本发明涉及一种塑料包装,尤其涉及一种水溶性塑料包装。
背景技术
目前塑料包装袋成为日常生活中不可缺或的必须品,也是易耗品,每年都要消耗大量的塑料包装袋。塑料包装袋是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,它一般由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂制作而成。在人们的日常生活中,塑料包装袋的应用非常广泛,但是废弃塑料带来的“白色污染”也越来越严重。随着人们环保意识的增强,如何缓解白色污染已是人们日益关注的话题。降解水溶塑料包装袋是近些年来新兴的一种塑料制品,它的各项性能均可满足使用要求并且具有在保存期内性能不变的特性,而使用后在自然环境条件下能降解成对环境无害的物质。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种水溶性塑料包装。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种水溶性塑料包装,包括以下重量份的组分:
乙基纤维素 15-20份;
聚乙烯醇 20-30份;
聚乳酸 15-20份;
无机抗菌剂 1-3份;
表面活性剂 0.4-0.7份;
硅藻土 5-10份;
植物纤维 10-14份。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸钠。
进一步的,所述植物纤维为秸秆纤维或甘蔗渣纤维。
进一步的,还包括活性氧化铝。
进一步的,所述活性氧化铝的重量份数为1-4份。
本发明的有益效果是:水溶性包装袋在水中可以完全溶解,不产生有害物质,可降解环保安全,在土壤中迅速降解,不会影响周围的环境,不易损坏,韧性好。

秸秆纤维 12份;
活性氧化铝 3份。

表面活性剂 0.4-0.7份;
硅藻土 5-10份;
植物纤维 10-14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性塑料包装,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性塑料包装,其特征在于:所述植物纤维为秸秆纤维或甘蔗渣纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性塑料包装,其特征在于:还包括活性氧化铝。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水溶性塑料包装,其特征在于:所述活性氧化铝的重量份数为1-4份。
