自动空心管切割装置中的进出料机构包括:切割空心管的刀具装置;把空心和送入刀具装置的凸轮杆驱动部件;置于刀具装置附近的固定夹紧组件;置于刀具装置和空心管内的可动夹紧组件;推动可动夹紧组件的另一凸轮杆驱动部件;装在固定模芯上的挡杆和推顶杆;当空心管送入刀具装置中时,固定夹紧组件夹紧和释放空心管,可动夹紧组件也夹紧和释放空心管但与固定夹紧组件的夹紧与释放在时间上不同步;空心管送入刀具装置是通过由另一凸轮杆驱动部件推动可动夹紧组件来完成的。
Description
本发明涉及自动空心管切割装置中的进出料机构。
JP-A-3-19719中披露了一种管剪切装置。该剪切装置配有固定模芯和可动模芯,这些模芯插入要剪切的管子中。可动模芯松装在管子中,因此管子不是由管子内部的可动模芯夹紧的,而是由管子外部的固定模芯夹紧。其结果,管子是在可动状态下切割的,因此不能保证剪切精度。
JP-A-2-190211披露了用于切割成套模具的剪切板架。该剪切板架涉及一个用于双切割成套模具的剪切板组件,该双切割成套模具用来对从轧管机上连续排出的管材进行切割。剪切板组件和切割成套模具的冲板一起使用。这种装置包括一个固定在成套模具上模板上的悬挂快和一个装在剪切板架上的剪切板。剪切板架插入悬挂块中并由凸轮锁定组件保持在一定位置。凸轮锁定组件和板架系统容许剪切板按需要快速而有效地去除和替换。不过,这处剪切板组件是对由两个相对棘爪从外部夹紧的管材进行切割的,管材并没有由可动模芯从内部夹紧,因此管材的切割必然会产生变形和不精确。
本发明的目的是消除以前技术中的缺陷。
为此,按照本发明的一个方面,自动空心管切割装置中的进出料机构包括:用来切割空心管的刀具装置;用来把空心管送入刀具装置的凸轮杆驱动部件;置于刀具装置附近的固定夹紧组件;置于刀具装置和空心管内的可动夹紧组件;用来推动可动夹紧组件的另一凸轮杆驱动部件;装配到固定模芯上的挡杆和推顶杆;当空心管送入刀具装置中时,固定夹紧组件夹紧和释放空心管,并且可动夹紧组件也夹紧和释放空心管但与固定夹紧组件的夹紧与释放在时间上不同步;空心管送入刀具装置是通过由另一凸轮杆驱动部件推动可动夹紧组件来完成的;在空心管被切割后,在降低与挡杆和推顶杆以及刀具装置的可动剪切刀具配合使用的滑块的过程中,挡杆和推顶杆由凸轮沿着空心管进料的相反方向送回到刀具装置中,从而切割工件被排出。

下面根据附图所示实施例对按照本发明的自动空心管切割装置中进出料机构加以说明。
由图1至图3中可见,按照本发明的自动空心管切割装置中的进出料机构安装在未示机器底座的基板1上。凸轮轴2由图示中两个左右托架3支承并可转动,这样通过经由同步轮4和同步带5从未示电机驱动主轴上传输的旋转力可驱动凸轮轴连续转动。用来使滑块55升降的升降凸轮由凸轮轴2支承。滑块55与刀具装置50的可动剪切刀具51配合使用以切割空心管。使可动夹紧组件45运动的凸轮6、对夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18进行控制的凸轮8以及对夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆12进行控制的凸轮10按照图1所示从右至左顺序固装在凸轮轴2上。在凸轮6的周面上配有凸轮槽7,凸轮8上的凸轮面9与夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18端部的凸轮接触部19相接触,而凸轮10上配有凸轮槽11。夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆12配有通过滚销13旋转固装在夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆12一端上的滚柱14,从而滚柱14与凸轮槽11的凸轮面相触接。夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆12通过枢轴15安装在静止的夹紧组件30的夹紧壳体31上。滚柱17通过滚销16旋转支承在夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆12的另一端上,结果滚柱17嵌入固定夹紧组件30的夹紧开启/闭合凸轮42的工作槽内。在夹紧开启/闭合凸轮42的右端配有截锥凸轮面,结果夹紧开启/闭合凸轮42可沿空心管48的轴线方向在夹紧组件本体34上整体运动。这样,当夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆12由夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆控制凸轮10驱动转动时,夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆控制10驱动转动时,夹紧开启/闭合凸轮42运动,棘爪36的一端被推动从而分别使固定在夹紧组件本体34上的销37转动,夹紧开启/闭合工作套筒35由各个棘爪36的另一端向左推动(图3所示),固定夹紧组件30的延伸套筒33闭合,从而使空心管48在可动模芯49附近被夹紧。
可动夹紧组件45的夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18由枢轴20支承在可动夹紧组件45的夹紧壳体31上。滚柱22由滚销21旋转支承在夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18的另一端上。同固定夹紧组件30一样,在可动夹紧组件45中,滚柱22嵌入夹紧开启/闭合凸轮42的工作槽内。其结果,夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18由其凸轮接触部19推动并通过夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18的控制凸轮8绕枢轴20转动,这样,夹紧开启/闭合凸轮42可沿空心管48(见图3中上部所示)的轴向运动,棘爪36由夹紧开启/闭合凸轮42驱动并绕各个销37转动,夹紧开启/闭合工作套筒35由各个棘爪36的另一端向左推动(图3所示),可动夹紧组件45的延伸套筒33闭合,从而使空心管48被夹紧(见图3所示上半部)。通过可动夹紧组件45中延伸套筒33的空心管的夹紧与释放与通过固定夹紧组件30中延伸套筒33的空心管的夹紧与释放有关但不同步。就是说,当可动夹紧组件45夹紧空心管48时,可动夹紧组件45在夹紧空心管48的同时朝着刀具装置运动并停止在一定位置,在该位置处,空心管48的左端与挡杆和推顶杆56的右端接触(见图4所示)。同时,固定夹紧组件30夹紧空心管48并且通过刀具装置50进行空心管48的自动切割。此后,固定夹紧组件30释放空心管48,并且可动夹紧组件45也释放空心管,并沿着空心管48进给的相反方向(图2中向右)从刀具装置50退出。可动夹紧组件45在退出位置处重新夹紧空心管48并开始下一进给循环。
在推动可动夹紧组件45的操纵杆23的一端由滚销24驱动绕枢轴转动的滚柱25嵌入用来推动可动夹紧组件45的凸轮6的凸轮槽7中。推动可动夹紧组件45的操纵杆23由枢轴26支承在基板1上。滚柱28由滚销27支承在推动可动夹紧组件45的操纵杆23的另一端上并可转动,从而柱28嵌入构造在可动夹紧组件45壳体31上的工作槽46中。这样,操纵杆23由凸轮6驱动转动,从而可动夹紧组件45可沿着空心管48的轴线方向进行往复运动。当可动夹紧组件45向前和向后运动时,夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18的凸轮触接部19在凸轮8的凸轮面9上滑动,凸轮8用来控制与凸轮面9接触的夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18。这时,由于凸轮面9在凸轮轴2的轴线方向上的任一位置处均具有相同的构形,因此夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18的转动不受可动夹紧组件45的运动的影响,而仅由用来控制夹紧开启/闭合操纵杆18的凸轮8上凸轮面9的凸轮曲线所控制,并且与可动夹紧组件45是否运动的状态无关。
切割空心管时,空心管48的前端压在挡杆和推顶杆56的端面上,在空心管48的内部,以设定尺寸装入空心管48的固定模芯60的端部与以设定尺寸装入空心管48的可动模芯49的前端触接,因而空心管48的位置在切割过程中被夹紧不动。其结果,在轴线方向、径向和长度上均可保证空心管48的切割精确度,并且切割工件的外形和内径均满足设定的精度要求。
空心管48切割完成后,在降低与刀具装置50的可动剪切刀具5.1和装在固定模芯60上的挡杆和推顶杆56配合使用的滑块的过程中,通过用于挡杆和推顶杆56的槽式凸轮63和用于固定模芯60的槽式凸轮64间的共同运动,切割工件48'由挡杆和推顶杆56从固定模芯上排出。
此外,参考标号32代表装在延伸套筒33上的调节环。调节环32与延伸套筒33配合使用以固定要切割的空心管48。参考标号38代表一个托架,该托架配有支承棘爪(棘爪可摆动)的销37。参考标号40和41分别代表用来把托架38固定在夹紧组件壳体31上的螺母以及用来把基体34固定在夹紧组件上的螺母。
参考标号47,47'和47"分别代表用于可动夹紧组件45的导板,这些导板装在基板1上以便对可动夹紧组件45在纵向加以导向。

Claims (1)
1.自动空心管切割装置中的进出料机构,所述机构包括:
用来切割空心管的刀具装置,所述刀具装置包括一可移动的剪切刀具;
用于把上述空心管送入上述刀具装置中的凸轮杆驱动部件;
一置于上述刀具装置附近的固定夹紧组件,用于当上述管被送入所述刀具装置时夹紧和释放空心管;
远离上述刀具装置的可动夹紧装置,用于当所述空心管送入所述刀具装置时夹紧和释放所述空心管,但与所述固定夹紧装置的夹紧和释放在时间上不同步;
置于所述刀具装置和空心管内的可动芯模;
用来推动所述可动夹紧组件的另一凸轮杆驱动部件,所述空心管送入所述刀具装置是通过由所述另一凸轮杆驱动部件推动所述可动夹紧组件来完成的;
装配到固定模芯上的挡杆和推顶杆,所述挡杆和推顶杆与所述刀具装置在一滑块中配合使用,当所述空心管被切割时,所述可动模芯通过由所述固定夹紧装置对所述空心管的夹紧而相对于所述固定模芯保持不动;
在所述空心管被切割得到切割工件后,在降低与上述挡杆和推顶杆以及所述刀具装置的可动剪切刀具配合使用的滑块的过程中,所述挡杆和推顶杆由凸轮沿着所述空心管的进料的相反方向送回到所述刀具装置中,从而所述切割工件被排出。
