为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:它由下列重量份的原料制备而成:玉米30-54、豆粕5-16、米糠粉9-12、石粉1.5-2、多肽酶解液10-20、磷酸氢钙0.3-0.7、豆油0.5-1.2、食盐0.5-1.2、复合预混合饲料1-5、药物饲料添加剂0.001-0.005;
其中,所述复合预混合饲料由下列重量比的微量原料混配而成:铜40-120mg/kg、铁60-80mg/kg、锌80-100mg/kg、锰3-15mg/kg、硒0.2-0.3mg/kg、碘1-5mg/kg、维生素A 5-8mg/kg、维生素E 0.08-0.1mg/kg、维生素B1 5-10mg/kg、维生素B6 5-8mg/kg、维生素B2 8-10mg/kg、胆碱1.5-1.8g/kg、生物素0.6-0.8mg/kg、烟酰铵40-70mg/kg、泛酸15-20mg/kg、赖氨酸3500-4000mg/kg、苏氨酸1500-2000mg/kg、蛋氨酸3000-3500mg/kg,其余为小麦麸皮;
每千克药物饲料添加剂中含50%的吉他霉素预混剂9毫克、15%的金霉素预混剂27毫克、8%的黄霉素预混剂2.4毫克;
其制备方法如下:
1)将动物内脏或肉类下脚料粉碎成肉末,按照重量加入0.03-0.05%的水解蛋白和2-3倍重的水,在50-60℃的温水浴中水解半小时,煮沸灭酶,得多肽酶解液;
2)将玉米、豆粕、米糠粉、石粉、多肽酶解液、磷酸氢钙、豆油、食盐、复合预混合饲料、药物饲料添加剂混合,调节含水量达10%-15%,挤压膨化制粒;保证挤压膨化机温度为80-100℃、螺杆转速180-210rpm;
3)将饲料颗粒烘烤至水分含量为5-14%。
本发明优选技术方案的原料配比为:玉米40、豆粕10、米糠粉11、石粉1.8、多肽酶解液15、磷酸氢钙0.5、豆油0.8、食盐1、复合预混合饲料3、药物饲料添加剂0.001。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,在配方中添加了多肽酶解液,不仅可使饲料富含各种氨基酸、丰富饲料营养成分,而且多肽酶解液是一种可产生愉悦香味的酶解液,因此能够增加饲料适口性、提高了仔猪进食量。另外,由于采用了双螺杆挤压膨化机对饲料进行挤压膨化处理,因此一方面能够使饲料熟化,使蛋白质和粗纤维变性,便于消化吸收,另一方面可将粉状的饲料挤压膨化制粒,避免仔猪食用过程中浪费。
本发明营养丰富均衡,能满足仔猪后期生长过程中所需的营养元素,饲料中添加具有特殊香气多肽酶解液可改善饲料适口性、提高仔猪采食量、缓解断奶应激,提高了饲料的利用率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明,具体方法如下:
实施例1
1)将动物内脏或肉类下脚料粉碎成肉末,按照重量加入0.05%的水解蛋白和2倍重的水,在60℃的温水浴中水解半小时,煮沸灭酶,得多肽酶解液;
2)将玉米30kg、豆粕16kg、米糠粉9kg、石粉2kg、多肽酶解液10kg、磷酸氢钙0.7kg、豆油0.5kg、食盐1.2kg、复合预混合饲料1kg、药物饲料添加剂0.005kg混合,调节含水量达10%,挤压膨化制粒;保证挤压膨化机温度为100℃、螺杆转速180rpm;
3)将饲料颗粒烘烤至水分含量为14%。
实施例2
各步骤同实施例1;其中,步骤1)中的水解蛋白的加入量为0.03%、加入的水为3倍重量、水浴温度为50℃;步骤2)中各原料的配比为玉米54kg、豆粕5kg、米糠粉12kg、石粉1.5kg、多肽酶解液20kg、磷酸氢钙0.3kg、豆油1.2kg、食盐0.5kg、复合预混合饲料5kg、药物饲料添加剂0.001kg,含水量为15%、挤压膨化机温度为80℃、螺杆转速210rpm;步骤3)中的水分含量为5%。
实施例3
各步骤同实施例1;其中,步骤1)中的水解蛋白的加入量为0.04%、加入的水为2.5倍重量、水浴温度为55℃;步骤2)中各原料的配比为玉米40kg、豆粕10kg、米糠粉11kg、石粉1.8kg、多肽酶解液15kg、磷酸氢钙0.5kg、豆油0.8kg、食盐1kg、复合预混合饲料3kg、药物饲料添加剂0.001kg,含水量为15%、挤压膨化机温度为90℃、螺杆转速195rpm;步骤3)中的水分含量为10%。
上述各实施例中,所述复合预混合饲料由下列重量比的微量原料混配而成:铜40-120mg/kg、铁60-80mg/kg、锌80-100mg/kg、锰3-15mg/kg、硒0.2-0.3mg/kg、碘1-5mg/kg、维生素A 5-8mg/kg、维生素E 0.08-0.1mg/kg、维生素B1 5-10mg/kg、维生素B6 5-8mg/kg、维生素B2 8-10mg/kg、胆碱1.5-1.8g/kg、生物素0.6-0.8mg/kg、烟酰铵40-70mg/kg、泛酸15-20mg/kg、赖氨酸3500-4000mg/kg、苏氨酸1500-2000mg/kg、蛋氨酸3000-3500mg/kg,其余为小麦麸皮。

1.一种仔猪后期专用配合饲料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制备而成:玉米30-54、豆粕5-16、米糠粉9-12、石粉1.5-2、多肽酶解液10-20、磷酸氢钙0.3-0.7、豆油0.5-1.2、食盐0.5-1.2、复合预混合饲料1-5、药物饲料添加剂0.001-0.005;
其中,所述复合预混合饲料由下列重量比的微量原料混配而成:铜40-120mg/kg、铁60-80mg/kg、锌80-100mg/kg、锰3-15mg/kg、硒0.2-0.3mg/kg、碘1-5mg/kg、维生素A 5-8mg/kg、维生素E 0.08-0.1mg/kg、维生素B1 5-10mg/kg、维生素B6 5-8mg/kg、维生素B2 8-10mg/kg、胆碱1.5-1.8g/kg、生物素0.6-0.8mg/kg、烟酰铵40-70mg/kg、泛酸15-20mg/kg、赖氨酸3500-4000mg/kg、苏氨酸1500-2000mg/kg、蛋氨酸3000-3500mg/kg,其余为小麦麸皮;
