本发明公开了一种环保食品塑料薄膜,包括以下重量份的组分:线性低密度聚乙烯30‑50份;树脂20‑30份;硬脂酸钛5‑10份;壳聚糖1‑5份;防腐剂0.4‑0.8份;表面活性剂0.1‑0.4份。本发明的有益效果是:以线性低密度聚乙烯和树脂为主要原料,再添加适量的添加剂,不仅保证了塑料包装袋的强韧性,而且具有良好的降解效果,减小对周围环境的影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜,尤其涉及一种环保食品塑料薄膜。
背景技术
目前塑料包装袋成为日常生活中不可缺或的必须品,也是易耗品,每年都要消耗大量的塑料包装袋。塑料包装袋是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,它一般由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂制作而成。在人们的日常生活中,塑料包装袋的应用非常广泛,但是废弃塑料带来的“白色污染”也越来越严重。随着人们环保意识的增强,如何缓解白色污染已是人们日益关注的话题。降解塑料包装袋是近些年来新兴的一种塑料制品,它的各项性能均可满足使用要求并且具有在保存期内性能不变的特性,而使用后在自然环境条件下能降解成对环境无害的物质。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种环保食品塑料薄膜。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保食品塑料薄膜,包括以下重量份的组分:
线性低密度聚乙烯 30-50份;
树脂 20-30份;
硬脂酸钛 5-10份;
壳聚糖 1-5份;
防腐剂 0.4-0.8份;
表面活性剂 0.1-0.4份。
进一步的,所述树脂为聚乙烯醇树脂。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为亚硝酸盐或二氧化硫。
进一步的,所表面活性剂为脂肪酸钠。
进一步的,还包括甘油。
进一步的,所述甘油的重量份数为1-3份。
本发明的有益效果是:以线性低密度聚乙烯和树脂为主要原料,再添加适量的添加剂,不仅保证了塑料包装袋的强韧性,而且具有良好的降解效果,减小对周围环境的影响。

甘油 1份。

硬脂酸钛 5-10份;
壳聚糖 1-5份;
防腐剂 0.4-0.8份;
表面活性剂 0.1-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保食品塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述树脂为聚乙烯醇树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保食品塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为亚硝酸盐或二氧化硫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保食品塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所表面活性剂为脂肪酸钠。
