本发明提供了一种阻燃抗紫外窗帘面料及其制备方法,该面料包括窗帘本体和阻燃层,所述阻燃层由以下原料制成:纺织胶乳、丁腈橡胶、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚碳酸酯、液体石蜡、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化钛、填充剂、交联剂、卵磷脂、纤维素、水。其制备方法是先将纺织胶乳、丁腈橡胶、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚碳酸酯、液体石蜡、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化钛、填充剂、交联剂、卵磷脂、纤维素加至水中,分散,研磨,然后将窗帘本体在所得阻燃剂中作浸轧处理,再经过定型工序即可。本发明所得窗帘面料阻燃性能可达B1级标准,T(UVA)在5%以下,UPF值在40以上,阻燃抗紫外性能优异。

解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃抗紫外窗帘面料及其制备方法,所得窗帘面料阻燃抗紫外性能良好。
技术方案:一种阻燃抗紫外窗帘面料,包括窗帘本体和阻燃层,所述阻燃层由以下重量份计的原料制成:纺织胶乳2-6份、丁腈橡胶20-30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物2-7份、聚碳酸酯1-4份、液体石蜡0.8-1.5份、阻燃剂3-7份、纳米二氧化钛1-4份、填充剂0.3-0.8份、交联剂3-6份、卵磷脂0.2-0.9份、纤维素0.4-0.7份、水8-15份。
进一步地,所述窗帘本体选自全棉布料、涤纶布料或亚麻布料。
进一步地,所述纺织胶乳为纺织胶乳718。
进一步地,所述填充剂为硅藻土和碳酸钙按重量比1:1组成的混合物。
进一步地,所述纤维素为羧甲基纤维素或羟乙基纤维素。
上述阻燃抗紫外窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将纺织胶乳、丁腈橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚碳酸酯、液体石蜡、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化钛、填充剂、交联剂、卵磷脂、纤维素加至水中,分散,研磨,得到阻燃剂;
步骤2,将窗帘本体在步骤1所得阻燃剂中作浸轧处理,再经过定型工序即可。
进一步地,步骤1中分散条件为1000-1200rpm、20-30min。
进一步地,步骤2中浸轧处理为1浸1轧,轧余率70-80%。
进一步地,步骤2中定型工序的温度为160-170℃。
有益效果:本发明所得窗帘面料阻燃性能可达B1级标准,T(UVA)在5%以下,UPF值在40以上,阻燃抗紫外性能优异。

上述阻燃抗紫外窗帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将纺织胶乳、丁腈橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚碳酸酯、液体石蜡、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化钛、填充剂、交联剂、卵磷脂、纤维素加至水中,分散,研磨,得到阻燃剂;

其中,步骤1中分散条件为1200rpm、20min;步骤2中浸轧处理为1浸1轧,轧余率70-80%,定型工序的温度为160-170℃。
经检测,所得面料阻燃性能可达B1级标准,T(UVA)在5%以下,UPF值在40以上,阻燃抗紫外性能优异。

1.一种阻燃抗紫外窗帘面料,其特征在于:包括窗帘本体和阻燃层,所述阻燃层由以下重量份计的原料制成:纺织胶乳2-6份、丁腈橡胶20-30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物2-7份、聚碳酸酯1-4份、液体石蜡0.8-1.5份、阻燃剂3-7份、纳米二氧化钛1-4份、填充剂0.3-0.8份、交联剂3-6份、卵磷脂0.2-0.9份、纤维素0.4-0.7份、水8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃抗紫外窗帘面料,其特征在于:所述窗帘本体选自全棉布料、涤纶布料或亚麻布料。
