本发明涉及一种塑料包装袋,属于塑料制品加工领域,由以下重量份的原料组成:一种塑料包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚羟基丁酸酯45‑65份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛22‑35份、聚乙烯13‑20份、壳聚糖8‑17份、淀粉12‑20份、木质素6‑11份、棉麻纤维5‑12份、蒙脱土6‑11份、稳定剂1‑3份、偶联剂2‑4份、增塑剂1‑5份。本发明的塑料包装袋以生物可降解的聚羟基丁酸酯和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为主要原料,并配伍以壳聚糖、木质素、棉麻纤维和蒙脱土,不仅保证了塑料包装袋的强韧性,而且具有良好的降解效果,减小对周围环境的影响。本发明的加工工艺简单方便,制作成本低,具有良好的经济效益。

本发明属于塑料制品加工领域,具体涉及一种塑料包装袋。
背景技术
在人们的日常生活中,塑料袋常用来承装其它物品,因其廉价、 重量极轻、容量大、便于收纳的优点被广泛使用。塑料袋通常是以单 体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,它一般由 合成树脂及其填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂制作而 成。但是废弃的塑料袋带来的“白色污染”也越来越严重。随着人们 环保意识的增强,如何缓解白色污染已是人们日益关注的话题,越来 越多的国家和地区已经限制塑料包装袋的生产、销售和使用。人们开 始从源头上采取有力措施,研究开发耐用耐磨且易于降解的塑料袋, 提高塑料袋的机械强度和耐腐蚀能力,延长塑料袋的使用时间和使用 次数。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种易降解、机械强度高且耐腐蚀的塑料包 装袋。
为了实现本发明的目的,采用如下技术方案:

本发明的有益效果:
本发明的塑料包装袋以生物可降解的聚羟基丁酸酯和聚乙烯醇 缩丁醛为主要原料,并配伍以壳聚糖、木质素、棉麻纤维和蒙脱土, 不仅保证了塑料包装袋的强韧性,而且具有良好的降解效果,减小对 周围环境的影响。本发明的加工工艺简单方便,对机械设备的要求不 高,制作成本低,具有良好的经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方 案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但 本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
一种塑料包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚羟基丁酸酯45 份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛22份、聚乙烯13份、壳聚糖8份、淀粉12份、 木质素6份、棉麻纤维5份、蒙脱土6份、稳定剂1份、偶联剂2份、 增塑剂1份。其中,稳定剂为硬脂酸镁,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂,增 塑剂为丙二醇。
一种塑料包装袋的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
将高混机加热温度调至110-125℃,转速为500r/min,将淀粉加 入高混机内,运转10-15min,然后将高混机加热温度升至130℃,转 速保持500r/min,加入聚羟基丁酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚乙烯、 壳聚糖、木质素、棉麻纤维和蒙脱土,混合搅拌15-30min,再把稳定剂、偶联剂和增塑剂加入其中,搅拌15-20min,关闭高混机,冷 却至40-60℃,得共混料;将共混料在160-170℃条件下造粒,得到 母粒,最后将母粒加入吹膜机内,吹膜温度为120-150℃,吹出材料 膜,冷却、压边;将材料膜加入制袋机,得到塑料包装袋。
实施例2
一种塑料包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚羟基丁酸酯65 份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛35份、聚乙烯20份、壳聚糖17份、淀粉20份、 木质素11份、棉麻纤维12份、蒙脱土11份、稳定剂3份、偶联剂 4份、增塑剂5份。其中,稳定剂为硬脂酸镁,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联 剂,增塑剂为丙二醇。
实施例3
一种塑料包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚羟基丁酸酯54 份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛27份、聚乙烯15份、壳聚糖13份、淀粉18份、 木质素9份、棉麻纤维7份、蒙脱土8份、稳定剂2份、偶联剂2.5 份、增塑剂3份。其中,稳定剂为硬脂酸镁,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂, 增塑剂为丙二醇。
实施例4
一种塑料包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚羟基丁酸酯50 份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛25份、聚乙烯18份、壳聚糖15份、淀粉15份、 木质素7份、棉麻纤维10份、蒙脱土7份、稳定剂1.5份、偶联剂 3份、增塑剂4份。其中,稳定剂为硬脂酸镁,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联 剂,增塑剂为丙二醇。
实施例5
一种塑料包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚羟基丁酸酯62 份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛32份、聚乙烯14份、壳聚糖17份、淀粉14份、 木质素10份、棉麻纤维6份、蒙脱土10份、稳定剂2.5份、偶联剂 3份、增塑剂2.5份。其中,稳定剂为硬脂酸镁,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶 联剂,增塑剂为丙二醇。
