随着生活水平的不断提高,化妆品已经从奢侈品变成普通消费品,人们对洁面产品的要求也已经从日常清洁,发展到需要天然、温和、安全、保湿等诉求。由于氨基酸类洁面产品含有丰富的氨基酸表面活性剂,其性能极其温和,与皮肤亲和力好,抗硬水能力强,极易生物降解,泡沫丰富,稳定有弹性,用后皮肤清新自然不紧绷,有滑爽感,倍受消费者的追捧。
市面上氨基酸洁面产品层出不穷,质量参差不齐。由于氨基酸洁面产品中氨基酸表面活性剂含量需要在15%以上,而氨基酸表面活性剂的粘度随温度变化非常大,存放一段时间后,产品难以保持原有状态,甚至可能出现泛粗、出水等缺陷;特别是洁面膏,不能保证挤出后成条形膏状。此外,氨基酸洁面产品的制备工艺往往难以控制,原料冷热循环后,容易产生颗粒,膏体容易发粗,控制不当也会产生颗粒,制备起来相当困难,对工艺控制要求极高,这极大的增加了生产难度。
此前,为了使制备的洁面膏挤出能成条状,增加稠度非常必要。以月桂酰谷氨酸钠制备的氨基酸洁面膏为例,增稠做法有多种种:一是添加增稠剂,如酯类、聚氧乙烯类、纤维素类、聚丙烯酸类、天然胶及其改性物、无机高分子及其改性物等,采用此方案后,由于表面活性剂形成胶束,消费者在使用时,加水后无法顺利改变胶束状态,使用感并不理想,并且,洁面膏的条型外观不理想,膏体偏软;二是将氨基酸表面活性剂在多元醇和水体系中析出成霜状;三是通过添加柠檬酸,调低PH值,使得月桂酰谷氨酸钠析出更多的结晶,从而提高粘度;四是通过增加盐,如氯化钠、磷酸二氢钠等帮助月桂酰谷氨酸钠的结晶析出。然而,以上方案制备的洁面膏的粘度仍然会随温度变化十分剧烈,存放很不稳定;因此,开发一款稳定性好,制备工艺易控的氨基酸洁面膏相当困难。
硬脂酰谷氨酸钠是氨基酸表面活性剂的一种,由于价格昂贵,此前只是把它作为膏霜、乳液的乳化剂使用,并且其添加量不会超过1wt%,
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制备工艺易控、稳定性好的氨基酸洁面膏及其制备工艺。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种氨基酸洁面膏,由如下原料制备而成:硬脂酰氨基酸盐、辅助表面活性剂、甘油、乳化剂、脂肪酸、珠光剂、增稠剂、防腐成分、水。
作为上述配方的优选,一种氨基酸洁面膏由如下原料按重量百分比制备而成:硬脂酰氨基酸盐15~40%、辅助表面活性剂5~30%、甘油15~30%、乳化剂1~3%、脂肪酸1~6%、珠光剂0.5~3%、增稠剂0.05~0.15%、防腐成分0.03~0.3%、余量为水。
作为上述配方的优选,一种氨基酸洁面膏由如下原料按重量百分比制备而成:硬脂酰氨基酸盐15~25%、辅助表面活性剂11.5~23%、甘油18~22%、乳化剂1.5~2.6%、脂肪酸2.8~4%、珠光剂1~2%、增稠剂0.05~0.15%、防腐成分0.05~0.15%、余量为水。
作为上述配方的优选,硬脂酰氨基酸盐为硬脂酰谷氨酸钠。
作为上述配方的优选,辅助表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、椰油酰丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠中的一种或多种组合。
作为上述配方的优选,乳化剂为山梨醇酐三油酸酯、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、单甘酯、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种组合。
作为上述配方的优选,脂肪酸为月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸的一种或几种组合;
和或珠光剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯的一种或多种组合;
和或增稠剂为PEG-120甲基葡糖三油酸酯、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种;
和或防腐成分为甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、戊二醇、馨鲜酮、辛甘醇、己二醇的中的一种或多种。
一种氨基酸洁面膏,按重量百分比其原料组成为:硬脂酰氨基酸盐15~25%、烷基糖苷3.5~8%、月桂酰两性醋酸钠2~5%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠0~10%、月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠0~10%、甘油18~22%、山梨醇酐三油酸酯0.5~0.8%、单甘酯1~2%、月桂酸0.5~3%、肉豆蔻酸1~2%、硬脂酸0~0.4%、珠光剂1~2%、增稠剂0.05~0.15%、防腐成分0.05~0.15%、余量为水。
作为上述配方的优选,硬脂酰氨基酸盐为硬脂酰谷氨酸钠;和/或珠光剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯;和/或增稠剂为PEG-120甲基葡糖三油酸酯。
一种氨基酸洁面膏的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将水倒入反应锅中,加入硬脂酰氨基酸盐、辅助表面活性剂、甘油、乳化剂、脂肪酸、珠光剂、增稠剂,加热升温,开启搅拌转速15~25r/min;
2)当反应锅加热至75~85℃,保温15~25min;
3)降温至35~45℃,加入防腐成分,继续搅拌10~20min,出料;
其中,氨基酸洁面膏的组成如上述配方所述。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的氨基酸洁面膏以硬脂酰谷氨酸钠为主要氨基酸表面活性剂,硬脂酰谷氨酸钠在甘油、水体系中,可以有效结晶析出达到需要的稠度,并且洁面膏粘度随温度变化不大,稳定性好,不会出现结膏点低,存放在自然环境中,随温度升高变稀的现象,不会发粗或出水;并且其与辅助表面活性剂、乳化剂、脂肪酸进行合理复配后,使得氨基酸洁面膏的制备工艺简单易控,将原料加热后,非常容易混合均匀,极易成膏状,大大减少了生产控制成本;
本发明的辅助表面活性剂优选为烷基糖苷,其具有增溶作用,能增加氨基酸表面活性剂颗粒的析出,使得制备的膏体细腻;乳化剂优选为山梨醇酐三油酸酯、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、单甘酯、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯,其HLB值比较低,不但可以乳化析出的氨基酸表面活性剂颗粒,在合适的配比下,还有增稠的效果,使得制备的膏体细腻。
本发明的氨基酸洁面膏呈弱酸性,使用时,容易起泡,容易冲洗,泡沫较为丰富,洗后皮肤不紧绷,清新,干净。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不局限于此。
在氨基酸洁面膏配方的基础上,可按常规技术添加0.1~0.5wt%的香精提升香味。
实施例1~4和对比例
实施例1~4和对比例1~2的氨基酸洁面膏,其原料组成按重量份计如下表1:

制备工艺
上述各例氨基酸洁面膏的制备工艺,按配方量制备工艺如下:
(1)将水倒入反应锅中,加入硬脂酰氨基酸盐、辅助表面活性剂、甘油、乳化剂、脂肪酸、珠光剂、增稠剂,加热升温,开启搅拌转速20r/min;
(2)当反应锅加热至80℃,保温20min;
(3)降温至40℃,加入防腐成分,继续搅拌15min,出料。
在制备过程中,实施例1~4制备工艺简单易控,将原料加热后,非常容易混合均匀,极易成膏状。
外观指标评价

结果如表2所示,实施例2比实施例3相比,配方多了烷基糖苷,其具有增溶作用,能增加氨基酸表面活性剂颗粒的析出,使得制备的膏体细腻。实施例1与对比例2相比,配方中的乳化剂及烷基糖苷有所差别,说明选用山梨醇酐三油酸酯、单甘酯为乳化剂,可获得良好的配伍效果,使制备的膏体细腻。

注:由于粘度较大,粘度计的转子形成空转,因此,部分数据无法测出,此处用膏状表示。
结果如表3所示,实施例1与对比例的区别在于所用的主要氨基酸表面活性剂不同,实施例1所用的硬脂酰谷氨酸钠作为主要氨基酸表面活性剂制备的洁面膏,其粘度随温度变化不大,而用月桂酰谷氨酸钠为主要氨基酸表面活性剂制备的氨基酸洁面膏,粘度随温度变化大,在存放过程中极易变稀。
稳定性评价
将实施例1、2、4制备好的洁面膏,分别置于45℃(高温)和-15℃(低温)保持24h,随后恢复至室温,观察洁面膏外观变化。

结果如表4所示,本发明的高体具有良好的稳定性,适于高/低温存放。
Claims (10)
1.一种氨基酸洁面膏,由如下原料制备而成:硬脂酰氨基酸盐、辅助表面活性剂、甘油、乳化剂、脂肪酸、珠光剂、增稠剂、防腐成分、水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:由如下原料按重量百分比制备而成:硬脂酰氨基酸盐15~40%、辅助表面活性剂5~30%、甘油15~30%、乳化剂1~3%、脂肪酸1~6%、珠光剂0.5~3%、增稠剂0.05~0.15%、防腐成分0.03~0.3%、余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:由如下原料按重量百分比制备而成:硬脂酰氨基酸盐15~25%、辅助表面活性剂11.5~23%、甘油18~22%、乳化剂1.5~2.6%、脂肪酸2.8~4%、珠光剂1~2%、增稠剂0.05~0.15%、防腐成分0.05~0.15%、余量为水。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:硬脂酰氨基酸盐为硬脂酰谷氨酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:辅助表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、椰油酰丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性醋酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠中的一种或多种组合。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:乳化剂为山梨醇酐三油酸酯、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、单甘酯、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种组合。
7.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:脂肪酸为月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸的一种或几种组合;
和或珠光剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯的一种或多种组合;
和或增稠剂为PEG-120甲基葡糖三油酸酯、PEG-150 二硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种;
和或防腐成分为甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、戊二醇、馨鲜酮、辛甘醇、己二醇的中的一种或多种。
8.一种氨基酸洁面膏,按重量百分比其原料组成为:硬脂酰氨基酸盐15~25%、烷基糖苷3.5~8%、月桂酰两性醋酸钠2~5%、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠0~10%、月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠0~10%、甘油18~22%、山梨醇酐三油酸酯0.5~0.8%、单甘酯1~2%、月桂酸0.5~3%、肉豆蔻酸1~2%、硬脂酸0~0.4%、珠光剂1~2%、增稠剂0.05~0.15%、防腐成分0.05~0.15%、余量为水。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:硬脂酰氨基酸盐为硬脂酰谷氨酸钠;和/或珠光剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯;和/或增稠剂为PEG-120甲基葡糖三油酸酯。
10.一种氨基酸洁面膏的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将水倒入反应锅中,加入硬脂酰氨基酸盐、辅助表面活性剂、甘油、乳化剂、脂肪酸、珠光剂、增稠剂,加热升温,开启搅拌转速15~25 r/min;
2)当反应锅加热至75~85℃,保温15~25min;
3)降温至35~45℃,加入防腐成分,继续搅拌10~20min,出料;
其中,氨基酸洁面膏的组成如权利要求1~9任一项所述。
