术语D[4;3]是指体积加权平均直径(参见Operators Guide,MalvernMastersizer 2000,Malvern Instruments Ltd.,1998/1999,UK,第6章,第6.3页)。
颗粒形态评价
制备150×放大倍数下的扫描电子显微照片,以评价微胶囊的表面形态。
颜色强度的测定
将足量的制剂分散在60-65℃的水浴中10分钟,然后在超声浴中处理5分钟。将所得分散液稀释至5 ppm叶黄素酯的终浓度,并且在石英比色杯中对作为空白的水测量200-700 nm的UV/Vis吸收光谱。从所得到的UV/Vis-光谱中确定最大波长下的吸光度Amax。如下计算颜色强度(E0.1% 1cm):E0.1% 1cm=(Amax)*稀释因子*0.1/(以克计的样品重量*以百分比计的产品中的叶黄素酯浓度)。也可以由5 ppm的UV/Vis光谱通过将在最大吸收波长的吸收乘以200计算出颜色强度(E0.1% 1cm)。
片剂稳定性的测定
制备具有每片含量为约2 mg叶黄素酯(或1 mg叶黄素)的多种维生素矿物质片剂。将片剂装入用氧化铝盖密封的HDPE容器中。将一些容器储存在40℃/75%RH下6个月,将一些容器储存在25℃/60%RH下12个月。对于在40℃/75%RH储存3和6个月后的片剂和25℃/60%RH下储存6和12个月后的片剂,分析片剂中叶黄素/叶黄素酯的含量。在每个时间点计算初始值的剩余叶黄素/叶黄素酯。
实施例1
在容器A中,在搅拌过程中,在65℃,将400g干燥低布卢姆、优选零布卢姆的鱼明胶、400g蔗糖和25g抗坏血酸钠溶于600g水中。在容器B中,在60-90℃,将250g叶黄素酯浓缩物与62.5g向日葵油和17.9g混合的生育酚(70%浓缩物)一起熔化。在搅拌期间将来自容器B的油相加入到容器A中的水相中,然后匀化至叶黄素酯液滴具有小于1.0μm的平均粒径D[4;3]。用水调节粘度,并且将分散液喷入包含二氧化硅作为流动剂的天然玉米淀粉中。将形成的颗粒在40-150℃在空气中干燥至粉末中的含水量低于5%。
所得干燥粉末具有11.9%的叶黄素酯含量,这相当于通过UV/Vis光谱法测定的6.4%的游离叶黄素。产品的颜色强度(E0.1% 1cm)为91。
实施例2
在容器A中,在搅拌过程中,在65℃,将400g干燥低布卢姆、优选零布卢姆的鱼明胶、400g蔗糖和25g抗坏血酸钠溶于600g水中。在容器B中,在60-90℃,将250g叶黄素酯浓缩物与62.5g向日葵油和17.9g混合的生育酚(70%浓缩物)一起熔化。在搅拌期间将来自容器B的油相加入到容器A中的水相中,然后匀化至叶黄素酯液滴具有小于1.0μm的平均粒径D[4;3]。用水调节粘度,并且将分散液喷入包含二氧化硅作为流动剂的天然玉米淀粉中。将形成的颗粒在40-150℃在空气中干燥至粉末中的含水量低于5%。
所得干燥粉末具有12.4%的叶黄素酯含量,这相当于通过UV/Vis光谱法测定的6.68%的游离叶黄素。产品的颜色强度(E0.1% 1cm)为78。
实施例3
在搅拌过程中,在65℃,将400g干燥低布卢姆、优选零布卢姆的鱼明胶、400g蔗糖和25g抗坏血酸钠溶于600g水中。在搅拌过程中,加入250g叶黄素酯浓缩物、62.5g向日葵油和17.9g混合的生育酚(70%浓缩物),然后匀化至叶黄素酯液滴具有小于1.0μm的平均粒径D[4;3]。用水调节粘度,并且将分散液喷入包含二氧化硅作为流动剂的天然玉米淀粉中。将形成的颗粒在40-150℃在空气中干燥至粉末中的含水量低于5%。
所得干燥粉末具有13.5%的叶黄素酯含量,这相当于通过UV/Vis光谱法测定的7.27%的游离叶黄素。产品的颜色强度(E0.1% 1cm)为86。
实施例4
在容器A中,在搅拌过程中,在65℃将1060g干燥的低布卢姆、优选零布卢姆的鱼明胶、1060g蔗糖和62.5g抗坏血酸钠溶于1500g水中。在容器B中,将625g叶黄素酯浓缩物与62.5g向日葵油和44.6g d,l-α-生育酚在60-90℃一起熔化。在搅拌期间将来自容器A的水相加入到容器B中的油相中,然后匀化至叶黄素酯液滴具有小于1.0μm的平均粒径D[4;3]。用水调节粘度,并且将分散液喷入包含二氧化硅作为流动剂的天然玉米淀粉中。将形成的颗粒在40-150℃在空气中干燥至粉末中的含水量低于5%。
所得干燥粉末具有11.1%的叶黄素酯含量,这相当于通过UV/Vis光谱法测定的5.98%的游离叶黄素。产品的颜色强度(E0.1% 1cm)为91。
实施例5
在容器A中,在搅拌过程中,在65℃将1251g干燥的低布卢姆、优选零布卢姆的鱼明胶、1251g蔗糖和62.5g抗坏血酸钠溶于2063g水中。在容器B中,将625g叶黄素酯浓缩物与62.5g向日葵油和44.6g混合的生育酚(70%浓缩物)在60-90℃一起熔化。在搅拌期间将来自容器A的水相加入到容器B中的油相中,然后匀化至叶黄素酯液滴具有小于1.0μm的平均粒径D[4;3]。用水调节粘度,并且将分散液喷入包含磷酸三钙作为流动剂的天然玉米淀粉中。将形成的颗粒在40-150℃在空气中干燥至粉末中的含水量低于5%。
所得干燥粉末具有10.8%的叶黄素酯含量,这相当于通过UV/Vis光谱法测定的5.82%的游离叶黄素。产品的颜色强度(E0.1% 1cm)为81。
测试根据实施例制备的微胶囊在乳和饮料中的稳定性,并且测试在多种维生素矿物质片剂中叶黄素酯的化学稳定性,正如实施例的前序部分和下文比较实施例之后所示的。
比较实施例
微胶囊和再分散微胶囊的比较结果如图1和2中所示。
图1显示了本发明的微胶囊(左侧)和Lutein 10%VG TabGrade微胶囊(右侧)的扫描电子显微(SEM)照片。可以清楚地看到,对于两种类型的微胶囊,微胶囊的表面形态是不同的。不溶性淀粉薄层覆盖本发明的微胶囊,并且与更为平滑的FloraGLOLutein 10%VG TabGrade微胶囊相比,它们具有粗糙的结构。本发明的这类粗糙结构的微胶囊更适于压制成片剂,因为它们的可压性比平滑的FloraGLO Lutein 10%VG TabGrade微胶囊更大。
图2显示了浓度为5ppm的叶黄素或叶黄素酯的再分散微胶囊的UV/Vis吸收光谱。上部黑色曲线是本发明实施例4的再分散微胶囊的吸收光谱,下部的灰色曲线是来自KeminHealth L.C.的再分散的FloraGLO10%VG微胶囊的吸收光谱。再分散的微胶囊的颜色强度可以通过将最大波长处的吸收乘以200来计算。可以看出,与Lutein 10%VG TabGrade微胶囊相比,本发明的微胶囊的吸收要高得多。这意味着本发明的再分散的微胶囊的颜色强度远高于来自Kemin Health L.C.的比较再分散产品的颜色强度。
实施例6
片剂制备
叶黄素酯微胶囊的化学稳定性通过具有每片约2mg叶黄素酯含量的多种维生素矿物质片剂进行试验。将片剂包装在其盖用热密封的铝箔密封的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)容器中。将一些片剂储存在40℃和75%相对湿度下6个月,将一些片剂储存在25℃和60%相对湿度下12个月。在每种情况下分析在40℃/75%RH储存3和6个月后和在26℃/60%RH下储存6和12个月后的叶黄素酯含量。结果如下表1所示:

图3图示了如表1A和1B所示的并且与FloraGLO Lutein 10%VG TabGrade微胶囊比较的根据本发明实施例2和4的微胶囊在多种维生素矿物质片剂中的化学稳定性。将片剂储存在密封HDPE容器中40℃/75%RH下6个月(图3A)或25℃/60%RH下12个月(图3B)。可以看出,本发明的微胶囊的片剂稳定性比由FloraGLO Lutein 10%VG TabGrade微胶囊形成的片剂的片剂稳定性好得多。在40℃/75%RH下6个月后,包含本发明微胶囊的片剂已经损失了其活性的约5%,而包含FloraGLO Lutein 10%VG TabGrade微胶囊的片剂已经损失了其活性的约20%。在25℃/60%RH下12个月后,包含本发明微胶囊的片剂已经损失了其活性的约10%,而包含FloraGLO Lutein 10%VG TabGrade的片剂已经损失了其活性的约45%。
实施例7
饮料制备
在两种饮料桔子汁和运动饮料中试验了粉末形式的叶黄素酯微胶囊的稳定性。
桔子汁:
桔子汁由稀释的桔子汁浓缩物制成,其中加入抗坏血酸和苯甲酸钠。将相当于30ppm叶黄素终浓度的作为粉末的叶黄素酯微胶囊溶于浓缩物中。将溶液在100巴的高压匀化器中处理,并且装入瓶中。将瓶子储存在室温和正常日光下1个月。每周目测评价稳定性(环形成)。
运动饮料:
运动饮料由羧甲基纤维素、水和包含磷酸钙、磷酸钾、柠檬酸钠、氯化钠、苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸钾、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸和蔗糖的粉末混合物制成。将相当于终浓度为5ppm叶黄素的叶黄素酯粉末溶于水中,并且加入到运动饮料中,然后在60秒内对该混合物进行巴氏消毒。冷却后,给瓶子填充并且储存在室温在正常日光下1个月。每周目测评价稳定性(环形成)。
在桔子汁和运动饮料中试验了包含根据实施例4和5制备的微胶囊的粉末。在1个月的存储之后,样品中无一在饮料中显示出环形成,即样品在这些应用中具有足够的稳定性。
实施例8
乳制备
将相当于30ppm叶黄素浓度的一定量的叶黄素酯微胶囊作为粉末溶于冷乳中。将溶液加热至60℃并且匀化,然后在95℃下巴氏消毒10分钟。将乳装入瓶中并且冷藏储存(低于10℃)3周。每周目测评价稳定性(环形成)。
在乳中试验了包含根据实施例1-4制备的微胶囊的粉末。在3周储存后,样品中无一在乳中显示出环形成,即样品在该应用中具有足够的稳定性。
本发明不限于先前给出的实施例,但可以以许多倍数方式变化。例如,如果不使用叶黄素或叶黄素酯或与所述叶黄素或叶黄素酯组合,还可以使用以下类胡萝卜素或其酯:玉米黄质、β-胡萝卜素、α-胡萝卜素、番茄红素、虾青素、角黄素、β-隐黄质、柠檬黄质(citranaxanthin)和β-阿朴-8’-类胡萝卜素。
Claims (24)
1.微胶囊,包含至少一种选自叶黄素和叶黄素酯的活性物质,所述叶黄素和叶黄素酯被包埋在包含具有80布卢姆或以下强度的低布卢姆鱼明胶和任选的一种或多种其它基质组分的基质中,其中计算为游离叶黄素的所述至少一种活性物质的含量为微胶囊总重量的0.5-25%,并且该微胶囊不包含任何添加的乳化剂,其中所述鱼明胶是微胶囊中存在的具有分散性的唯一成分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中计算为游离叶黄素的所述至少一种活性物质的含量为微胶囊总重量的1-20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中计算为游离叶黄素的所述至少一种活性物质的含量为微胶囊总重量的3-15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中计算为游离叶黄素的所述至少一种活性物质的含量为微胶囊总重量的4-13%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中计算为游离叶黄素的所述至少一种活性物质的含量为微胶囊总重量的5-10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其还包含至少一种抗氧化剂和/或增塑剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中所述低布卢姆鱼明胶是具有50布卢姆或以下强度的鱼明胶。
8.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中所述低布卢姆鱼明胶是具有30布卢姆或以下强度的鱼明胶。
9.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中所述低布卢姆鱼明胶是具有20布卢姆或以下强度的鱼明胶。
10.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中所述低布卢姆鱼明胶是具有10布卢姆或以下强度的鱼明胶。
11.根据权利要求1所述的微胶囊,其中所述低布卢姆鱼明胶是具有零布卢姆强度的鱼明胶。
12.根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的微胶囊,其由在不存在乳化剂的情况下熔化或溶解的叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物在所述低布卢姆鱼明胶的水溶液中的乳液制备,其中所述叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物任选熔化或溶于食用油中。
13.制备根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的微胶囊的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
·熔化或溶解叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物;
·提供所述低布卢姆的鱼明胶和所述任选的其它基质组分的水溶液;
·混合所述水溶液和所述熔化或溶解的叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物;
·在不添加乳化剂的情况下匀化所得制剂;
·将由此获得的混合物精细粉碎和干燥,以制备各自包含包埋在所述低布卢姆鱼明胶中的叶黄素或叶黄素酯的大量颗粒。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中将叶黄素酯浓缩物熔化或溶于食用油中,所述食用油选自植物油。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中植物油是向日葵油、橄榄油、棉籽油、红花油、MCT油、棕榈油或氢化棕榈油。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中在匀化之前将所述低布卢姆鱼明胶的水溶液加入到所述熔化或溶解的叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物中。
17.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中在匀化之前将所述熔化或溶解的叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物加入到所述低布卢姆鱼明胶的水溶液中。
18.根据权利要求13-17任一项所述的方法,其包含进一步的匀化步骤。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中匀化是高压匀化。
20.微胶囊,其包含至少一种选自叶黄素和叶黄素酯的活性物质,所述叶黄素和叶黄素酯被包埋在基质中,所述基质包含具有100布卢姆或以下强度的低布卢姆鱼明胶以及任选的一种或多种其它基质组分,其中计算为游离叶黄素的所述至少一种活性物质的含量为微胶囊总重量的0.5-25%,并且该微胶囊不包含任何添加的乳化剂,所述微胶囊可通过包含以下步骤的方法获得:
·熔化或溶解叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物;
·提供所述低布卢姆鱼明胶和所述任选的其它基质组分的水溶液;
·混合所述水溶液和所述熔化或溶解的叶黄素或叶黄素酯浓缩物;
·在不添加乳化剂的情况下匀化所得制剂;
·将由此获得的混合物精细粉碎和干燥,以制备各自包含包埋在所述低布卢姆鱼明胶中的叶黄素或叶黄素酯的大量颗粒。
21.包含根据权利要求1-12和20任一项所述的微胶囊或根据权利要求13-19任一项所述制备的微胶囊的产品。
22.根据权利要求21所述的产品,其为片剂、食品、食品补充剂、饮料、乳品、药物产品、饲料或饲料补充剂、个人护理产品或家用消费品。
23.根据权利要求21所述的产品,其为兽药产品。
24.根据权利要求21或22所述的产品,所述产品选自片剂、乳品或饮料,并且包含根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的微胶囊或根据权利要求13-19任一项所述制备的微胶囊,其中所述鱼明胶是优选具有30布卢姆或以下的强度的低布卢姆鱼明胶。
