便携式电话遗失警报电路有设定、执行和发放警报功能的键输入装置;设定和发放警报功能、存储主人电话号码、遗失发放口令及主人信息显示字符串的第一存储器;存储执行遗失警报功能程序的第二存储器;暂时存储执行警报功能的数据和遗失状态设定数据的第三存储器;响应控制产生警报声的发生器;显示遗失发放口令输入请求或主人信息的显示装置;以及控制器。

Description

便携式电话遗失警报电路其控制方法
本发明涉及一种便携式电话遗失警报电路及其控制方法。
作为一种便携式电话遗失警报电路及其控制方法的本申请是以韩国申请No.23091/1995为基础的,为了各种参考的目的,本申请也包含了上述韩国申请的内容。
通常,便携式电话可能容易遗失,因为它是便携式的。不同于其它产品,当捡到者使用遗失的电话时,其费用就会记入电话主人的帐内,因此经济损失可能增加而超出产品本身。此外,当有人认为接收者是电话的原主人或他/她的熟人而呼叫捡到者时,捡到者就会接收呼叫,如果是恶毒的捡到者,可能会通过电话谈话侵犯主人的私生活,进而造成各方面损失。
引起这个问题的主要原因是,一般因为不知道有关主人的任何方面的信息,即使捡到者好心想归还电话,但是,捡到者没有途径能将捡到的电话方便地归还给主人。此外,主人也几乎不知道他/她遗失了自己的便携式电话,直到他/她发现这个事实。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种便携式电话遗失警报电路。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种便携式电话遗失警报方法。
为了达到本发明的目的,提供了一种便携式电话遗失警报电路,这种电路具有键输入装置、第一存储器、第二存储器、第三存储器、警报声发生器、显示装置、以及控制器。键输入装置有多个键,用以设定、执行和发放遗失警报的功能;第一存储器具有用以设定和发放遗失警报功能的第一区域,用以存储主人电话号码的第二区域,用以存储遗失发放口令的第三区域,用以存储主人信息显示字符串的第四区域;第二存储器用以存储执行遗失警报功能的程序;第三存储器用以暂时存储遗失状态设定数据以及执行遗失警报功能所需的各种数据;警报声发生器用以通过响应预定的控制产生特定音调而产生遗失警报声;显示装置用以响应预定的控制而显示遗失发放口令输入请求或有关主人信息的消息;控制器用以在设定遗失警报功能时通过检查预定时间的消逝或通过计数发端呼叫的频率而开始执行遗失警报功能,以及用以在设定遗失状态时,只响应呼叫键输入而中断呼叫的发生和接收及拨主人的电话号码。
为了达到本发明的另一个目的,提供了一种便携式电话遗失警报方法,这种方法包括以下步骤:在选择遗失警报功能之后,通过检查预定时间是否已过或者发端呼叫的频率是否超过预定频率而产生警报声和发放口令输入请求消息;当输入发放口令时,确认口令是否和以前记录的发放口令相同,以及停止产生警报声和消息;如果发放口令未输入或者不一致,则产生有关主人信息的消息,并设定遗失状态;在设定遗失状态之后,如果有任何发端键输入,则自动拨以前所登记的主人电话号码。
参考以下结合附图所作详细描述,就容易理解本发明的这些和其它各种特征和优点,附图中:
图1是表示本发明的便携式电话遗失警报电路的结构的方框图;
图2是例示本发明的便携式电话遗失警报步骤的流程图;以及
图3是表示本发明的存储器的结构的示意图。
参阅附图,下文就描述本发明的最佳实施例。
在以下的描述中,为了提供对本发明的透彻理解,记述了诸如特定电路存储器单元的结构元件之类的许多具体细节。本领域的技术人员将会理解,没有这些具体细节或者有其它的具体细节,都可以实践
本发明的最佳实施例。
在描述本发明的最佳实施例之前,把其操作粗略地分成用以接通/关断警报功能的一个操作和接通警报之后所执行的另一个操作。前者,亦即是由使用者控制接通/关断警报功能,是当使用者不用时关断警报功能想用时接通的方式而选择的。后者,亦即是接通警报功能之后所执行的操作,是旨在期望本发明的效果。
下文首先描述接通/关断功能的操作,亦即是选择是否执行遗失警报功能。
使用键输入装置60,使用者就能允许以遗失模式控制便携式电话的接通/关断功能。具体地说,如果使用者操作键输入装置60,控制装置就鉴别使用者经过键连接部分(未示出)按键的状态,以及把对应的数据写入EEPROM40。图3中示出了EEPROM40的结构。编号ADD2,ADD3和ADD4是写入各类数据的地址。键输入信号存入地址ADD2,在遗失状态下起控制作用的有效地址,使得控制器10通知是否接通或关断当时警报功能。当键输入装置60也输入诸如电话号码时,控制器10检测到这种状态,把它存入主人电话地址。
接着,当选择遗失警报功能时所执行的操作如下。
在步骤2a,当选择遗失警报功能时,控制器10把它存入EEPROM40的特定地址,并在步骤2b启动计时器和计数器。当驱动计时器时,依次在步骤2c、2d、2e确定发端呼叫频率达到预定频率(例如5)或者预定时间(例如10小时)已过,在步骤2f,通过扬声器80能听到经音调发生器70所产生的特定警报声,在显示装置LCD50上显示指示“遗失状态口令”输入的警报数据。如果便携式电话未遗失,主人知道口令,因此他/她输入“遗失口令”地址中所存的特定口令。于是控制器10在步骤2g检测口令,并进到步骤2i,停止通过扬声器80发出警报声,以及停止在显示装置50上显示警报消息。这个步骤回到步骤2b,重新开始计数发端呼叫的频率以及检查预定时间是否已过。因此,通过这些步骤,使用者能象使用一般便携式电话那样地使用这种便携式电话。然而,在当时的合法主人不使用电话的情况下,亦即是电话遗失的情况下,其他人就不知道遗失状态发放口令,以致在预定时间已过(大约10分钟)之后,用韩文或英文写的诸如图3中的主人信息指示地址1和2或主人电话号码地址的寻找主人的消息在步骤2h交替地显示在显示装置50上。在步骤2i中,把记忆当时状态的数据存入RAM30和EEPROM40的特定地址。在这种状态下,不可能发射和接收呼叫。亦即是,因为便携式电话只有在拨号之后通过输入发端键才发出呼叫,所以在步骤2j中输入发端键时,在步骤2k中,就将它传送给主人电话号码地址中所存的号码,从而禁止使用者呼叫任意电话号码,而是允许呼叫主人的电话号码,间接地向合法主人表明其他人有遗失的电话。在遗失模式下,有规律的警报声鸣响,以引起注意。当电话实际上遗失时,间接的警报鸣响,以联络主人,而例如当电话未遗失主人不用便携式电话时,就显示输入“遗失发放口令”的消息。在遗失状态下,输入“遗失发放口令”,控制器10检测这个口令,自发地计数发端呼叫的频率和预定时间的消逝,通过控制与RAM30和EEPROM40有关的数据而提醒遗失发放状态,从而象一般便携式电话那样地进行操作。
如上所述,当便携式电话的主人遗失电话时,本发明禁止捡到者使用遗失的电话,而显示寻找主人的消息和主人的电话号码。此外,在电话实际上遗失的情况下,如果捡到者按发端键,本发明能使便携式电话无条件地把呼叫传送到主人的电话号码,而不传送到捡到者所拨的其它电话号码,从而简便地向真正的主人警报电话的遗失,而且禁止捡到者为主人接收呼叫。
因此,应该理解本发明不限于本文中所公开的作为为执行本发明而设想的最佳模式的特定实施例,而是除了所附的权利要求书所限定内容之外,本发明不限于本说明书中所述的具体实施例。

Claims (3)

1.一种用以警报便携式电话遗失的电路,包括:
具有多个键,用以设定、执行和发放遗失警报功能的键输入装置;
具有用以设定和发放所述遗失警报功能的第一区域、用以存储主人电话号码的第二区域、用以存储遗失发放口令的第三区域以及用以存储主人信息显示字符串的第四区域的第一存储器;
用以存储执行所述遗失警报功能的程序的第二存储器;
用以暂时存储执行所述遗失警报功能所需的各种数据和遗失状态设定数据的第三存储器;
用以响应预定控制通过产生特定音调而产生遗失警报声的警报声发生器;
用以响应预定控制而显示遗失发放口令输入请求或有关主人信息的消息的显示装置;以及
用以在设定所述遗失警报功能时通过检查预定时间的消逝或通过计数发端呼叫的频率而开始执行所述遗失警报功能,以及用以在设定遗失状态时,只响应呼叫键输入而中断呼叫的发出和接收且拨主人的电话号码的控制器。
2.一种便携式电话遗失警报的方法,包括下列步骤:
(a)在选择遗失警报功能之后,通过检查预定时间是否已过或者发端呼叫的频率是否超过预定频率而产生警报声和遗失发放口令输入请求消息;
(b)当输入所述遗失发放口令时,确认遗失发放口令是否和以前记录的遗失发放通行字相同,以及停止产生所述警报声和消息;
(c)如果所述遗失发放口令未输入或者不一致,则产生有关主人信息的消息和设定遗失状态;
(d)在设定遗失状态之后,如果有任何发断键输入,则自动拨所述以前登记的主人电话号码。
3.根据权利要求2的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(d)还包括以下步骤:如果未输入所述发端键,则回到所述步骤(a)然后重复所述步骤(b)、(c)、和(d)。
