本发明涉及一种能降解的仿纸材料的制备方法,含以下组分:淀粉30-55%,聚丙乙烯5-10%,聚乙烯5-8%,聚己内酯与聚羟基丁酸脂共聚物3-4%,成核剂2-5%,能改善制品透明度的成核剂2-6%,耐久性增塑剂2-3%,改性辅料2-5%,植物糖5-8%,抗氧剂1-4%,稳定剂3-5%,防水剂1-3%,吸湿剂1-3%,润滑剂1-2%,脱模剂1-3%,降解控制剂2-6%。制备方法其制造方法是:称取原料;进行聚合反应共混共聚改性;用挤出机进行三级混炼。一种能完全降解的仿纸材料无毒、无公害,可完全生物降解,可用于制作各种一次性包装容器或其它制品。

一种能降解的仿纸材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及淀粉、直链淀粉或支链淀粉或它们的衍生物或降解产物的组合物,以及含有高分子物质的薄膜或片材的制造,尤其涉及一种能降解的仿纸材料的制备方法。
背景技术
现有广泛用于包装业的大部分塑料,不能自降解,其废弃物严重污染人类和动植物的生存环境。在石油化学塑料中掺入淀粉一类的天然可降解大分子,可以缩短塑料降解的周期,其实只是在外形上破碎。另一种以完全可降解的天然纤维素材料制成的纸容器,存在耐水性、耐油性差,成本高,强度低的缺陷,应用范围有限。
发明内容
一种能完全降解的仿纸材料的制备方法,其特征是各组分和百分比含量分别是:淀粉30-55%,聚丙乙烯5-10%,聚乙烯5-8%,聚己内酯与聚羟基丁酸脂共聚物3-4%,成核剂2-5%,能改善制品透明度的成核剂2-6%,耐久性增塑剂2-3%,改性辅料2-5%,植物糖5-8%,抗氧剂1-4%,稳定剂3-5%,防水剂1-3%,吸湿剂1-3%,润滑剂1-2%,脱模剂1-3%,降解控制剂2-6%。根据以上所述的一种能完全降解的仿纸材料的制备方法,其特征在于上述淀粉为天然高分子淀粉,它为玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、木薯淀粉或水稻淀粉。植物糖为木糖、麦芽糖或淀粉糖。
本发明以具有良好生物降解性能的高分子化合物——淀粉为主要成分,加入可生物降解的聚合物,在特定的温度、压力下混炼,并在混合体中添加成核剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂、稳定剂、防水剂、吸湿剂、润滑剂和脱模剂,通过物理与化学改性,进行分子结构修饰与自组复合,从耐高温、耐水、耐油、耐渗漏、抗冲击强度、不变形、柔韧性等方面,提高其适用性能,并使其在生物环境中被腐蚀、吸收、降解、磨损和失效,从而达到全降解的目的。
具体实施方式
一种能完全降解的仿纸材料的制备方法,其特征是各组分和百分比含量分别是:淀粉53%,聚丙乙烯5%,聚乙烯6%,聚己内酯与聚羟基丁酸脂共聚物4%,成核剂3%,能改善制品透明度的成核剂2%,耐久性增塑剂2%,改性辅料5%,植物糖5%,抗氧剂2%,稳定剂3%,防水剂1%,吸湿剂1%,润滑剂1%,脱模剂2%,降解控制剂2%。

Claims (3)

1.一种能降解的仿纸材料的制备方法,其特征是各组分和百分比含量分别是:淀粉30-55%,聚丙乙烯5-10%,聚乙烯5-8%,聚己内酯与聚羟基丁酸脂共聚物3-4%,成核剂2-5%,能改善制品透明度的成核剂2-6%,耐久性增塑剂2-3%,改性辅料2-5%,植物糖5-8%,抗氧剂1-4%,稳定剂3-5%,防水剂1-3%,吸湿剂1-3%,润滑剂1-2%,脱模剂1-3%,降解控制剂2-6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能降解的仿纸材料的制备方法,其特征在于上述淀粉为天然高分子淀粉,它为玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、木薯淀粉或水稻淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能降解的仿纸材料的制备方法,其特征在于上述植物糖为木糖、麦芽糖或淀粉糖。
