本发明提供高冲击性塑料薄膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:热塑性淀粉45份,相容改性成分6份,聚乳酸15份,硬脂酸钙10份,塑料基料25份,聚己酸内酯15份,抗菌剂7份,降解促进剂3份,填充剂3份,交联剂4份,植物纤维26份,助剂1份,线性低密度聚乙烯50份,聚丙烯20份,二硫化氨基甲酸酯10份,乙基纤维素10份,竹碳粉10份,增塑剂3份,海藻酸钠5份,玉米朊10份,酒石酸盐5份,2‑羟丙基‑β‑环糊精3份,ASA高胶粉3份,光降解剂2份,光稳定剂1份,柏木油2份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的塑料薄膜坚韧耐用、可多次重复使用,卫生无毒环保,抗菌防潮防尘。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜领域,更具体地说涉及一种高冲击性塑料薄膜。
背景技术
现有的塑料薄膜由于其优异的物理性质,低廉的制造成本,被运用于生活中的方方面面,然而现有的塑料薄膜通常是透明或黑色PE薄膜,也有绿,银色薄膜,用于信息通讯器材及线缆的包装,覆盖,以提高设备运输的稳定性和安全性,避免器材或线缆受损,但是,现有塑料薄膜降解效果较差,容易造成土壤污染。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种高冲击性塑料薄膜。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现。
高冲击性塑料薄膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占68-80份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯占8-12份、玻璃纤维占1-5份、抗氧化剂占1-2份、增韧剂占1-3份、水溶性丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物占10-15份,竹碳粉10-15份,增塑剂3-7份,海藻酸钠5-9份,玉米朊10-14份,酒石酸盐5-10份,2-羟丙基-β-环糊精3-5份,ASA高胶粉3-5份,光降解剂2-4份,光稳定剂1-3份,柏木油2-4份。
进一步,所述水溶性丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物由甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸聚合而成。
进一步,甲基丙烯酸甲酯占30-38份、丙烯酸乙酯占28-32份、丙烯酸正丁酯占1-5份、苯乙烯占19-25份、丙烯酸占8-12份。
进一步,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占68份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯占8份、玻璃纤维占1份、抗氧化剂占1份、增韧剂占1份、水溶性丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物占10份,竹碳粉10份,增塑剂3份,海藻酸钠5份,玉米朊10份,酒石酸盐5份,2-羟丙基-β-环糊精3份,ASA高胶粉3份,光降解剂2份,光稳定剂1份,柏木油2份。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的塑料薄膜坚韧耐用、可多次重复使用,卫生无毒环保,抗菌防潮防尘,同时环保效果佳,配方中添加了竹碳粉,不但可以释放大量的负离子,而且吸附异味、抗菌和除臭能力强。
聚酯材料具有良好相容性的水性丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物,使聚酯薄膜拉伸强度等力学性能有了很大的提高,提高了聚酯薄膜的性能。同时水性丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物透光性好、价格较低廉,添加工艺简单,无毒环保,有利于节省成本和资源。

高冲击性塑料薄膜,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占68-80份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯占8-12份、玻璃纤维占1-5份、抗氧化剂占1-2份、增韧剂占1-3份、水溶性丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物占10-15份,竹碳粉10-15份,增塑剂3-7份,海藻酸钠5-9份,玉米朊10-14份,酒石酸盐5-10份,2-羟丙基-β-环糊精3-5份,ASA高胶粉3-5份,光降解剂2-4份,光稳定剂1-3份,柏木油2-4份。
