技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆。
背景技术
近年来,我国各地不断出台各种环境保护相关的法律法规和相应标准,从国家层面,2015年1月26日,国家税务总局和财政部发布《关于电池涂料征收消费税的通知》,涂料行业首当其冲。从个地方来说,截止2016年9月,已有14个省制定了VOCs(Volatile OrganicCompound)排污费征收制度。北京等部分地区,木器涂料行业成为了涂料VOCs的主要排放源。此外,由于溶剂型涂料含有大量危害身体健康的含苯及其它溶剂,涂料厂和家具厂也不断意识到这类产品对工人及生态环境的危害,因此更多的涂料厂和家具厂都致力于更加环保安全的水性产品的开发和应用。而在家装木器涂料行业,由于涂装工序都是居民居住点进行的,从味道、健康、安全、环保及涂料工人、消费者、居民居住环境等各方面考虑,由溶剂型产品想水性产品的驱动力更强。因此,结合外部大环境,内部推动路以及消费市场的需求,大力发展水性涂料是必然趋势。
在家装木器涂料行业,虽然单组分水性涂料和双组份水性涂料在绿色、环保、健康等方面都远远优于溶剂型产品。但在性能上,特别是漆膜硬度,耐化学品性等。单组分水性产品与溶剂型产品相比还是有较大的差距。而双组份水性聚氨酯产品,不但在安全环保上具有明显优势,在性能上与双组份溶剂型捐助产品持平或有所超越,因此双组份水性聚氨酯涂料在家装木器漆方面具有极大的市场潜力。现阶段水性木器漆的主要问题为漆膜的硬度不够、耐水性不好,在使用过程中极易造成漆膜的破坏,容易对漆膜的装饰效果造成不良影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,所述木器漆无毒无刺激性气味,低VOC、不含重金属,安全环保,使漆膜具有优异的硬度、耐水性、耐磨性以及化学稳定性,同时强度高,附着力好。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,由甲组份与乙组份组成,其中甲组份与乙组份的质量比为1:0.18-0.25;
甲组份:含有羟基的水性树脂45-55%、聚醚二元醇10-20%、沙棘油3-5%、三羟甲基丙烷1-2%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2%、纳米硅藻土0.5-1%、催化剂0.8-1.5%、小分子扩链剂1-2.5%、亲水扩链剂1.5-2%、流平剂0.3-0.8%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%、去离子水余量;
乙组份:亲水性脂肪族异氰酸酯。
优选地,所述的含有羟基的水性树脂为水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、水性醇酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性氟改性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种的组合。
优选地,所述的含有羟基的水性树脂为水性羟基丙烯酸树脂和水性环氧树脂的按质量比4-5:1混合而成。
优选地,所述聚醚二元醇为聚丙二醇1000与聚丙二醇2000按质量比1:2-4混合而成。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用含有羟基的水性树脂为主要成膜物质,再辅以聚醚二元醇,形成两种高分子聚合物与亲水脂肪族异氰酸酯固化剂进行化学交联反应,交联成膜后有较高的交联密度,形成化学链条纵横交错的空间网状结构,使得涂膜硬度、耐磨度等物化性能显著提高;并使用沙棘油进行改性,沙棘油含有不饱和双键,加入适量的沙棘油,可以降低涂膜的固化温度及表干时间,同时还可以有效提高涂膜的耐水性、耐溶剂性以及拉伸强度风性能。加入适量的三羟甲基丙烷可使聚氨酯分子间产生交联,加强网状结构,有效提高涂膜的硬度、强度以及耐介质性。在甲组份中加入少量壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,可增强木器漆的稳定性,可有效增强涂膜的附着力、冲击强度以及耐水性以及耐化学品性等。加入适量的纳米硅藻土则可有效提高涂膜的硬度、强度、耐水性等性能。
本发明木器漆无毒无刺激性气味,低VOC、不含重金属,安全环保,使漆膜具有优异的硬度、耐水性、耐磨性以及化学稳定性,同时强度高,附着力好,表干时间短,符合现代装修装饰材料的高性能要求。

实施例2:
一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,由甲组份与乙组份组成,其中甲组份与乙组份的质量比为1:0.18;
甲组份:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂55%、聚醚二元醇10%、沙棘油5%、三羟甲基丙烷1.5%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、纳米硅藻土1%、二月桂酸二丁基锡1%、乙二胺2%、二羟甲基丙酸1.8%、流平剂0.5%、消泡剂0.15%、去离子水余量;乙组份:亲水性脂肪族异氰酸酯。
上述聚醚二元醇为聚丙二醇1000与聚丙二醇2000按质量比1:4混合而成;流平剂、消泡剂为本领域常用流平剂、消泡剂。
实施例3:
一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,由甲组份与乙组份组成,其中甲组份与乙组份的质量比为1:0.23;
甲组份:水性醇酸树脂47%、聚醚二元醇13%、沙棘油3%、三羟甲基丙烷2%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1%、纳米硅藻土1%、三乙醇胺1.5%、小分子扩链剂2.5%、二氨基己酸1.5%、流平剂0.8%、消泡剂0.1%、去离子水余量;乙组份:亲水性脂肪族异氰酸酯。
上述聚醚二元醇为聚丙二醇1000与聚丙二醇2000按质量比1:2混合而成;小分子扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、二乙烯三胺按质量比1:1混合而成。
实施例4:
一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,由甲组份与乙组份组成,其中甲组份与乙组份的质量比为1:0.25;
甲组份:含有羟基的水性树脂45%、聚醚二元醇20%、沙棘油4%、三羟甲基丙烷1%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5%、纳米硅藻土0.5%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.8%、1,4-丁二醇1%、二羟甲基丙酸2%、流平剂0.3%、消泡剂0.3%、去离子水余量;乙组份:亲水性脂肪族异氰酸酯。
上述含有羟基的水性树脂为水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、水性醇酸树脂、水性环氧树脂按质量比4:1:1混合而成;聚醚二元醇为聚丙二醇1000与聚丙二醇2000按质量比1:3混合而成。
实施例5:
一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,由甲组份与乙组份组成,其中甲组份与乙组份的质量比为1:0.25;
甲组份:含有羟基的水性树脂55%、聚醚二元醇10%、沙棘油3%、三羟甲基丙烷2%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5%、纳米硅藻土0.8%、二月桂酸二丁基锡1.2%、小分子扩链剂2.5%、二氨基己酸2%、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%、改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.2%、去离子水余量;
乙组份:亲水性脂肪族异氰酸酯。
上述的含有羟基的水性树脂为水性羟基丙烯酸树脂和水性环氧树脂的按质量比5:1混合而成;聚醚二元醇为聚丙二醇1000与聚丙二醇2000按质量比1:4混合而成;小分子扩链剂为1,2-丙二醇、乙二醇按质量比1:1混合而成。
实施例6:
一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,由甲组份与乙组份组成,其中甲组份与乙组份的质量比为1:0.2;
甲组份:水性氟改性丙烯酸树脂48%、聚醚二元醇20%、沙棘油5%、三羟甲基丙烷2%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、纳米硅藻土1%、三乙醇胺1.5%、1,4-丁二醇2.5%、二羟基半酯1.5%、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%、改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.2%、去离子水余量;
乙组份:亲水性脂肪族异氰酸酯。
上述聚醚二元醇为聚丙二醇1000与聚丙二醇2000按质量比1:4混合而成。
本发明实施例1-6中高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)甲组份的制备方法:按配方重量比计,将去离子水加入分散桶中,依次加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、消泡剂、纳米硅藻土,高速分散15-25min至溶解均匀,在搅拌状态下加入含有羟基的水性树脂,搅拌均匀后,依次加入聚醚二元醇、沙棘油,搅拌均匀后,依次加入流平剂、三羟甲基丙烷、小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂、催化剂,搅拌均匀后过滤包装即可;
(2)配漆:在调漆桶内,加入已制好的甲组分,按甲组份与乙组份的质量比加入亲水性脂肪族异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀活化40min,然后于规定的时间内涂刷完毕。
性能测试:
按照相关国家标准,对本发明制得的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆进行检测,测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (9)

1.一种高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:由甲组份与乙组份组成,其中甲组份与乙组份的质量比为1:0.18-0.25;
甲组份:含有羟基的水性树脂45-55%、聚醚二元醇10-20%、沙棘油3-5%、三羟甲基丙烷1-2%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2%、纳米硅藻土0.5-1%、催化剂0.8-1.5%、小分子扩链剂1-2.5%、亲水扩链剂1.5-2%、流平剂0.3-0.8%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%、去离子水余量;
乙组份:亲水性脂肪族异氰酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:所述的含有羟基的水性树脂为水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、水性醇酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性氟改性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:所述的含有羟基的水性树脂为水性羟基丙烯酸树脂和水性环氧树脂的按质量比4-5:1混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:所述聚醚二元醇为聚丙二醇1000与聚丙二醇2000按质量比1:2-4混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、三乙醇胺中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:所述小分子扩链剂为1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇、乙二胺、二乙烯三胺中的一种或几种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸、二羟基半酯、二氨基己酸中的一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高性能双组份水性聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:所述流平剂聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述消泡剂为改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂。
