背景技术
生物氧化反应是生物体内每个细胞的基本生理生化过程,在维持正常新陈代谢上非常重要,但过量的活性氧就会导致氧化损伤。过多的自由基的存在打破了生物体内自由基和抗氧化剂的平衡,成为导致亚健康、心血管疾病、多种癌症等的重要原因。
现有的膳食中的抗氧化剂可对很多种疾病的预防有一定的帮助。但随着环境中外在条件的多变性,如雾霾天气对人体的入侵,导致呼吸系统疾病频繁发生;如电子产品的日益发展,办公时越来越多的对电子产品长时间使用,辐射等刺激源对人体日积月累的作用,增大各种慢性病潜在发生的可能性等等,现有技术中的抗氧化剂已无法满足越来越多样化和复杂化的疾病的预防。
因此,有必要提出有效的技术方案,解决上述问题。
雨生红球藻是目前已知自然界中存在的虾青素含量最高的生物,可达1.5-3%干重,虾青素具有强抗氧化性。
磷虾油含有虾青素,且欧米伽3脂肪酸丰富。
目前β-胡萝卜素的最好天然产源是盐藻,在适宜的环境条件下,它能大量累积β-胡萝卜素,远远高于其他动植物体内的含量。
亚麻籽中富含α-亚麻酸、维生素、木酚素、膳食纤维等功能性成分,是目前n-3脂肪酸含量最高的一种植物油脂。α-亚麻酸是人体必需脂肪酸,在人体内发挥特殊的营养学作用。亚麻籽油具有明显的抗氧化作用。

(1)一次破壁:将雨生红球藻粉碎成粒度为100-120目的雨生红球藻粉,再将雨生红球藻粉经破壁机进行破壁处理,得到粒度为1000-1200目的一次破壁雨生红球藻;
(2)二次破壁:将一次破壁雨生红球藻置入乙酸中,30-60℃超声波震荡10-15min,过滤去掉滤液,得到二次破壁雨生红球藻;
(3)提取:将二次破壁雨生红球藻置入乙醇中,30-60℃提取2-4次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液加入氢氧化钠-乙醇溶液,在3-15℃皂化5-15min后,再在40~50℃进行低压旋转蒸发,经水洗、离心、干燥后,得到虾青素提取物。
优选的,所述一次破壁雨生红球藻和乙酸的重量比为1:15-1:30。

采用本申请制备工艺得到的雨生红球藻提取物,将雨生红球藻进行二次破壁,机械破壁与超声波二者结合,可保证雨生红球藻的有效成分和活性营养物质的释放。
本申请雨生红球藻提取物与磷虾油大大提高了虾青素含量,弥补了之前虾青素单一存在的缺陷。虾青素独特的末端环状结构,具体为,虾青素末端环上的羟基,与相邻环上的羰基氧容易形成分子内氢键,从而稳定了自由基中间体,使虾青素抗氧化性增强,可高效抑制脂质过氧化反应。
盐藻提取物可有效捕获自由基,而且本申请盐藻多糖的加入,可促进细胞因子生成,活化补体。

本申请为一种含藻类提取物的抗氧化保健营养组合物,按照重量份计,包括雨生红球藻提取物1-5份,磷虾油5-10份,盐藻粉10-15份,盐藻多糖5-10份,亚麻籽油50-100份。优选的,包括雨生红球藻提取物3份,磷虾油7份,盐藻粉15份,盐藻多糖6份,亚麻籽油69份。
作为本申请的一个实施例,所述雨生红球藻提取物的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)一次破壁:将雨生红球藻粉碎成粒度为100-120目的雨生红球藻粉,再将雨生红球藻粉经破壁机进行破壁处理,得到粒度为1000-1200目的一次破壁雨生红球藻;

所述超声波震荡的条件为:频率100-120Hz,超声12-15s,间隔60s。
所述二次破壁雨生红球藻和乙醇的重量比为1:15-1:30。
