本发明公开了一种可降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:线性低密度聚乙烯45‑50份,碳酸钙粉10‑15份,玉米秸秆纤维10‑15份,壳聚糖2‑3份,玉米淀粉5‑8份,增塑剂2‑5份,增韧剂1‑2份,降解促进剂2‑8份,本发明采用线性低密度聚乙烯、碳酸钙粉和玉米淀粉作为原料,可以生物降解,加入玉米秸秆纤维对聚乙烯进行改性,使塑料包装袋具有足够的强度和韧度。

一种可降解塑料包装袋的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料包装袋,尤其涉及一种可降解塑料包装袋的制备方法。
背景技术
目前塑料包装袋成为日常生活中不可缺或的必须品,也是易耗品,每年都要消耗大量的塑料包装袋。塑料包装袋是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,它一般由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂制作而成。在人们的日常生活中,塑料包装袋的应用非常广泛,但是废弃塑料带来的“白色污染”也越来越严重。随着人们环保意识的增强,如何缓解白色污染已是人们日益关注的话题。降解塑料包装袋是近些年来新兴的一种塑料制品,它的各项性能均可满足使用要求并且具有在保存期内性能不变的特性,而使用后在自然环境条件下能降解成对环境无害的物质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,使用原料无毒无害,而且添加了降解促进剂,提供了一种降解效果明显并保持塑料特性的降解塑料包装袋的制备方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种可降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:线性低密度聚乙烯45-50份,碳酸钙粉10-15份,玉米秸秆纤维10-15份,壳聚糖2-3份,玉米淀粉5-8份,增塑剂2-5份,增韧剂1-2份,降解促进剂2-8份,所述降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将线性低密度聚乙烯,碳酸钙粉,玉米秸秆纤维,玉米淀粉加入高混机内,将高混机的转速调至600转、加热温度调至150度进行脱水,搅拌混合40分钟;
(2)在高混机中加入壳聚糖,增塑剂,增韧剂,降解促进剂,高混机继续保持加热温度150度、转速600转,搅拌混合15分钟后高混机停止运转并降温至40-50度;
(3)将40-50度的共混料加入吹膜机中,加温至200-220度,吹出材料膜,冷却、压边;
(4)将材料膜加入制袋机,得到成品降解塑料包装袋。
本发明采用线性低密度聚乙烯、碳酸钙粉和玉米淀粉作为原料,可以生物降解,加入玉米秸秆纤维对聚乙烯进行改性,使塑料包装袋具有足够的强度和韧度。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中降解塑料包装袋选用线性低密度聚乙烯、玉米淀粉、碳酸钙粉,降解塑料包装袋在环境中暴露2个月后即开始变薄、失重、强度下降,然后逐渐裂成碎片,当这些碎片被埋在垃圾或土壤中时,降解效果非常明显;另外,本发明的配方中添加了增韧剂和玉米秸秆纤维,加强了塑料包装袋的拉伸强度,有利于降解塑料包装袋的推广与应用。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种可降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:线性低密度聚乙烯45份,碳酸钙粉12份,玉米秸秆纤维12份,壳聚糖2份,玉米淀粉5份,增塑剂3份,增韧剂1份,降解促进剂3份;上述降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将线性低密度聚乙烯45份,碳酸钙粉12份,玉米秸秆纤维12份,玉米淀粉5份加入高混机内,将高混机的转速调至600转、加热温度调至150度进行脱水,搅拌混合40分钟;
(2)在高混机中加入壳聚糖2份,增塑剂3份,增韧剂1份,降解促进剂3份,高混机继续保持加热温度150度、转速600转,搅拌混合15分钟后高混机停止运转并降温至40-50度;
(3)将40-50度的共混料加入吹膜机中,加温至200-220度,吹出材料膜,冷却、压边;
(4)将材料膜加入制袋机,得到成品降解塑料包装袋。
实施例二
一种可降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:线性低密度聚乙烯50份,碳酸钙粉10份,玉米秸秆纤维15份,壳聚糖3份,玉米淀粉8份,增塑剂2份,增韧剂2份,降解促进剂5份;上述降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将线性低密度聚乙烯50份,碳酸钙粉10份,玉米秸秆纤维15份,玉米淀粉8份加入高混机内,将高混机的转速调至600转、加热温度调至150度进行脱水,搅拌混合40分钟;
(2)在高混机中加入壳聚糖3份,增塑剂2份,增韧剂2份,降解促进剂5份,高混机继续保持加热温度150度、转速600转,搅拌混合15分钟后高混机停止运转并降温至40-50度;
(3)将40-50度的共混料加入吹膜机中,加温至200-220度,吹出材料膜,冷却、压边;
(4)将材料膜加入制袋机,得到成品降解塑料包装袋。
实施例三
一种可降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:线性低密度聚乙烯48份,碳酸钙粉15份,玉米秸秆纤维10份,壳聚糖2份,玉米淀粉6份,增塑剂5份,增韧剂1份,降解促进剂7份;上述降解塑料包装袋的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将线性低密度聚乙烯48份,碳酸钙粉15份,玉米秸秆纤维10份,玉米淀粉6份加入高混机内,将高混机的转速调至600转、加热温度调至150度进行脱水,搅拌混合40分钟;
(2)在高混机中加入壳聚糖2份,增塑剂5份,增韧剂1份,降解促进剂7份,高混机继续保持加热温度150度、转速600转,搅拌混合15分钟后高混机停止运转并降温至40-50度;
(3)将40-50度的共混料加入吹膜机中,加温至200-220度,吹出材料膜,冷却、压边;
(4)将材料膜加入制袋机,得到成品降解塑料包装袋。
