一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,包括弧形反射板,其中所述弧形反射板的反射面为钢板、内侧设有阻尼层及吸声保温层,所述吸声保温层内侧护面为穿孔板、外侧面为风向扩散板,所述穿孔板表面贴碳纤维毡,用于防止生成冷凝水,所述风向扩散板的迎风面设置吸声棉毡,用于防止生成冷凝水。本发明结构简单,成本低,且解决了空调通风系统用于声学混响室内,其通风口结构会影响混响室的声场特性的问题。

一种声学混响室专用通风口结构
技术领域
本发明属声学技术领域,特别是涉及一种声学混响室专用通风口结构。
背景技术
空调通风系统,包括空调机组、风机、进回风通风管道和消声器,空气循环系统由表冷器、加热器、循环风机、消声器以及消声风管等组成。通过该系统与制冷机组的联动运行,可以实现实验室的温度自动控制。循环风机、表冷器、加热器等安装于空气处理箱内,布置在实验室房顶。为确保制冷效率,所有的消声器和消声风管均作保温处理。
同时在内外房之间,也预留进回风风阀,定期或根据气候情况采取通风措施,保持干燥。然而,将在混响室中直接设置进回风风阀时,其通风口会影响混响室内声场的声学性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,通过在通风口处设置弧形反射板,解决了在混响室中直接设置进回风风阀时,其通风口会影响混响室内声场的声学性能的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,包括弧形反射板,其中所述弧形反射板的反射面为钢板、内侧设有阻尼层及吸声保温层,所述吸声保温层内侧护面为穿孔板、外侧面为风向扩散板,所述穿孔板表面贴碳纤维毡,用于防止生成冷凝水,所述风向扩散板的迎风面设置吸声棉毡,用于防止生成冷凝水。
所述弧形反射板通过支架固定安装在通风口处。
所述支架为水平设置的长杆,且长杆穿过弧形反射板一端与通风口两侧的墙面连接。
所述通风口另一侧与消声风管连接。
所述风向扩散板由金属冲孔板制成。
本发明结构简单,成本低,且解决了空调通风系统用于声学混响室内,其通风口结构会影响混响室的声场特性的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,包括弧形反射板1,其中所述弧形反射板1的反射面为钢板2、内侧设有阻尼层3及吸声保温层4,所述吸声保温层4内侧护面为穿孔板5、外侧面为风向扩散板6,所述穿孔板5表面贴碳纤维毡,用于防止生成冷凝水,所述风向扩散板6的迎风面设置吸声棉毡,用于防止生成冷凝水。
所述弧形反射板1通过支架7固定安装在通风口处,所述支架7为水平设置的长杆,且长杆穿过弧形反射板1一端与通风口两侧的墙面连接。
所述通风口另一侧与消声风管8连接。
所述风向扩散板6为由金属冲孔板制成
实际使用时,将弧形反射板1通过支架6设置在通风口的一侧,通风口的另一侧设置消声风管7,穿孔板表面贴碳纤维毡,防止生成冷凝水,风向扩散板由金属冲孔板制成,并在迎风面贴吸声棉毡,防止生成冷凝水。

1.一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,包括弧形反射板(1),其特征在于:所述弧形反射板(1)的反射面为钢板(2)、内侧设有阻尼层(3)及吸声保温层(4),所述吸声保温层(4)内侧护面为穿孔板(5)、外侧面为风向扩散板(6),所述穿孔板(5)表面贴碳纤维毡,用于防止生成冷凝水,所述风向扩散板(6)的迎风面设置吸声棉毡,用于防止生成冷凝水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,其特征在于:所述弧形反射板(1)通过支架(7)固定安装在通风口处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,其特征在于:所述支架(7)为水平设置的长杆,且长杆穿过弧形反射板(1)一端与通风口两侧的墙面连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,其特征在于:所述通风口另一侧与消声风管(8)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种声学混响室专用通风口结构,其特征在于:所述风向扩散板(6)由金属冲孔板制成。
