一种高含量昆布多糖压片糖果的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)制备海带多糖;采用已有技术制备方法,制备出海带多糖备用;或在市场购买海带多糖;
(2)将木糖醇置于粉碎机中,开启粉碎机,将木糖醇粉碎成80-100目,备用;
(3)称量备料:按以下重量份的配比称取各原料:步骤(1)所得海带多糖90份,步骤(2)所得木糖醇5份;麦芽糊精3份,硬脂酸镁2份;
(4)制备软材:将步骤(3)称量所得的海带多糖、木糖醇、麦芽糊精置于搅拌机中,开机搅拌,边搅拌边加纯水,搅拌5-10分钟,所制备的软材达到抓之成团、触之即散状态,停止加入纯水;再搅拌15-30分钟,得软材;
(5)制粒:把12目的筛网装在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启摇摆式颗粒机,将步骤(4)所得的软材加入摇摆式颗粒机中制粒;
(6)干燥:将步骤(5)所得的颗粒均匀铺散在不锈钢烘托盘中,启动烘箱,温度控制在70-80°C,干燥4-5小时;
(7)整粒:将14目的筛网安装在在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启颗粒机,将步骤(6)所得的颗粒加入摇摆式颗粒机中整粒;
(8)总混:将步骤(7)所得的颗粒加入多向运动混合机中,然后加入步骤(3)所称取的硬脂酸镁,开启多向运动混合机,混合15-30分钟;
(9)压片:采用压片机进行压片,压片工艺参数:片重0.2-1克,转台转速20-30r/min,压片压力30-40千牛顿;
(10)灭菌、装瓶、包装,即可。

制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备海带多糖;
(2)粉碎:将木糖醇置于粉碎机中,开启粉碎机,将木糖醇粉碎成80-100目,备用;
(3)称量备料:按以下重量份的配比称取各原料:步骤(1)所得海带多糖90份,步骤(2)所得木糖醇5份,麦芽糊精3份,硬脂酸镁2份;

李某某,男,53岁,河北省唐山市人。症状肾衰竭初期。服用实施例二配方制备的高含量昆布多糖压片糖果,一个半月后,病情有所减轻。服用三个月后,病情明显好转,半年后病愈。
实施例三
一种高含量昆布多糖压片糖果,由以下重量份的原料制成:海带多糖95份、木糖醇2份、麦芽糊精2份、硬脂酸镁1份。
制备及服用方法同实施例一。

清洁级(SPF)雌性BALB/c小鼠,体重18±2g,随机分为3组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组、顺铂模型组、顺铂模型给药组。小鼠适应喂养1周后,禁食不禁水15小时。模型组采用单次腹腔注射顺铂20mg/Kg诱导小鼠急性肾损伤模型。模型成功后给药组连续灌胃实施例三制备的压片糖果200mg/Kg BW 14天,对照组和模型组同时灌胃生理盐水。最后一次给药后1小时,采用眼内眦静脉取血,检测肌酐和尿素氮。将血样置于冷冻离心机4℃,3000rpm,离心10min,取上清血清进行检测。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高含量昆布多糖压片糖果,其特征在于所述重量份的原料,份数如下:海带多糖95份、木糖醇2份、麦芽糊精2份、硬脂酸镁1份。
3.一种高含量昆布多糖压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
(1)制备海带多糖;
(2)将木糖醇置于粉碎机中,开启粉碎机,将木糖醇粉碎成80-100目,备用;
(3)称量备料:按以下重量份的配比称取各原料:步骤(1)所得海带多糖90份,步骤(2)所得木糖醇5份;麦芽糊精3份,硬脂酸镁2份;
(4)制备软材:将步骤(3)称量所得的海带多糖、木糖醇、麦芽糊精置于搅拌机中,开机搅拌,边搅拌边加纯水,搅拌5-10分钟,所制备的软材达到抓之成团、触之即散状态,停止加入纯水;再搅拌15-30分钟,得软材;
(5)制粒:把12目的筛网装在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启摇摆式颗粒机,将步骤(4)所得的软材加入摇摆式颗粒机中制粒;
(6)干燥:将步骤(5)所得的颗粒均匀铺散在不锈钢烘托盘中,启动烘箱,温度控制在70-80°C,干燥4-5小时;
(7)整粒:将14目的筛网安装在在摇摆式颗粒机上,开启颗粒机,将步骤(6)所得的颗粒加入摇摆式颗粒机中整粒;
(8)总混:将步骤(7)所得的颗粒加入多向运动混合机中,然后加入步骤(3)所称取的硬脂酸镁,开启多向运动混合机,混合15-30分钟;
(9)压片:采用压片机进行压片,压片工艺参数:片重0.5克,转台转速20-30r/min,压片压力30-40千牛顿;
(10)装瓶、包装,即可。
