本发明涉及新材料领域,特别是涉及一种防水防潮型包装材料。
背景技术
现有的包装材料在防水、防潮、防渗透方面的性能较差,无法有效阻挡外接水雾对内部包装产品的侵蚀,容易导致内部包装产品的受潮、损坏。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水防潮型包装材料,通过采用优化的成分及配比形成防水防潮型新型包装材料,起到优良的防水性能,成分配比新颖、成本低、使用范围广、无毒无害、安全环保,在防水防潮型包装材料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防水防潮型包装材料,成分的重量配比包括:
高密度聚乙烯4-6份,
低密度聚乙烯4-5份,
线性低密度聚乙烯3-5份,
聚丙烯3-4份,
聚氯乙烯2-3份,
聚烯烃1-2份,
聚异丁烯1-2份,
聚氨酯1-2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,成分的重量配比包括0-1份氯丁橡胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,成分的重量配比包括0-1份丁基橡胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,成分的重量配比包括0-1份三元乙丙橡胶。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防水防潮型包装材料通过采用优化的成分及配比形成防水防潮型新型包装材料,起到优良的防水性能,成分配比新颖、成本低、使用范围广、无毒无害、安全环保,在防水防潮型包装材料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
