Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将羟基环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂搅拌均匀,再加入增韧剂、蛭石粉、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、硅藻土、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。增韧剂采用如下工艺制备:将聚环氧乙烷、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、炭黑混合,升温搅拌,再升温继续搅拌,冷却,保温得到增韧剂。本发明所得木器漆能大大降低涂料施工时VOC含量,不仅环保,而且固含高,可减少油漆的涂覆层数,有助于降低成本,节约原料,漆膜鲜亮,丰满度高,大大提高木器产品的档次。

一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及木器漆技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法。
背景技术
为促进节能环保,自2015年2月1日起对施工状态下挥发性有机物(VOC)含量不低于420mg/L的涂料征收消费税。传统溶剂型木器漆含有大量有机溶剂,严重污染环境。随着人们环保意识的提高和国家环保法规对涂料中有机挥发物的限制,水性木器漆是必然的发展方向。但是目前水性木器漆与溶剂型木器漆相比有韧性差,不耐洗刷,易出现脱落现象,因此水性木器漆市场推广困难,不被消费者接受。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,所得木器漆能大大降低涂料施工时VOC含量,不仅环保,而且固含高,可减少油漆的涂覆层数,有助于降低成本,节约原料,漆膜鲜亮,丰满度高,大大提高木器产品的档次。
本发明提出的一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将羟基环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂搅拌均匀,再加入增韧剂、蛭石粉、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、硅藻土、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。
优选地,羟基环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂、增韧剂、蛭石粉、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、硅藻土、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的重量比为70-90:20-30:4-8:2-4:20-30:10-15:4-8:5-10:2-4。
优选地,包括如下步骤:将羟基环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1000-2000r/min,再加入增韧剂、蛭石粉、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、硅藻土、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌20-30min,搅拌速度为800-1600r/min,得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。
优选地,增韧剂采用如下工艺制备:将聚环氧乙烷、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、炭黑混合,升温搅拌,再升温继续搅拌,冷却,保温得到增韧剂。
优选地,增韧剂的制备工艺中,聚环氧乙烷、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、炭黑的重量比为30-40:3-5:3-5。
优选地,增韧剂采用如下制备:将聚环氧乙烷、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、炭黑混合,升温至70-90℃搅拌30-40min,搅拌速度为1600-2000r/min,再升温至140-150℃继续搅拌10-20min,冷却至65-75℃保温30-40min,得到增韧剂。
本发明所得木器漆能大大降低涂料施工时VOC含量,不仅环保,而且固含高,可减少油漆的涂覆层数,有助于降低成本,节约原料,漆膜鲜亮,丰满度高,大大提高木器产品的档次。
本发明的增韧剂中,聚环氧乙烷、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯共混,结晶度高,韧性极好;而增韧剂与羟基环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂的分散程度高,施工性能好,涂膜韧性极高,能够为木器产品提供周全的保护和良好的装饰效果,而且安全环保;蛭石粉与膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、硅藻土配合,具有较强的韧性与抗机械摩擦性能,能用来解决普通聚氨酯清漆因为韧性差而导致的失光或脱落的问题,进一步为木器产品提供周全的保护和良好的装饰效果。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将70份羟基环氧树脂、30份有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、4kg分散剂搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为2000r/min,再加入2kg增韧剂、30kg蛭石粉、10kg膨胀珍珠岩、8kg滑石粉、5kg硅藻土、4kg异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌20min,搅拌速度为1600r/min,得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。
增韧剂采用如下工艺制备:将30kg聚环氧乙烷、5kg聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、3kg炭黑混合,升温至90℃搅拌30min,搅拌速度为2000r/min,再升温至140℃继续搅拌20min,冷却至65℃保温40min,得到增韧剂。
实施例2
一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将90kg羟基环氧树脂、20kg有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、8kg分散剂搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1000r/min,再加入4kg增韧剂、20kg蛭石粉、15kg膨胀珍珠岩、4kg滑石粉、10kg硅藻土、2kg异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌30min,搅拌速度为800r/min,得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。
增韧剂采用如下工艺制备:将40kg聚环氧乙烷、3kg聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、5kg炭黑混合,升温至70℃搅拌40min,搅拌速度为1600r/min,再升温至150℃继续搅拌10min,冷却至75℃保温30min,得到增韧剂。
实施例3
一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将75kg羟基环氧树脂、28kg有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、5kg分散剂搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1800r/min,再加入2.5kg增韧剂、28kg蛭石粉、12kg膨胀珍珠岩、7kg滑石粉、6kg硅藻土、3.5kg异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌22min,搅拌速度为1400r/min,得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。
增韧剂采用如下工艺制备:将33kg聚环氧乙烷、4.5kg聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、3.5kg炭黑混合,升温至85℃搅拌33min,搅拌速度为1900r/min,再升温至144℃继续搅拌18min,冷却至68℃保温37min,得到增韧剂。
实施例4
一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将85kg羟基环氧树脂、22kg有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、7kg分散剂搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1400r/min,再加入3.5kg增韧剂、22kg蛭石粉、14kg膨胀珍珠岩、5kg滑石粉、8kg硅藻土、2.5kg异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌28min,搅拌速度为1000r/min,得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。
增韧剂采用如下工艺制备:将37kg聚环氧乙烷、3.5kg聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、4.5kg炭黑混合,升温至75℃搅拌37min,搅拌速度为1700r/min,再升温至146℃继续搅拌12min,冷却至72℃保温33min,得到增韧剂。
将实施例4所得耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆与普通聚氨酯清漆进行性能对比,其结果如下:

1.一种耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将羟基环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂搅拌均匀,再加入增韧剂、蛭石粉、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、硅藻土、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,其特征在于,羟基环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂、增韧剂、蛭石粉、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、硅藻土、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的重量比为70-90:20-30:4-8:2-4:20-30:10-15:4-8:5-10:2-4。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将羟基环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1000-2000r/min,再加入增韧剂、蛭石粉、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、硅藻土、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌20-30min,搅拌速度为800-1600r/min,得到耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,其特征在于,增韧剂采用如下工艺制备:将聚环氧乙烷、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、炭黑混合,升温搅拌,再升温继续搅拌,冷却,保温得到增韧剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,其特征在于,增韧剂的制备工艺中,聚环氧乙烷、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、炭黑的重量比为30-40:3-5:3-5。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述耐洗刷水性聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,其特征在于,增韧剂采用如下制备:将聚环氧乙烷、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、炭黑混合,升温至70-90℃搅拌30-40min,搅拌速度为1600-2000r/min,再升温至140-150℃继续搅拌10-20min,冷却至65-75℃保温30-40min,得到增韧剂。
