赤道仪是一种常见的测量角度的仪器,其通常与天文望远镜等配合用以进行天文观测,并为天文现象和天文学研究提供测量科学数据,一般来说,由于赤道仪必须在三维空间上作出复合角度的调整动作,故其托架必须具有较高的精密度,从而可精准的调整配套望远镜的观测角度,实现对天体的精准定位及实时跟踪,以往蜗轮与轴之间的配合不紧密,导致仪器的精度降低。

为了解决上述的问题,本发明提出了一种赤道仪锁紧装置,设计合理,结构巧妙,大大提升了赤道仪的精度。

本发明使用时,托架通过两个蜗杆组件(由电机及蜗杆组装而成)驱动蜗轮旋转从而带动偏角机构及时角机构工作,当时角锁紧手柄及偏角锁紧手柄松开时,偏角蜗轮跟赤韦轴脱离,时角蜗轮跟赤经轴脱离,这样可以手动转动时角机构及偏角机构,锁紧则只能两个蜗杆组件带动,锁紧机构方面是将偏角手柄顺时针旋转(偏角手柄及偏角锁紧块通过螺钉固定为一体)从而使带锥度的偏角锁紧块向下移动再推动张紧块B向外张紧由于张紧块带有锥度,从而使张紧块A向两边扩张,最后将偏角蜗轮及赤韦轴抱紧,反之将偏角蜗轮及赤韦轴脱离,时角机构原理同偏角机构,这样的优点是当蜗轮跟轴抱紧时蜗轮不会处现偏心现象,这样跟踪精度更高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种赤道仪锁紧装置,其特征在于,张紧块组件包括张紧块A与张紧块B,张紧块A放置在赤纬轴内壁的张紧通孔内,张紧块A设计有凹形槽,凹槽为梯形状,槽口宽槽底窄,张紧块B呈梯形块状,张紧块B正好能与张紧块A的凹形槽相契合,且张紧块B梯形块较长的那一面设计成倾斜面,与偏角锁紧块下端圆柱形斜边正好相贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种赤道仪锁紧装置,其特征在于,在赤纬轴的左右两侧分别设置有电机,两个电机上分别连接有偏角蜗杆组件与时角蜗杆组件。
