一种窑变泥料以及烧制方法,将硬质粘土和水云母粘土放入球磨机中进行球磨,得到硬质粘土‑水云母黏土浆料;将紫砂矿粉、草木灰和发酵木料干粉加入到硬质粘土‑水云母黏土浆料中,混合搅拌,反复压制泥条并密封陈腐,制得窑变泥料。将窑变泥料制成模胚,并放入电窑内进行逐级升温并烧制,得到窑变紫砂器。优点是:该窑变泥料配料合理,通过合理控制烧成温度,采用普通的紫砂原矿就可以得到窑变紫砂器皿,并且每窑产品有90%以上的紫砂器皿具有窑变品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种窑变泥料以及烧制方法。
背景技术
紫砂器皿是介于陶器与瓷器之间的陶瓷制品,它是以紫砂矿为原料制成泥料烧制而成的,其具有色泽自然,透光性及水色好、呈色佳、手感细腻的特点,在中国是备受人们喜爱的一种传统工艺品。
紫砂窑变的色彩过渡是一个自然的过渡,它是通过窑中气流的变化形成,是对壶体表皮的色彩作用,色彩与色彩的中间过渡自然,紫砂窑变的色彩跟自然界中的颜色一样,不是单一的颜色,烧制出的色彩,紫砂窑变的色彩,极大地丰富了紫砂壶艺中的色彩变化,紫砂窑变色彩稀有是决定壶的价值的一个重要方面,由于窑变工艺受烧制技术的极大影响,故稀有而又美丽。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种窑变泥料以及烧制方法,该窑变泥料配料合理,通过合理控制烧成温度,采用普通的紫砂原矿就可以得到窑变紫砂器皿,并且每窑产品有90%以上的紫砂器皿具有窑变品质。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种窑变泥料,其具体制备步骤是:
(1)将EM原露用40℃温水稀释至质量浓度为3%~5%的EM发酵液,按照木屑与EM发酵液质量比2:1将EM发酵液加入到木屑中进行室温发酵,发酵时间为60天~70天,得到木屑发酵料,粉碎至过200目筛后,烘干,得到发酵木屑干粉;
(2)选取二氧化硅质量百分含量为30%~40%、氧化铝质量百分含量为10%~15%、氧化铁质量百分含量为30%~40%的紫砂页岩作为原料矿;自然风化,使原料矿中水的质量百分含量≤10%,再用粉碎机进行粉碎至40目~60目,得到紫砂矿粉;
(3)按照重量百分含量,紫砂矿粉70%~72%、水云母粘土3%~5%、硬质粘土12%~15%、草木灰4%~5%和发酵木料干粉4%~5%作为原料进行配料;
(4)将硬质粘土和水云母粘土放入球磨机中,按硬质粘土和水云母粘土的总质量与水的质量比100:30~100:40加入水,进行球磨,得到过300目筛硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料;
(5)将紫砂矿粉、草木灰和发酵木料干粉加入到硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料中,混合搅拌,密封陈腐90天~120天,充分搅拌;压制成泥条,密封陈腐10天~12天,反复压制泥条并密封陈腐,反复操作5次~6次,制得窑变泥料。
一种窑变泥料的烧制方法,其具体步骤是:
将窑变泥料制成模胚,并放入电窑内进行烧制,整个烧制过程中采用1.5℃/min~2℃/min的升温速率进行升温,升温至105℃保温30min,升温至200℃保温8min~12min,继续升温至650℃,将电窑的下窑嘴密封,升温至750℃,将电窑的上窑嘴密封,继续升温至850℃,保温20min~30min,然后升温至900℃,保温8min~12min,最后升温至1150℃恒温30min,自然降温,得到窑变紫砂器。
本发明的有益效果是:
窑变泥料配料合理,通过合理控制烧成温度,采用普通的紫砂原矿就可以得到窑变紫砂器皿;质地自然,透光性及水色好、呈色佳、手感细腻,色彩的过渡自然程度,产品质量好,每窑产品有90%以上的紫砂器皿具有窑变品质。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将EM原露用40℃温水稀释至质量浓度为3%的EM发酵液,按照木屑与EM发酵液质量比2:1将EM发酵液加入到木屑中进行室温发酵,发酵时间为70天,得到木屑发酵料,粉碎至过200目筛后,烘干,得到发酵木屑干粉;
(2)选取二氧化硅质量百分含量为30%、氧化铝质量百分含量为15%、氧化铁质量百分含量为30%的紫砂页岩作为原料矿;自然风化,使原料矿中水的质量百分含量≤10%,再用粉碎机进行粉碎至60目,得到紫砂矿粉;
(3)按照重量百分含量,紫砂矿粉70%、水云母粘土5%、硬质粘土15%、草木灰5%和发酵木料干粉5%作为原料进行配料;
(4)将硬质粘土和水云母粘土放入球磨机中,按硬质粘土和水云母粘土的总质量与水的质量比100:30加入水,进行球磨,得到过300目筛硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料;
(5)将紫砂矿粉、草木灰和发酵木料干粉加入到硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料中,混合搅拌,密封陈腐3个月,充分搅拌;压制成泥条,密封陈腐12天,反复压制泥条并密封陈腐,反复操作6次,制得窑变泥料;
(6)将窑变泥料制成模胚,并放入电窑内进行烧制,所述电窑的窑嘴由上窑嘴和下窑嘴组成,整个烧制过程中采用1.5℃/min的升温速率进行升温,升温至105℃保温30min,升温至200℃保温8min,继续升温至650℃,将电窑的下窑嘴密封,升温至750℃,将电窑的上窑嘴密封,继续升温至850℃,保温20min,然后升温至900℃,保温8min,最后升温至1150℃恒温30min,自然降温,得到窑变紫砂器,该窑变紫砂器质地自然,透光性及水色好、呈色佳、手感细腻,色彩的过渡自然程度,窑变为92.22%。
实施例2
(1)将EM原露用40℃温水稀释至质量浓度为5%的EM发酵液,按照木屑与EM发酵液质量比2:1将EM发酵液加入到木屑中进行室温发酵,发酵时间为60天,得到木屑发酵料,粉碎至过200目筛后,烘干,得到发酵木屑干粉;
(2)选取二氧化硅质量百分含量为40%、氧化铝质量百分含量为10%、氧化铁质量百分含量为40%的紫砂页岩作为原料矿;自然风化,使原料矿中水的质量百分含量≤10%,再用粉碎机进行粉碎至60目,得到紫砂矿粉;
(3)按照重量百分含量,紫砂矿粉72%、水云母粘土4%、硬质粘土15%、草木灰4%和发酵木料干粉5%作为原料进行配料;
(4)将硬质粘土和水云母粘土放入球磨机中,按硬质粘土和水云母粘土的总质量与水的质量比100:40加入水,进行球磨,得到过300目筛硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料;其中,硬质粘土的成分二氧化硅60%、三氧化二铝24%,三氧化二铁8%,氧化镁1.8%,余量为其它碱金属氧化物及杂质;
(5)将紫砂矿粉、草木灰和发酵木料干粉加入到硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料中,混合搅拌,密封陈腐4个月,充分搅拌;压制成泥条,密封陈腐10天,反复压制泥条并密封陈腐,反复操作5次,制得窑变泥料;
(6)将窑变泥料制成紫砂罐模胚,并放入电窑内进行烧制,整个烧制过程中采用2℃/min的升温速率进行升温,升温至105℃保温30min,升温至200℃保温12min,继续升温至650℃,将电窑的下窑嘴密封,升温至750℃,将电窑的上窑嘴密封,继续升温至850℃,保温30min,然后升温至900℃,保温12min,最后升温至1150℃恒温30min,自然降温,得到窑变紫砂罐,该窑变紫砂器质地自然,透光性及水色好、呈色佳、手感细腻,色彩的过渡自然程度,窑变率为91.25%。
实施例3
(1)将EM原露用40℃温水稀释至质量浓度为4%的EM发酵液,按照木屑与EM发酵液质量比2:1将EM发酵液加入到木屑中进行室温发酵,发酵时间为65天,得到木屑发酵料,粉碎至过200目筛后,烘干,得到发酵木屑干粉;
(2)选取二氧化硅质量百分含量为35%、氧化铝质量百分含量为12%、氧化铁质量百分含量为35%的紫砂页岩作为原料矿;自然风化,使原料矿中水的质量百分含量≤10%,再用粉碎机进行粉碎至50目,得到紫砂矿粉;
(3)按照重量百分含量,紫砂矿粉71%、水云母粘土4%、硬质粘土15%、草木灰5%和发酵木料干粉5%作为原料进行配料;
(4)将硬质粘土和水云母粘土放入球磨机中,按硬质粘土和水云母粘土的总质量与水的质量比100:35加入水,进行球磨,得到过300目筛硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料;
(5)将紫砂矿粉、草木灰和发酵木料干粉加入到硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料中,混合搅拌,密封陈腐100天,充分搅拌;压制成泥条,密封陈腐11天,反复压制泥条并密封陈腐,反复操作6次,制得窑变泥料;
(6)将窑变泥料制成模胚,并放入电窑内进行烧制,整个烧制过程中采用1.5℃/min的升温速率进行升温,升温至105℃保温30min,升温至200℃保温10min,继续升温至650℃,将电窑的下窑嘴密封,升温至750℃,将电窑的上窑嘴密封,继续升温至850℃,保温25min,然后升温至900℃,保温10min,最后升温至1150℃恒温30min,自然降温,得到窑变紫砂器,该窑变紫砂器质地自然,透光性及水色好、呈色佳、手感细腻,色彩的过渡自然程度,窑变率为92%。

Claims (2)

1.一种窑变泥料,其特征是:
具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将EM原露用40℃温水稀释至质量浓度为3%~5%的EM发酵液,按照木屑与EM发酵液质量比2:1将EM发酵液加入到木屑中进行室温发酵,发酵时间为60天~70天,得到木屑发酵料,粉碎至过200目筛后,烘干,得到发酵木屑干粉;
(2)选取二氧化硅质量百分含量为30%~40%、氧化铝质量百分含量为10%~15%、氧化铁质量百分含量为30%~40%的紫砂页岩作为原料矿;自然风化,使原料矿中水的质量百分含量≤10%,再用粉碎机进行粉碎至40目~60目,得到紫砂矿粉;
(3)按照重量百分含量,紫砂矿粉70%~72%、水云母粘土3%~5%、硬质粘土12%~15%、草木灰4%~5%和发酵木料干粉4%~5%作为原料进行配料;
(4)将硬质粘土和水云母粘土放入球磨机中,按硬质粘土和水云母粘土的总质量与水的质量比100:30~100:40加入水,进行球磨,得到过300目筛硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料;
(5)将紫砂矿粉、草木灰和发酵木料干粉加入到硬质粘土-水云母黏土浆料中,混合搅拌,密封陈腐90天~120天,充分搅拌;压制成泥条,密封陈腐10天~12天,反复压制泥条并密封陈腐,反复操作5次~6次,制得窑变泥料。
