本发明公开了一种改性橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其技术要点是:首先,在一定量硫酸溶液中,加入有机钛酸丁酯,剧烈搅拌条件下,缓慢加入三氧化二铁以及氧化锌,剧烈搅拌得到澄清状溶液A,其次,在一定量水中,加入聚丙烯纤维、木质素磺酸钠和羟乙基纤维素,搅拌得到溶液B;随后,在水浴条件下,将溶液B转移至溶液A中,反应一段时间,滴加饱和氢氧化钙溶液调节体系pH值至中性,得到溶液C;最后,在溶液C中,加入水、橡胶颗粒、聚乙烯醇及明胶,经搅拌、自然冷却至室温、过滤得到滤饼,经烘箱干燥,得到改性橡胶颗粒D。该橡胶颗粒环境友好,具有良好的抗紫外线、耐老化、抗裂性、耐候性、杀菌除味等多种功能。

一种改性橡胶颗粒的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及环保建材领域,特别是一种改性橡胶颗粒的制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶颗粒作为一种优异的建筑材料,在塑胶跑道领域有重要应用。自2014年以来,媒体报道了北京、上海、江苏等地校园存在“毒跑道”现象,所谓“毒跑道”是指校园操场的塑胶跑道中存在有毒成分,这造成了学生过敏、头晕、恶心等后果,对人体的健康造成了严重危害。造成此现象的原因是在塑胶跑道中存在一些不合格的材料,散发出有毒有害的物质。另外,在实践中,很多塑胶跑道经过一段时间后,出现“龟裂”现象。
氧化钛和氧化锌作为优良的光催化剂,在催化降解有毒有害物质领域具有重要应用,同时具有抗紫外线功能;氧化铁作为一种无机颜料,同时具有催化功能。化学制备技术是一种具有操作简易、成本低廉、可复合有序结构及多功能材料的特点,在建筑材料领域具有诸多应用。
寻求环保的塑胶跑道成为了一种必然趋势,对于跑道中重要组份橡胶颗粒的研究,已成为本领域的技术研究热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种改性橡胶颗粒的制备方法,结合有机材料与无机材料的优良性质,快速批量制备二氧化钛、氧化铁、氧化锌、聚丙烯纤维抗裂剂、木质素磺酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、橡胶颗粒、聚乙烯醇粘结剂及明胶的改性橡胶颗粒。
本发明的技术方案:首先,在一定量硫酸溶液中,加入有机钛酸丁酯,剧烈搅拌条件下,缓慢加入三氧化二铁以及氧化锌,剧烈搅拌得到澄清状溶液A,其次,在一定量水中,加入聚丙烯纤维、木质素磺酸钠和羟乙基纤维素,搅拌得到溶液B;随后,在水浴条件下,将溶液B转移至溶液A中,反应一段时间,滴加饱和氢氧化钙溶液调节体系pH值至中性,得到溶液C;最后,在溶液C中,加入水、橡胶颗粒、聚乙烯醇及明胶,经搅拌一段时间,自然冷却至室温、过滤得到滤饼,经烘箱干燥,得到改性橡胶颗粒D。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有显著优点:其一、该改性橡胶颗粒以化学法制备,复合了二氧化钛、氧化铁、氧化锌、聚丙烯纤维抗裂剂、木质素磺酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、橡胶颗粒、聚乙烯醇粘结剂及明胶,制得了均匀的改性橡胶颗粒;其二,该橡胶颗粒环境友好,具有良好的抗紫外线、耐老化、抗裂性、耐候性、杀菌除味等多种功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例说明本发明的技术解决方案,这些实施例不能理解为对技术方案的限制。
实施例1:依以下具体步骤制备一种改性橡胶颗粒。
步骤1、取100ml质量浓度为90%的H2SO4中,滴加141g钛酸丁酯Ti(OC4H9)4,剧烈搅拌条件下,依次加入10.6g三氧化二铁Fe2O3和5g氧化锌ZnO,剧烈搅拌1h,得到澄清溶液A;
步骤2、在150mL水中,加入7g 3mm聚丙烯纤维、7g木质素磺酸钠、2.8g羟乙基纤维素,搅拌2h,制得溶液B;
步骤3、将溶液B转移至溶液A中,55oC水浴条件下,静置反应24h,滴加饱和氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,得到溶液C;
步骤4、溶液C中,加入1000mL水、424g粒径1mm-3mm的黑色废橡胶颗粒、14g聚乙烯醇及7g明胶,搅拌6h,溶液自然冷却至室温、过滤得到滤饼,经烘箱干燥,温度控制110oC,时间为12h,得到改性橡胶颗粒D。
实施例2:依以下具体步骤制备一种改性橡胶颗粒。
步骤1、取100ml质量浓度为90%的H2SO4中,滴加141g钛酸丁酯Ti(OC4H9)4,剧烈搅拌条件下,依次加入21.2g三氧化二铁Fe2O3和10g氧化锌ZnO,剧烈搅拌2h,得到澄清溶液A;
步骤2、在250mL水中,加入14g 3mm聚丙烯纤维、11g木质素磺酸钠、5.6g羟乙基纤维素,搅拌4h,制得溶液B;
步骤3、将溶液B转移至溶液A中,75oC水浴条件下,静置反应48h,滴加饱和氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,得到溶液C;
步骤4、溶液C中,加入2000mL水、1131g粒径1mm-3mm的丁苯橡胶颗粒、28g聚乙烯醇及14g明胶,搅拌12h,溶液自然冷却至室温、过滤得到滤饼,经烘箱干燥,温度控制150oC,时间控制8h,得到改性橡胶颗粒D。
实施例3:依以下具体步骤制备一种改性橡胶颗粒。
步骤1、取100ml质量浓度为90%的H2SO4中,滴加141g钛酸丁酯Ti(OC4H9)4,剧烈搅拌条件下,依次加入15g三氧化二铁Fe2O3和7.5g氧化锌ZnO,剧烈搅拌1.5h,得到澄清溶液A;
步骤2、在150mL水中,加入10g 3mm聚丙烯纤维、8g木质素磺酸钠、4.5g羟乙基纤维素,搅拌3h,制得溶液B;
步骤3、将溶液B转移至溶液A中,65oC水浴条件下,静置反应36h,滴加饱和氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,得到溶液C;
步骤4、溶液C中,加入1500mL水、800g粒径1mm-3mm的彩色三元乙丙橡胶颗粒、20g聚乙烯醇及10g明胶,搅拌8h,溶液自然冷却至室温、过滤得到滤饼,经烘箱干燥,温度控制130oC,时间控制10h,得到改性橡胶颗粒D。

Claims (4)

1.一种改性橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其技术要点特征是:
(a)、在一定量质量浓度为90%的硫酸H2SO4中,滴加钛酸丁酯Ti(OC4H9)4,剧烈搅拌条件下,依次加入三氧化二铁Fe2O3和氧化锌ZnO,剧烈搅拌1h-2h,得到澄清溶液A,其中,Ti(OC4H9)4占H2SO4摩尔比例为25%;
(b)、在一定量水中,加入抗裂剂聚丙烯纤维、表面活性剂木质素磺酸钠和粘结剂羟乙基纤维素,搅拌2h-4h,制得溶液B;
(c)、将溶液B转移至溶液A中,55oC-75oC水浴条件下,静置反应24h-48h,滴加饱和氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2溶液,调节溶液pH值至中性,得到溶液C;
(d)、在溶液C中,加入一定量水、橡胶颗粒、聚乙烯醇及明胶,搅拌6h-12h,溶液自然冷却至室温、过滤得到滤饼,经烘箱干燥,温度控制110oC-150oC,时间控制8h-12h,得到改性橡胶颗粒D,其中,橡胶颗粒、聚乙烯醇和明胶占Ti(OC4H9)4质量比例分别为3倍-8倍、10%-20%以及5%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:A溶液中,Fe2O3和ZnO分别占Ti(OC4H9)4摩尔比例为4%-8%和15%-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:B溶液中,聚丙烯纤维、木质素磺酸钠及羟乙基纤维素占Ti(OC4H9)4质量比例分别为5%-10%、5%-8%和2%-4%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性橡胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:在制备改性橡胶颗粒D,橡胶颗粒可选黑色废橡胶颗粒、丁苯橡胶颗粒或彩色三元乙丙橡胶中的一种,橡胶颗粒粒径控制1mm-3mm。
